You are right. Suarez's effect isn't enough to win La Liga Trophy, he is not a superhero or something like that. Moreover, Suarez just played for Atletico for the first season, we shouldn't expect too much on this. Let's see what he can do in this first season, he still needs time to adapt to his new teammates. I think Suarez can make a difference in La Liga and with Atletico Madrid.May be they are not going to win La Liga this year but I think they are going to be top contenders for the title.Suarez is a goal machine and he has showed it in every team that he has played.Furthermore the internal problems of Barcelona can probably make Barcelona to make errors more than usual during this year in La Liga.

Indeed there were many internal problems but if you are a big club you should overcome them.
The most serious problem in Barcelona was the one with the coach - we saw in the past similar situations with players being disrespectful to coaches (such as the situation with Sarri and Chelsea) but big clubs have boards that can treat those situations successfully.

Yes. But this season doesn't look like it's going to be any better, even with a new coach. Barcelona are really in a transition period now. They've shipped out a lot of players that they didn't want, making huge financial losses on them as well... but they've not really brought new players in to replace them. They really look like a shadow of themselves at present. You can't see them challenging this year. And there is still the question of just how committed to the cause their star player Messi is going to be, after he was effectively forced to stay against his will.

There are several accusations of financial mis-management at Barcelona. They have signed many players but are still relying on the older team. And most of them complaining about not getting paid. And all the Catalonian drama. There is clearly visible fracture on the team regarding locals and rest of Spain. And it was the same in it's history and is not going anywhere soon.
With Messi in team, they are still a balanced team but they need to plan it right to defeat their competitor Real Madrid.

moving to M City is the right thing for Messi to take, his future at Barca in my opinion is already dim..  Barca's debt is increasing day by day and it will not be easy to solve in fast time.  M City is the right place for Messi to wait for his retirement from football, if he does not take this opportunity, surely his salary will be late in paying and he will loss..

Yes, no player can not change the total game result alone whatever the big player. Messi is also in that position now. There are some misunderstanding that already happened with the team management recently. And all we saw a drama type senario about Messi's Barcelona leave. I agree that they have added more quality and certainly more depth to their squad and there are 2 of my countryman there too, but I don't see them as favorites to win the Champions league. If they get some lucky draw and some circumstances go in their favor, like no injuries they do have the potential though.

@MCobian it’s confirmed that the staff of Barcelona will be facing wage cuts, but as of now their player’s will be spared subject to certain conditions being fulfilled which will be disclosed in coming days. Also a vote of no confidence against Barcelona President has been accepted, and in coming days it’ll be put to test which will definitely effect Barcelona current campaign, as the opposite Presidential candidate isn’t keen to keep Koeman as Barcelona’s head coach.
