With the way Manchester city matches are,I have seen that they will be the one to win the EPL. Pep is really doing a great work, Haaland is really a great player and he fits in City as he is always scoring is his matches. Haaland is the highest goal scorer in EPL with his performance he might win the golden boot. Today's 4 goals made Manchester city to have a total number of 20 goals presently

Manchester city did not make any mistakes at home with beautiful football and plenty of goals. They are playing in a really incredible way. With Haaland they have made a good start. This year they are favorites in both the champions league and the league.
After beating Milan 3-0 at home, Chelsea managed to defeat the Wolves 3-0. Obviously I thought they would be tired but that was not the case.
Perhaps the most important match of the day was brighton-totthenham. The match which I wanted to watch a lot of goals ended with 1-0 totthenham's win.

What is going on with Liverpool's defense? They appear to have lost mutual understanding and continue to let the attack down with defensive errors and woeful defending; the entire team appears to be lost and has no idea what they are doing at the moment. Salah has gone deep after his multimillion-dollar contract. At the moment, Arsenal is the only top-four team that appears to be a title contender.

Liverpool were really hard to understand indeed. Their defense line is still unable to defend their opponents properly. This was their second game in row that they conceded three goals. I don't expect them to even finish the season in top 4 as long as they don't make any improvement in their defense. Actually they have great defenders now and van Dijk is one of the best centre-backs in the world. But currently something interesting going on with him as well.

Arsenal didn't have any difficulty in making Liverpool accept their game and this made things easier for Arsenal to get a win here. Of course the final result was pretty close like 3-2. But I believe this score is misleading. Liverpool didn't show that much impressive performance in general. Arsenal are keeping their lead by winning another big game.

Arsenal have really been exceeding all expectations. I believe that most bookmakers did not indicate that Arseanal would be fighting for the first place.
It was a great game, and I believe they will continue to have excellent performances, until they face the ultimate test against Man City.

Manchester United were really good in most of the match against Everton. I believe they deserved that win even though Everton started to be a little more dangerous in the second half. They really needed this 2-1 win after being destroyed by Manchester City with an unexpected score.

I didn't like Casemiro's effort. I know that he made a great assist to Ronaldo after making up for his mistake by stealing the ball again. But he was having issues in this match in general and this was worrying. He still doesn't seem to have adapted to this environment. Maybe it is because he was accustomed to playing with Modric and Kroos at Real Madrid so much. Now he is playing beside different players with different styles. Considering his quality I hope to see him being consistent in time.

I'm happy for Ronaldo to score by the way. We've seen a very weak shot of him before the goal but he made up for that by a decent one-on-one finish.

Ronaldo just needs more playing time, to get the rhythm and the right motivation to play good games. And I believe that with this game and with this goal things will start to improve.

If you compare the previous years with Liverpool in the last 2 years, the first thing you will notice is that they have changed from a team playing for each other to a team playing for Salah. They were doing this last year as well, but it was inconspicuous because they achieved the result. This year, Salah's performance decline is now very serious. Many Liverpool players prefer Salah, who is in a difficult position, even though they have more available other teammates. While Salah has a chance to create a clearer goal position, he kills the position by hitting the goal or trying to steal. This is the reason why this team lost Mane. Since the beginning of the year Firmino has taken very little time and been much more effective, but still is in Salah first 11. Either the whole team must start playing for each other again or Salah must not start the starting lineup for a while. Even though they won the games last year, I didn't like the games and criticize them because the differences with the old liverpool were very obvious. This year, there is no score, no game.

It's really like Salah and Firmino exchanged roles this season.  

Firmino has scored 6 goals and made 3 assists in the Premier League so far. But Salah has far less stats than him currently. Honestly, I was thinking that Salah was performing like this because of not extending with Liverpool before. But even though he's extended his contract now he is still underperforming. His contribution to Liverpool in offense has always been crucial for them to win their games. As they have a pretty bad defense now, these times are the most ones they need Salah to be more effective than this. I hope he pulls himself together before it's too late for Liverpool. They are already far away from the title race though.

I'm interested in seeing what he does in the long run, as well as how he manages the team during injury crises and how integrated the younger players are into the team. I'm not overjoyed because he beat the mediocre Wolves with bench players. I'll make my decision at the end of the season, not now.

Lastly it’s too early to say anything about Potter but if he’s to succeed then he’ll need time and backing in the transfer market, but after spending so much during the last transfer window I doubt that Chelsea can spend big again in the upcoming transfer window’s.

