You can expect a lot of draw from atletico , they have mastered it
I cannot understand simeone , why did he insist to play that defensive strategy all the time, arent he tired?
They might are the best team in defending by conceding the least goals but at the end it is gonna be mean nothing when you gets no title, he need to change or simply move from ATM , joao felix wasted his talent in a defensive minded game.

Losing at home with a weaker team is a symptom of bad shape IMHO (in Champions' League).

It's El Classico, the result should be always unpredictable. As it is a prestige match, both team will fight all out, and no thinking about their current match results. Which team to win, is determined with the mentality and which can prepare well. We don't talk about data here, it is no effect.

You are right, it was more than 2 goals, but unfortuntely for Real Madrid, NOT for Barcelona.

I saw just some tickets win exact score 1-3 for Real Madrid and man, those guys were so happy about the win and they should be as Real destroyed Barca without giving them any chances to come back. If anyone still had doubts that Barcelona era is gone , now you have another reason for it as real comes after 2-3 with Shaktar so they are not even in full shape. The good and bad times will come and go, in this season I think the team that is in better condition will probably get bad results and vice versa, this is not something new because before there have been many events and among them are the defeat of Madrid in CL and many other teams also lost to minorities. This season is a season where everyone is struggling with the mess so I think it will be more difficult to predict and about Messi, sooner or later I'm sure he will be away from Barca if there are no more positive changes in the squad.

Last season should have been the right decision to leave Barcelona because his performance will not be brilliant again, therefore the squad they maintain will not be as solid as before, hmmm don't keep it at Barca it's hard to come back.

But with this Madrid victory, everyone knows that the Barcelona squad is still weak from defense and Real Madrid, even though yesterday lost, was still able to get up for so many times.

I agree that Atletico are too defensive, it will be difficult to win if Atletico continue to play like that. Maybe what Simeone wanted was
an effective game, so with a little chance he could score a goal and hope to win the match. But the game looks boring and because of
the strategy like that it will make the game less creative. Hopefully Simeone realizes that offensive play is sometimes needed.

People talked too much about Messi and Ronaldo, they forgot about Sergio Ramos and he wanted to catch more attention from football audience. Instead of letting his hair growing, he lets his beard growing. It looks more impressive and easier to catch attention. Maybe Ramos wanted to be a GOAT. Have anyone tried to compare who is the best GOAT between Ronaldo, Messi, and Ramos yet? Who deserves the GOAT title (only one)?

it was a very good game, i thought it would be a boring game and i was already planning on watching a movie but for some reason i said to myself: "i will give it a try..." and i started watching the game i even forgot about movie. Real madrid played very well and scored 3 goals which was something impressive, barcelona was also not too bad, but showed that it still needs changes and to have good results and if it continues like that then becoming a champion can be just a dream far.

Ramos in last season and in early matches this season demonstrates his ability to play well and keep his key role in defense system of Real Madrid but he needs more supports from his team mates, from other defenders (central and swing) and defensive midfielders. He is not fast enough with his current ages.

Really hope el Clasico can heat up as usual. But unfortunately Barcelona are not working at home. Barcelona, unlike most big teams, is ranked 12th is a bad thing. In the future it will be difficult for Barcelona if their performance is still like this. What's more, at UCL, we will go home first.

In football, when time passes player won't be able to get it back. Shevchenko, Fernando Torres, Hulk (do you remember Hulk who sacrificed his career to get yuan in Chinese league), Coutinho and Griezman. Coutinho has his chance under the coach Koeman but Griezman did not.

Will Messi leave the club after this season, he might leave but next season Griezman will be at his 30 years old. Too old to restart his career with a new chapter.

It doesn't have to be that way. We have an example of Bale being reborn at Tottenham and he is a completely different player and person now than in Real before.
I think for Griezmann the biggest problem in Barcelona is his relationship with Messi and their mutual cooperation.
The current chaos and problems at Barcelona and frequent changes to coaches certainly haven't helped in this situation.

In my opinion, Real Madrid will bet on Laliga this year. There are more chances to defend the title than it is to take the Champions League; Barcelona is as weak as ever and other rivals are showing volatility.

Along with Paco too actually. So good to see old and new faces, even though Suarez is ex Barca (god I miss him now but never mind at least it gives Fati a chance to shine).

ATM haven't lost true but the way they were drawing 2 games after that crazy 6-1 shows they are still nuts about clean sheets more than anything else.

I have said before and I will say it again, Barcelona is not the Barcelona we remember, they are playing very young kids and that is a great idea for the future of Barcelona as well and I was happy to see them on the pitch today, but Madrid is not in a rebuilding phase, they are decent and they continue to dominate the league whereas Barcelona is trying to get a whole new team nowadays, they almost lost Messi this off-season as well and only reason why that didn't happen was the fact in the contract and that was it.

So long story short if you do not see barça at top 3 this year, do not be shocked I know it is rarely ever the deal but that is going to happen this year, that is at least what I am predicting. I said Madrid would won and wagered heavily and quite happy with the result.

It was a controversial one.
Ramos made 2 faults that wasn't counted against Lenglet because he continued to play like nothing happened and referees didn't see it. Then Lenglet pulled Ramos's shirt which was an obvious obstruction, however Ramos love dramatising the situation a bit and acted like he was in the pool.
Anyway it is Barcelona fault for not scoring, so crying about the VAR being always against them will not fix their problemS!

I agree with you that Barcelona, which currently plays too many young players, and different from Barcelona, which we are familiar with
many star players. So Barcelona deserves to lose against Real Madrid, although it is hard for me to admit that your prediction is likely to
come true. Barcelona may not be in the top 3 this season, I hope Barcelona can bring in 1-2 experienced players. Or maximizing some of
the senior players in their current squad, by giving them more opportunities to play.

Who knows? Only Messi and God know about it.
But in my opinion, if he leaves the team while the team is really needed him, it is not a wise decision. I know it is his right to leave or stay, but he is the captain now. The captain has the responsibility to keep the team in good condition and motivate all players to struggle all out till the end of the season. So, it is not the right time to think about leaving or staying in Barcelona, now it is the time to show dedication and hard effort to the club.

Regarding the bad performance of Barcelona, guys why all of you blame the coach or strikers or even young players? IMO, it is not about them. The problem: they have no good midfielders as Xavi or Iniesta anymore. Those midfielders who can deliver accurate passings, control the game, and push the opponent's players to stay in their area. In the last season, Barcelona has Ivan Rakitić, but unfortunately he already leaves the club.
