Anyway, just realized...  The goal isn't good for me.  I have it HT/FT draw and City win at 3.95.  -_-.  Rooting for United to get one in now. 

The second goal was caused by some schoolboy defending from Manchester United's defenders. How do you allow Foden to make such a run in the first place? Their second mistake was leaving KDB unmarked inside the 18 yard box. My predicted 2-0 score also did not come true; Manchester United has a lot to work on if they want to close the gap with Manchester City in the future. As a rival fan, such results make me happy.

The quality difference showed itself directly in the second half. KDB played to the show, as if he was the smartest on the field. Foden pushed the United defense hard. Mahrez forced his way and finally found the goal. It was a great Manchester derby. It became clear that the problem was not caused by Ronaldo, but by the general condition of the team and the defense. This match was really competitive in the first half, but the second half showed the City's power.

They almost control the match with better play, shot, adn also shot on target. It seems that the final shots from Man City were exactly not effective so they only could score 1 goal.
The absence of the two strikers really gives big influence. Hopefully, Ronaldo can really be better again to prepare against in match in UCL later

From what I watched it looked like a professional team playing against a U23 squad.
Manchester United had nothing to offer to the match. Something needs to change if they plan on playing out the rest of the matches for the season.

Tottenham Hot Spurs play Everton tomorrow in the sole fixture.
I am confident they have gotten things sorted out and will beat the Blues with Conte getting settled in now after playing a few fixtures behind the helm.

Unless Ronaldo is really injured, as Rangnick said, and his hip problems will not interfere with the preparation for the upcoming Champions League match. On the other hand, if this is true, it is quite understandable that the head coach and the medical staff of the team do not release the player in this match in order not to aggravate the situation and lead the situation to a more serious injury, which will definitely not allow Ronaldo to take part in the second leg of the Champions League, which is very important for the club. Manchester United may not have deserved a 4-1 defeat, but it's worth admitting that City were better and used their scoring chances effectively.

He wouldn't have changed anything because he's not a defender and, besides, he's been in poor form prior to his injury. His presence could have provided the team with some kind of threat up front, but what Rangnick needs to work on right now is their defensive department, Chelsea has the same issues under Lampard, it's very difficult to win games when defenders keep letting in goals, and Tuchel was able to solve the problem with the same players.

A must-win game for Everton who sits very close to the relegation zone, a perfect game for Dele Ali to prove some point against his formal side.

That's a many points lead in the league. They are 6 points ahead of 2nd place and 22 points ahead of 5th place, which is a lot. Manchester United now have to be careful not to lose a place in the Champions League for next year. The man of the match is Kevin De Bruyne. City were just too strong, not in the first half, but the second half was only on one side. with 69% possession and 24 shots on goal, a very strong performance against Manchester and a high win.

Yes, it is a wise and good decision to at least prepare for the next match in the Champions League although we may be surprised with that big loss in 4-1. Moreover, we know that the opponent is Atletico Madrid and the aggregate is 1-1. So, they must focus enough on that match in order to play maximally.
Hopefully that previous defeat will  not influence the mental of Man United players for the next match.

Chelsa has been performing far better when compared to Norwich and no doubt about Chelsa winning the match. Aston villa is a good performer as well seeing their recent two matches but when its going to be with Leeds United, its going to be questioned for a win. Just check out these two teams earlier match together held on 10th Feb. The match was drawn with 3:3 and Aston villa got a red card. So there are 60:40 chance for Aston Villa to win the match. Aston gets 60%

Watford - Arsenal game was also a great game to watch. Hernandez's goal was amazing. But Arsenal managed to get the win with a good play. Arsenal's squad with young and potential players is really promising. Of course, in a league with 2 monsters like City and Liverpool, it is very difficult to win the championship right now. However, if 2-3 nice reinforcements are made to this skeleton, there is no reason why Arsenal should not play for the championship in the coming years. After the team struggled at the beginning of the season, new transfers, the return of injured players and most importantly, the players getting used to the system gave Arsenal a tremendous level. With a better striker, this team will do much better next season.

Midweek games are typically wild, especially when playing against a relegation team. Tuchel may opt to rest Mendy, T.Silver and Rudiger and go with Azpi, Christensen and Sar at the back two. Chelsea win to nill @1.91 is a decent value, but for the reasons stated above, I'm only going for a Chelsea win.

The Manchester derby result cemented City at the top of the table while forcing Manchester United to accept they might not qualify for the CHampions League next season as they will probably finish outside the top 4.

Newcastle are playing great football, their new manager Eddie Howe will be proud of their achievements of getting away from the relegation zone. Arsenal managed to win a difficult game to show they are in pole position to clinch the 4th place finish and also Chelsea managed to win away to show they will not give up 3rd position.

Tottenham thrashed Everton 5-0 and pushed them further in a relegation battle while they showing Arsenal and Manchester United they will fight for a 4th place finish.

This week Manchester United will again face a tough test when Tottenham become their opponents at home. Without Ronaldo in his last match against Manchester City saw Manchester United lose 4-1, but I hope they can get back to their best against Tottenham.

On the other hand, Tottenham are also struggling to get maximum points in this match considering that they must no longer waste all the opportunities they have to fight for a ticket to the Champions League next season. If Tottenham win then they can move Manchester United up to 6th but I don't expect that to be true. Manchester United are expected to win that match considering they also need to be well motivated before against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League. So because of the match at Old Trafford I think Manchester United deserve the 3 points.

I don't think the problem with Leeds this season was the manager; they've been missing some of their key players since the middle of the season, including Stuart Dallas, Charlie Cresswell, Leo Hjelde, Sam Greenwood, Liam Cooper, Kalvin Phillips, Patrick Bamford, and Junior Firpo, who are all out due to injury. They may regret sacking Bielsa sooner or later because they're looking likely to be relegated with their new coach. They are two points above the relegation zone and have played more games than Everton and Burnley, who are now below them in the table.

Leeds United lost against Aston Villa and to be honest I think they got a little frustrated not being able to score in the match.
Because they really started playing rough, they are still in danger of being in the relegation zone, they need to do better than they are doing right now.
Aston Villa got some valuable points out of this match but now they need to win consistently to get ahead in the points table because the points difference between them and the team right ahead which is Wolves is 7 points.

Yup, Leeds was doing ok during the past couple of seasons with Bielsa.  And if anything it's not just the injuries, I don't think that Leeds squad has the athleticism to play how Bielsa wants them to play.  Imagine if Bielsa was managing Liverpool.  I think everybody will get the point. 

Anyway, I guess fade Leeds for a couple of matches after Norwich could be good.  They're going against the Wolves and Southampton next after Norwich.
