Almost everyone managed to score in the first match except Litton Das. Litton Das has not been able to show any performance in international cricket for a long time. If we look at the last England and Bangladesh ODI series there was no dominance by Litton Das but his poor performance in every match affected the team greatly. From that situation, no change is still being noticed. Although he is a good player for Bangladesh team but his consistent poor performance poses a big danger for the team.

LOL dude. Are you sure about this? For the year 2022, Litton scored 577 ODI runs, at an average of 52.45. This is the best by any Bangladeshi batsmen in this format. He scored one century and two half-centuries, all coming against quality opposition. Anyway, let's first see whether today's match will get completed or not. Heavy rains and thunderstorms are predicted at Chelmsford and I am not sure whether the match can be completed. Ireland has failed to secure a direct world cup slot. So the outcome of the next two matches doesn't matter much.

I saw the emotional interview of Yashasvi Jaiswal yesterday after the big win by RR. Now the question that comes to my mind is that, will Rohit Sharma and the Indian team selectors give him a chance in the upcoming ODIWC.

I guess he might get as there are a couple of players injured. He has also proven he can bat pretty aggressively in the shorter format. He might do the same in a 50 over match too. The ones who were the probably considered for the final team are either out of form or are playing pathetically. I am talking about Prithvi Shaw, Sarfaraz Khan and etc.

There has been a trend with BCCI to ignore new talents. Unless they have good support from former cricketers or the fans. We know how Sanju Samson got his opportunity and the same happened for Prithvi Shaw. Performance in IPL does have a weight but not enough to get selected for the Indian team. I assume he as in Jaiswal has now got a PR team. That team might have told him to give that statement after the game press conference.

I think BCCI selectors should consider him. I do believe in his potential as scoring 98 runs in 40 approx ball is not easy. The time for him to be a part of the Indian team is going to happen. I hope it does before the world cup.

Your guess is wrong. Ireland collected 263 runs in 40 overs. Dockrell scored 49 off 30 balls and Harry Tector remained unbeaten on 131 off 108 balls. Ireland looks set to collect more than 340 today if the Bangladeshi bowlers fail to break the pair. These two batsmen of Ireland have collected 70 runs in the last 5 overs.
I am very disappointed by Shoriful's bowling of Bangladeshi pass today. He gave away 83 runs in 9 overs. But Hasan Mahmud's Bologna was good enough. Only Hasan gave 33 runs in 8 overs. However, if Ireland set a target of more than 300, it does not seem that Bangladesh will win this match. In the first match, we did not see a better performance from Tamim Iqbal and Liton Das.

Yes mate, It's a good innings for Ireland. Although many people in the cricket world support Bangladesh team but the possibility of Ireland winning today's match is definitely high. Bangladesh team collected 246 runs in the first match of this series but Ireland could not finish the entire innings due to rain. After 65 runs, the game was stopped and could not be restarted. Despite such a fear in the 2nd match, Ireland team gave a good innings. They managed to score 319 runs which is definitely a big target for the Bangladesh team. Although Bangladesh team has good batsmen but if Ireland is able to bowl effectively then it can be a big hurdle for Bangladesh team because scoring 320 in 45 overs is not an easy equation. Over all it could be a golden innings for Harry Tector with Dockrell, performing a decent innings.

At the start of the game it looked like Ireland would fail to make 200 runs. But Harry Tector, the batsman of the Ireland team, changed all the ideas in an instant. Harry Tector, George Dockrell performed well in today's match. Harry Tector scored 140 runs off 112 balls. Ireland cricket team finished the whole game losing 6 wickets and gave a target of 320 runs to Bangladesh cricket team. Now if Ireland cricket team can perform well in bowling then Ireland can easily win against Bangladesh cricket team.