^  What kind of bet did you make?  It's almost always good to avoid betting for Man City as the lines really juiced and have no value as the books will never lay fair odds on a club that's most likely to win.  If anything, find value in the underdog as that's where books tend make mistakes.  It's not really that common tho.  So much better just to look for other spots with +EV.

Everton were top of the league by this time two seasons ago under Ancelotti, and they didn't even make the top 7 at the end of the season. Arsenal had a great preseason and took form in the season while the other top four teams were struggling, they took their chances, and now every top five team is getting in good shape and you can see how the table is shaping up, sooner or later pressure will come in. But, in the meantime, enjoy!! Arsenal fans.

I agree on this actually because the odds given to them are almost always the same. It is very low and it isn't worth taking any risk by betting on that.

On the other hand, they might be worth betting on this week. Because they have been given 1.75 odd for the Liverpool match in Anfield. If we take Liverpool's bad condition into account I think Manchester City have a quite big chance to win here. Liverpool have a horrible defense line now. The defenders are very qualified of course but the performances are not good at all. It is too difficult to stop a beast like Haaland with this poor level of defending.

I think Haaland will score at least one goal in this one also and Manchester City can win here. But it might be by one goal difference maybe as Liverpool are still good at scoring now. We can watch a delightful goal duel.

Arsenal - Liverpool is going to be the most attracting game of the week.

This is another important game for Liverpool to improve their league performance. They have been getting draws for two weeks. Especially the last one was due to big defensive issues as they conceded three goals. Arsenal are going to be a more challenging opponent for Liverpool. They are still the leader and their attacking performance is pretty consistent recently. They faced Tottenham which was one of the toughest games in the league for them but they still won by 3-1.

I think Arsenal are slightly closer to a win here. But it is very risky to bet on them at the same time. Considering that both of them are productive teams now I think that both teams to score at 1.50 odd is a very logical choice.

Both teams will show off their abilities. Despite their lackluster showing thus far, Liverpool is determined to win the game, Arsenal is the league leader and has been excellent offensively, so a draw seems inevitable. Klopp must show that Liverpool still needs him and that he has other plans in mind. To win back his supporters.

I respect your opinion, and you are right to have called a draw for them. Both teams performed good, and the 3-2 win could have been the other way around. Yet, I will not hide the fact that Liverpool still has a lot to do with their mid-field, and even their defence, the guys are trying but more is needed, and it was obvious in their last match. I was not surprised Arsenal later won, that was where my odds went in the first place. I couldn't choose Liverpool since they are not at the advantage with luck for now.

Leicester are going to host Crystal Palace tomorrow in the first match of the day. The horrible run is still continuing for Leicester side. They won only once in nine match weeks so far and we are seeing them at the last position in the standings at the moment. I have never seen this team this much desperate in the Premier League. They just experienced everything in this league like becoming the champions and being under a big threat of relegating from the league.

They are still dealing with enormous defensive issues and even Rodgers has no idea how to solve these issues now as it seems. The only way might be signing new players to their defense line but there are still many weeks until the winter transfer window. They have no choice other than trying to win as many matches as possible until then.

For this matchup, I think that Leicester might find a way to win even if they concede goal(s). I'll give them a chance @2.38.

They must be really thankful for Liverpool to defeat Manchester City magically last week while it was expected the opposite of this incident to happen. It is really difficult to predict if Arsenal can make it to the title already now. Because I still believe that Manchester City are much stronger than all of their opponents in the league this season. They would surely continue to prove this by the results they will get in the future. I expect very positive results from them in most of their big matches. Arsenal couldn't win the Premier League title since the 2003-04 season so I think it'd be lovely to see them winning it after long years.


Manchester United disappointed me by not being able to defeat Newcastle. Maybe it was a tough match but they could have won this if they didn't waste absolute chances. Fred missed a completely empty goal and I wonder whether Rashford could score if he used the ball himself instead. There was a critical header by Rashford in the last minute but he wasted that chance. Actually before all of this, Newcastle found critical chances with Joelinton but his two consecutive headers in the same attack bounced off the goal post. Maybe things would have been even worse for Manchester United.

I'll be convinced if Arteta and co. could win one match against City either home or away.  Doesn't matter as long as they get three points off of them.  But right now, as is, Man City has the better squad over all, the better manager and they got the experience.  In the league, they're steady and they just do their thing and rack up those points.

But after those wins vs Tottenham and Liverpool, I get why people are talking.  But it's just 4 points and there's still 7 months of EPL left.
