It was Barcelona that needed that win very badly and they ended up losing, it is really not something they could be not get worried about. They are not too further away, only 5 points with the leader right now, but they need to get better for sure, they got their first ever loss with this game and they need to have like a 3-4 game streak of winning in order to get closer, not like ATM or Real would end up losing games too many times in a row neither, so having a 3-4 game winning streak could make sure that others may lose one or get a draw and Barcelona can get closer.

Many trouble on defense area for Real Madrid and I think Éder Militão is not enough to keep defensive Madrid area although have Alaba, need new player on January window transfer to get defender player position exactly left or right defender position and central defender position to be partner for David Alaba, many time Real Madrid only focus with rumor transfer on forward position to get Mbappe but forget what terrible with defender area.

Sheriff apparently rely on creating only very good chances, not just many chances like City or Liverpool, so the problem is actually easier in a sense, you only need to have 2 very good defenders and prevent their counters early from midfield.

Benzema will for sure come to the fore as usual, Sheriff will return to average over long term.

Atletico just need to keep winning, or drawing because Real and Barca will lose many times this season.

Yesterday, we have some good number of shocking results as first Real Madrid lost against Espanyol after then Real Sociedad has chance to reach top spot, but they held by 20th ranked Getafe, and now they are staying at 3rd spot after this Sevilla has good chance to reach top spot, but they also surprisingly fail and lost against Granada and give them first win of this season mean first spot is very hot to handle for teams in La Liga.

Now for some time Real Madrid is going to stay at top as Atletico Madrid next match is going to hold 24 October against Real Sociedad and other teams going to playing their matches on 17 October.

it was humiliating how we conceded both goals, i was particularly irritated the two times karin benzema scored a goal but it was invalidated. it looks like we are going deeper into the hole, we are losing against very weak teams. first we lost against the team that has the weirdest name (sheriff) and today we lost against espanyol. what else is left to happen? 

Bad, very bad results. I hope madrid can make the score draw. Actually Madrid played quite well at the start, they were able to control the ball and the game. But all that was lost when they went down 0-1 in the 18th minute. They had problems defending. They had a hard time dealing with the counter-attack. But they are too late to recover.
Apart from that Mallorca also appeared more effective, they were able to score goals on the counter-attack. Their strategic organization is going pretty well, they appear full of enthusiasm.

As much as we want to blame the coach or team for this loss,let's not put the blame on keoman because football is a business and am certain the pressure is coming from above and the only way to cut the teams expenses is to let go of the high earning players  which of course will affect the teams performance. But a season from now Barca should be able to sign chesper players to stay within its budget.
