In La Liga Barcelona has only 8 points in 6 games. This is a great chance to recover, they should win this and get more comfortable. This standing is definitely not normal for Barcelona. They beat Dinamo Kiev in Champions League game, their morale is good.
I expect nothing but a victory for Barcelona today. Winning odds are pretty good. You don't always see over 1.30 odds for Barcelona win in Camp Nou.

Indeed, Barca is more dominant than Real Betis, but Barcelona's current condition will be a consideration to choose Barca to win tonight. Moreover, in the last 3 matches they lost to Real Madrid and lastly was held to a draw by Alaves who only played with 10 players. The victory in the champions league yesterday may be a revival for Barcelona to reach the full three points. Lionel Messi have to proof how to be legend in Barcelona and keep make score with open play because all this season Lionel Messi only make score by penalty kick.

He lost his faith and love for Barcelona and his stats in games are terrible. He still scored some goals but they are penalty goals.

I think the day Messi leaves Barcelona won't be too far.

Barcelona is play rather badly and Barcelona losing at home (Camp nou) is not such a difficult task, Real betis has done it before back in 2018 where we saw Barcelona lost 3-4 to Real betis. We saw Osasuna beat Barcelona to a 1-2 loose to Osausna and Real betis is much more a better team compared to Osasuna. Barca is like a lost pile this season and every team wants a piece of the pile and so they pressure hard, knowing that a hard earned 3 points from Barcelona now assures them a better chance of winning with the table. You don't expect Barca to loose when a game is rather rounding up so, now is the best chance and with Barca's consistent bad play so far, them loosing this round is a big possibility.

Barcelona vs real Betis, this is the chance of blaugrana to recover in La liga after failing to win in the last four games, Barcelona are going to face
a really good team, but the star of the team Nabil Fekir is not going to play due to injury, but not just him is going to miss the match, even Juanmi
and Christian Tello with the same reason, this is the chance for Barcelona to show off that they are still after the title even though the difference
is kinda big, i think it's going to be an easy game for them, a four goals to nil (4-0) is my prediction.

 

now for barcelona to win have to pray for the opponents to have important players injured. I can already imagine the scenario:

anyways, my La Liga saturday ticket: FC Barcelona corner handicap -2.5 @1.90...A desperate Barca looking for the 3 pts might take the offensive role in this match meaning a lot of corners for them while Betis go for a more defensive approach since they're comfortably sitting 4pts above Barcelona

Before the start of the season, I was sure that Sevilla would surely be at the top but they are currently even worse than Barcelona 
Maybe Villarreal or Real Betis?
It's really a surprise that Real Sociedad is currently leading in the Spanish championship, but they will hardly last long at the top.

Not a surprise, it's still very early in the campaign with just 20% of games played. When we are at 50% even it's still too early unless there are big gaps in between 1st and 2nd. Sevilla will be disappointed with themselves performing badly even in Europa for me the real surprise is Granada who are repeating last season's extraordinary early run.

I'll try stop talking about my own team though. Seems like I jinx them. Now just watch!

Barcelona started good actually, Dembele scored but Griezmann missed a penalty and Betis scored in extra time.
Luckily they started second half also very fast and found a goal now. I'm sure they won't miss this chance and take 3 points safely. Griezmann make up that penalty miss with this goal.
Leo Messi is on the pitch in second half. We'll see how he plays and answer critics, there are too many haters these days.

I thought the score would have ended 4-2 but Pedri's goal on 90 'was very unexpected. if Barca can maintain a game like this then they will finish in good numbers when the standings end but Barca this season is almost similar to MU, not consistent.

LOL, do not be afraid because Barcelona are now very inconsistent in the league. I won't say much about their win today because that's how it should be. But I'm still amazed by Messi who is still passionate and make a difference to the team. Without him, perhap Barcelona would have been very easy to beat because there was no goalscorer like him in the team so fewer goal were scored at the end of the season. But whatever Barcelona's current condition is, in fact Real Madrid fans are still too afraid to see them return to consistency.

Well deserved win for Barca and as I watched second half they played great with Messi. Trolls and haters have to be quiet tonight.
Messi scored, created chances for his teammates and made assists.
Penalty decision was right, if it wasn't handball Dembele had already been scored that. Messi gave masterclass about penalty kick. His other goal was also great.
Sergi Roberto made 2 great assists. He's a quality player. The match was very enjoyable for football fans. Barcelona didn't let me down.

I'm happy for Barça followers, last week's failure versus Alavés was though. This 5-2 versus Betis is quite encouraging.

I'm not a big fan for Real Madrid neither, ¡so Visca Barça!
