THERE ARE NOW 3 DAYS LEFT IN OCTOBER AND AS USUAL, NO CONSISTENT UPDATES FROM SPONDOOLIES.
AGAIN I ASK, HOW HARD IS IT TO SIGN ON TO BITCOINTALK AND TYPE A 50 WORD POST GIVING THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PAYING YOUR BILLS AND SUPPORTING YOUR FAMILIES AN UPDATE?
I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE TO BEG AND PLEAD FOR A SIMPLE UPDATE AND SOME INFORMATION, THIS IS NOT HOW GOOD BUSINESS RUN.
IT'S ALSO REALLY SHITTY SPONDOOLIES MINES WITH OUR EQUIPMENT UP UNTIL THE VERY LAST DAY (WE'LL SEE IF THEY ACTUALLY DO SHIP). I HIGHLY DOUBT THEY'VE RECEIVED THEM FROM THE MANUFACTURER THIS WEEK AND TURN THEM AROUND, I'D BET THE'VE BEEN THERE AT LEAST A MONTH...
Sorry for the slow responses Koontas. We are as always shipping brand new units within the promised time frame How do you NOT know if the SP20's will ship within 3 days? You either do or you don't at this point.

Hi All,
Final and exact numbers for the SP31, SP35 and SP20 will be released tomorrow. Shipping of the SP31 will begin tomorrow morning as well. As this is much smaller batch than previous ones there will not be any issues shipping the entire batch within the promised time frame.
The SP20s are also expected to be shipped in time. Should there be any issues with shipping in time we will compensate.

Time to dust them off and box them back up! What a bunch of bullshit. We all know "compensation" never arrives. Look at the complaints above. Just ship the shit out already and quit playing us for fools. We have a handful of wires that the bank was not able to process and have contacted these customers directly for the required details. If you have not gotten your compensation please send a PM with the email you have used to register to our site or your order number.

You either do or you don't at this point. The October SP20 batch is a very small one and is currently in assembly. The units are expected to be shipped in time, however if for some force majeure they are not, we will stand by our promise and compensate for the late delivery

I was hoping you guys were going to be different than the other manufacturers, but, now that I'm just getting canned responses 3 days before the products are supposed to ship I know I was wrong.
Think about the situation you're putting your consumers in. It doesn't instill much faith when even YOU don't know (or won't tell us) if the product will ship 72 hours before they're supposed to. THAT is poor management.

one my psu is dead (the guy who power cycle the rig said that the PSU threw spark out of the fan ) There is no more support for this SP-10 now. Can SP-T tell me what's the PSU model I shall buy ? Can you send a fresh new one ? Btw, any news about the compensation plan ? i have no news since last week.... got an update from barbara regarding the compensation. Thanks Barbara ! Anyway, found out the psu i need... !

sp20 should be shipped at half of october we are in november now no proof of sp20 hashing/shipping still.. pity

sp20 should be shipped at half of october we are in november now no proof of sp20 hashing/shipping still.. pity bbxx, I believe it's still October with 3 days remaining. You may want to check your calendar again and find a better time server.

I'm now tired of contacting spondoolies. Poor techie Zvi has been doing his best to work out what's wrong with my 3 machines.
I have posted several times on this forum too.
From the 3 machines (SP-30's) purchased only one is running.. and not consistant. They sent one RMA and yet that is also not working again.
Guy has not contacted me again about any compensation. I'm loosing out as I've gave it for host in Michagan and i'm based in London.
What do you say for this?
If you cannot do anything why can't you simply refund me? That would make life more easier!

I got my compensation. The products I use from SPT were shipped in time. Multiple orders, multiple times. I'd love to have all my vendors of SPT's caliber, and I'd hate to have most of the complainers here as customers. Fortunately, I can pick my customers. It's better to refrain speaking for others, and if you're not using the royal we/us, you know, it's called "Dissociative Identity Disorder" ..

Honestly, why are you surprised? Every ASIC manufacturer ships at the very end of their estimated ship date. No exceptions. Just be happy you didn't preorder from some other vendor who ships many months late or not at all. Spondoolies, Bitmain and ASICMiner can be trusted to ship in a timely manner. But it's up to the individual buyer to not expect anything to be delivered early. It just never happens.

Let others speak for themselves or just quote them. The only draw back with SPTech is the lack of definite shipping dates and this still has not changed since my order. That is the only thing I would fault them with at this time.

Just shut up and ask for a refund. Or do you not want one ? You must be off your medication or due for a snort every time you start complaining. It is not like they are not compensating or denying refunds. Been mining since 2011 and SP-Tech is the best manufacturer in the BTC mining business today.No other manufacturer today can match their customer service and how fairly they treat their customers. 100% guarantee. Just be reasonable dude. Mute for you.
