Did you just guys see another Ahanmisi 2.0? Like what he has asked his former team to have 900k-950k pesos of salary for his contract? The recent guy who did that was Jeron Teng. He's also asking for a high salary from Fiberxers but he's declined. Do you think that a better team will take him?

The salary we are talking about here is monthly? That could be huge because, as far as I know, it was only JMF who received a huge salary like that in the past. So, to demand that kind of salary, they must be really good. I think it's possible if they play overseas, but in the PBA, I think that's too much to ask for a player who hasn't proven anything yet.

He doesn't prove anything yet and asking that price is to much for those team that's why now his old team let him go wherever he want since for sure they are also doubting about their future if they let Teng got what he wish from his team. And also Fajardo deserves that salary since he bring championship to SMB then also he take home a lot of achievements so for sure no people will question him on why he get a lot of money from SMB.

Teng isn't as good as Fajardo; his style of basketball is still predictable, and there are probably many potential stars who could generate the kind of production he has, and perhaps even better. These days, some players are demanding too much, possibly comparing their salaries to what their friends playing overseas are making. However, you know, we are in the Philippines, and a PBA player can only earn a substantial salary if they are an import or a star like JMF.

That's why he can't demand higher fees to the team maybe he need to get more trophy or accolades to his team before he can ask that. Tim cone is the best best coach as we all know how smart he is and wat we saw earlier that they will win against strong team even though that is tune up game then still salute for our players who gave their very best to win that game. And also their lineup is good and the chemistry between the coach and the players has already built. And also our new local player which brownlee he contributed very well and it's. successful.

I like the way he blended the players no offense, but it's very different from how we appreciate the game even it's just a tune up game but we see how aggressive the players are and how they really move the ball and execute good plays after calling it, with JBL and JMF the offense is really allowing them to make a good transitions.

I read the news, but I wasn't very interested. I'm more focused on the development of our pros who represent Gilas Pilipinas. We had a good tune-up win, and now we're waiting for the result of the first game. Hopefully, it won't disappoint us because we already know how the fans will react.

When Gilas loses, there will be a lot of negative comments, but if they win, you'll see the words 'proud Pinoy.' That's the kind of mentality, though.

But anyway, he does not speak Tagalog, I believe, so those bad comments in Tagalog might not hurt him, unlike Coach Chot, who is a pure Filipino. The way I see it, it seems like we hate our own but love and respect foreigners. We tend to believe that they are better than our Filipino coaches. Well, maybe it cannot be denied, though, as Tim Cone is currently the best coach in the PBA, so he deserves to coach our national team.

I didn't expect them to lose by such a huge margin. I thought they'd be more competitive, but as we can see, there's a huge difference in basketball development between Asia and Europe or the US. The competition in these two regions is much closer, but we are lagging far behind.

If Gilas wins the gold, I think they will stick with Brownlee, as that way they will be able to save some money compared to Clarkson, whom they reportedly paid $1 million.
