Oh yeah, I remember Oscar De La Hoya not showing his face in Ryan Garcia's corner because of some death threats this could be a closure that De La Hoya is really sincere, but regarding that, this fight may continue without his intervention there are other promotions that likely want to see this fight for sure,

I was about to say it's going to be a good fight but sh!t happens.
Well, all Romero should do is prove that he can really win games without controversies but now up against a different boxer. Ohara Davies. He won his last 7 fights and has now been given a chance to fight for the title.
I don't know what the referee has seen to stop the fight against Barroso but this time there should be no mistake or whatsoever. Barroso was obviously still fighting and Romero just keeps on pushing him making it look like he is falling down but I don't think that was a cue to stop the fight. He ain't injured, he is punching, he is defending, and no towel was thrown. The referee may have been blindsided by something that made him take the call to stop it.

I like the challenge of Ryan Garcia but he has to wait. I doubt it will still happen if Rolly is defeated by Ohara.

Purely for money purposes. Rolly Romero and his camp might be thinking they could increase his value of him if he fights boxers that have big names when it comes to social media fans. That is why he is picking either Tank Davis or Ryan Garcia.
But he has to win it if they want to continue to be a money-making machine. I guess the expensive price in pay-per-view and tickets of Davis versus Garcia made them realize that they could also make tons of money just by fighting either one.

Well, I am interested in Oleksandr Usyk's fight but I think this Daniel Dubois fight is surely Dubius for me it is viable Daniel Dubois is just 25 years old and still doesn't hit the level of his prime for sure this kid still has a long way ahead of him, but for sure Dubois only lost was against Joe Joyce, and it was a doctor stoppage if I am not mistaken it was a badly swollen of the eye of Dubois that got him that lost, but because his opponent is Oleksandr Usyk and a volume puncher that swollen eye lost could be repeated again,

It will be exciting until it lasts. 2 fighters that have very low defense and are not technically good come out swinging wildly until someone gets hit. If both will do the trash talking then I am confident they can do better numbers than Loma-Haney. Both are Americans, PBC loyalists, and Garcia's fans will buy this PPV. I say they can do 300k-500k PPV buys.

Good thing the WBA made the mandatory. They probably thought that Garcia is just bluffing and it won't happen so they issue the mandatory. Ohara Davies deserves this title shot more than Romero. His only defeats only came from former undisputed Josh Taylor and Jack Catterall. I will definitely bet on Davies here. The only chance Romero wins is by KO or if PBC will buy the judges and the referee.

Offer might not be big for Canelo though, but I think the Benavidez is chasing him because they know that Canelo is slowly losing a step or two as what we hae seen in the Ryder fight recently.
