We never have to underestimate Barcelona. They have wonderful squad.

Agree with this, but most people doubt Barcelona can win anything this season because they have been inconsistent in the league. 7th place in the standing with 14 point from 9 matches makes people doubt that they will reach the top of the final standing. I still believe they can do it perfectly even though at the moment there are many problem they have to face at the club. The club's finance are in trouble, and that can lead to instability within the team.

It is natural that there will be more discussion about the team which has more fans and followers. Everyone will want to praise the team which they like. And critics will want to point out the faults of that team which team they don't like. If you start talking about any small team or less famous team then maybe many more will be interested. So, mate, you can start a discussion about any less famous team, many will be at the forefront of the discussion with you.

When you want to talk about Athletico Madrid and you want to close the topic on Barcelona, you are making it very difficult.

Look at what Suarez is achieving in A.Madrid this season, dude has been a great goal scoring machine which helped them a lot, they are not at their current place all thanks to him, but you have to accept that he played a big role in changing their whole system to something much more fluid in offense, maybe his knowledge he brought from Barcelona or maybe just purely talent, but their offense just feels a lot easier to score this season all thanks to him. Which Barcelona lacks a lot this year, losing Suarez was one of the worst mistakes they could have done, specially without replacing him with someone at equal quality neither.

Odegaard impressed me very much yesterday in Real's game.
Even Real lost he played very well and he had some great moves on the pitch. The way that he creates free space and the fact that he passes the ball instantly in the first touch shows me that he is going to have a bright future. He is going to be the next generation of players along with Haaland. I hope Real is going to recover and get back to wins soon....

I agree with you but what about other clubs on the top, Real Socieadad, VillarreaL etc?
Personally, I think that the main reason why these clubs are at the top of the Spanish league is a big crisis in Barcelona and Real and not the special quality of these clubs.
As soon as Barcelona and Real solve their internal problems, it will be a completely different story.
The season is still far from over.

Atletico Madrid are doing a very good job in the league now. They scored 19 goals and conceded just 2 goals in 9 matches. That is really an awesome statistic for them. Real Sociedad and Villarreal are playing very nice too. But I think Atletico Madrid are the closest team to take the championship.

to be honest, there are still a lot of games left, even though Real Sociedad has 24 points and Atletico madrid has 23 points and Barcelona has 14 points and Real Madrid has 17 points there is no guarantee that Barcelona will not become champions, from what i see barcelona is gradually getting closer to the leader and will even surpass real madrid at the level of points. I am a fan of real madrid, but in the last games I realized that this real madrid will not win the la liga and will not go very far in the champions league... and I am not seeing Real Sociedad and Atletico madrid being champions of la liga

Finally an easy win for Barca in La Liga - not that often thing this season. Total dominance today. What an amazing goal by Griezmann. And Messi made great tribute to Diego Maradona.
Still despite this win, we are still 9 points behind Atletico, but we are getting closer to Real.

Any result other than a win for Barca would be disastrous but winning with 4 goals will have for sure a positive impact and motivate Barca players.
The big gap between them and ATM is another story and I doubt it will shrink considerably in the next 9 games imo

There will be a total of 38 games so there is 27-29 matches left (depends from teams), so yeah less than 30% of games were played and it is too early to judge who will win. Most of us are speculating about who will win regarding the actual performance of each team. So if Barcelona and Real Madrid will continue playing like this, a CL spot couldn't be 100% guaranteed for example... Same if Sociedad and ATM will continue like that, they will share the 1st and 2nd spots.
Now the fact that Barca for example will have a new president (and maybe a new manager later?) could surely affect positively the players...

Are you sure about Atletico Madrid and Barcelona? I think it's too early to be sure the league champions in this year contested Atletico Madrid and Barcelona . The La Liga season is still long, there are still 27 match and there is still a transfer market. If you look at today's standings, it looks like Barcelona is no better than Madrid. Real Madrid have played one match more than Barcelona due to their three points difference. I think both Madrid and Barcelona will buy or sell some players in the transfer market to improve their team. As for Atletico madrid, until now they have never lost, they are in second place in the standings, if consistent, the league champions will stay away from the monopoly of Barca and Madrid.  Hala Madrid
