Nick Pope's time on my team has finally come to an end no doubt, but I'm more surprised you're still considering whether or not to bring in Rashford to your team ? Man has been very consistent lately and is worth more than is value.

After some impressive Mahrez performance Guardiola still decided to drop him to the bench, maybe the only 3 players worth having on that roster is Ederson, KDB and Haaland, unless you want keep playing a good guessing game week in, week out.

Exactly, you really can't play mind gamess with Guardiola's team, he use certain players for the oddest reason and bench the best for no apparent reason.

I know people who regretting their decision of not keeping Haaland as their captain, I actually never considered him, especially with Man City facing one the teams with the most conceded goals, I could have overlooked Haaland, but had he been out injured, then Rashford would have been go to person without any form of doubt.

The weeks that would decided a lot of things are finally coming upon us gradually, and from blanks to dgw and to blanks again, these are finest margin to make the best decisions.

Ticking along nicely as expected, kicking myself for not having the balls to stick with Rashford, would be a very nice 30 pointer from him. At least Fernandez delivered 12 points so that could help me a little bit to offset the deficit.

Oh no he's in my team, has been since the Triple card played I was like Trofo, wondering to switch him in for Fernandes but my bank account said nope.

So 2 guessing weeks for me, and 2 not-so-bad returns. Even Robbo is pretty good for me. I'll keep him in, maybe bring back... Nunez haha.

This was my thought on Friday before switching my captain from Rashford to Halaand; I was concerned about his game time due to the upcoming LC final and EL marches, and he went on to score two goals; I believe Trent does not have a good backup, and he's another player who will likely play all minutes.

Problem is, Salah is so damn expensive so not easy to include in our mid. I want another Liverpool player as well but have no idea who will that be at this moment.

You are right about Salah, I'm thinking of getting Gakpo instead.

I really love the thoughts of Firmino or Diogo Jota from Liverpool but both players have only just returned from their injury spell so, I really can't pick one, but Nunez availability would hinder their game minutes imo, however from what I learnt today, Nunez have chances of facing Real Madrid, if that's the case there is huge possibility of him not start during the weekend, or playing maybe just only one of the double fixtures.

Trent is a no no for me still, especially due to the prize value he commands and I'll need the assurance that they'll stand a chance of a clean sheet at least before I can have a defender that costly.

Robbo over Trent. He always plays, and his form has been good, and Klopp trusts him more, but you're right, he'll get 70 because Tsimikas is a great stand in.

Milner too for Trent, actually, depending on how the game goes (always used to stem the counters after we get a lead), so both fullbacks aren't really full value.

Best to wait for Real game to pass, the way this team is going, I worry the most about injury.

Salah captain, Nunez vice... If I get lucky and Watkins + Alvarez can snag more points for me.

Also, feels like I'm getting a bit better in the past couple of game weeks or so, either paying attention is giving dividends or I'm just kidding myself.

As per the FPL website Just like the Wildcard, the Free Hit is used when confirming transfers. It cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, I believe until the deadline of that game week, whatever changes you want to make are still being covered by either of the two chip you used.


After the humiliation at Anfield last night is anyone probably reconsidering tripling in on Liverpool players, especially having a lot about people getting TAA, what if their win in the league over the weekend is another glitch in the matrix, like the 9-0 nil victory they had earlier into the season.

When you play your free hit you change as much players as you like up the deadline. You can make a new squad every day and you are loosing nothing. When you use wildcard you have to be a bit careful since you can lower your team value a lot if you are removing players and bringing them back later, loosing half of price gains in doing it. Here it is just for this week so you don't care.

In simpler terms free hit and wildcard both cover all transfers you do that week. You can even make transfers pay them with minus points and then activate. It will still erase your minus.

I don't like to take minus points, but this week it will probably be necessary, made a mistake with last week changes, and have to change that

interesting weeks ahead, DGW and blanks, this can thumb teams a lot, considering Free Hit for some as well, but not for this week

it is important to get in players that will play, Mahrez is under question due to Pep being smart-ass

I got rid of all the Manchester United players except Rashford... I recently took away pillows and blankets that were donated to those in need and in doing so, made a mental analogy with Manchester United's 25th and 26th game weeks (that's how often I think of the FPL).

Semi kidding of course, I knew the hit couldn't be cancelled -- but I now understand I can keep changing my mind and making changes even after saving the team (until MD begins of course).

Seems an amazing way to throw out Rashford and others just for this gameweek and get them all back again next!

You guys would be disappointed in me for shamelessly bringing back Darwin in to my team after I dumped him into the bin a few weeks ago, but I couldn't ignore the fact that he's a better option than Kane and Halaand at the moment with a DGW advantage. I activated wildcard, and yes, I was bold enough to sign three Liverpool players into my team. (Trent, Darwin and Salah )

3 Liverpool, 3 Arsenal, 2 Brighton (blank week but looking forward to DGW 27), 2, Everton players, 1 Wolves player, 1Leicester player, 1 City player, 1, Aston villa and 1 Chelsea.

I'm aware that Klopp is out of his element right now, but it doesn't appear that he will be fired any time soon as I had hoped. All I need is for Salah and Darwin to work their magic.

There are just too many ifs and but surrounding my team that have prevented me from making drastic sales, and the first if is the issue of budget, I would have loved to get rid of Tripier, Rashford and Shaw just for the next 2-3 games weeks and I would gladly taken the -8 points hit for that, but with my current budget and these players prizes, I would be needing an extra 1.1m to bring them back in at that point provided they don't have another prize fluctuation before then, it is as explained below;

**It varies with each team, depending on how long you've had a player and the increment is value had acquire since you had them.
So, regardless of how difficult their fixtures are can I afford 1.1m deficit and have a decent squad for the final run of the season, because I'm sure none of the players I'll bring in will return the same squad value even if I get some points advantage at the end of the day, and the fact that both Man United and Newcastle are bound to also have their dgw soon  is another indication that I'll probably need to bring in these said players again sooner rather than later, but then there is also strong case of emphasizing on the fixture at hand rather than some 4 weeks in advance because even all these said players could get injured or whatnot before then, so it's really a delicate situation that must be thread with caution, and however it might have been easier to stay conservative if you have a huge lead over your peers, but this is also one of the best chances to chase points aggressively to bridge gaps. So, damn trick situation, it is much more easier to just decide to go with a 2-0, 2-1 prediction than making decisions in this brain wrecking maze.

this rule is basically the one that sets me back early in the game, didn't know about that one, if I knew that, I would never let in/out Haaland early in the season, losing free transfers and money to try to catch Pep thoughts

my bench is almost consisted just from players with blank game weeks, so need everyone in team this week, and have Chelsea and City players, which is always a mystery this season
