I recall how quickly FPL reacted to award Kane that phantom assist in GW20 against City. A popular name with high ownership, i mean who would say no to some assist points for free, his shot was rather going towards the sideline than it was shot on goal, but hey... March on the other hand, low overall ownership, probably only seasoned fpl players had him or Mac Allister in their teams, so who cares if he scored or not,...as you said, it was clear from multiple angles but why bother.


Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Kvaradona are all playing tonight...the hell with them....give me Brighton and Brentford.

I would scream so hard if March scores tonight, it will be justice for his owners. By the way, that first screenshot is from Palace/Brighton match last month.

Karma strikes in 15th minute, Mitoma for March and we have the points we deserved to get in last game    Now it is time that they deliver something more.

Other game is still 0:0 and looks like it could stay that way for quite some time. Now switching to CL when Real - Liverpool starts.

Guys Solly March has been awarded the goal against Leeds, and Mitoma has been given the assist, but we will not be receiving any points because the FPL rules state that changes can only take effect 1 hour after the official time, and once the score has been updated, there is no further adjustment. Ive been robbed of a goal for March and an assist for Mitoma (C).

The EPL VAR is a shit even after Harrison confessed after the game, they did nothing

I have been robbed of more points since I have March as captain and Mitoma in the team. And goal for midfielders gets 5 points while assist only 3  

We also lost at least 2 and probably 4 bonus points with this decision.

If FPL were to not be affiliated with the PL or weren't organized by them, then their decision would have made an iota of sense, but it's the Fantasy game of the Premier league, not independent fantasy of the Premier League, but it's already a lost cause, and there no point ranting about it any further, Marsch wasn't my captain so, maybe that's why I'm not entirely raged by their decision, but I've got both Mitoma and March in my team, however, I'm rather more looking forward to both Brentford and Brighton keeping the clean sheet now, that's the only remedy for my game week and at least Ivan Toney has already scored a goal already.

I'll take that assist as an apology from Ivan Toney, and Mission Accomplised with both teams keeping a clean slate for the night, must be nice  Total disaster completely averted

I actually just decided to bench all my team NOT playing, and then putting in two Chelski bois (this is sort of a ragetransfer and semi promise I made to Ige anyway).

Season is like a dream I want to end now, really.

Going to the field with only 8 players after taking a -8 hit is a fucking risk I didn't want to take, it's a week of survival, and my main goal is DGW29 anyways.

Just curious about the Chelsea players you brought in to save your ass- Chilwell and Felix are good choices in any case, and we should easily beat Everton with our current form.

Shouldn't bee too hard too survive this week, not so great games and teams so while I am glad I have all 11 playing I am not expecting to make some great score. Playing in 5-2-3 is definitely a new experience for me

I literally planned on saving my Free Hit for gameweek 32, but as things currently stands, there is likely to be only just two 2 possible fixtures to be postponed and rescheduled, so I'm better off with it for just this week, but something strange literally happened to, I didn't want to waste my free transfer for the game week, so I first transferred out a couple of players and took a 4 point hit, and that was intentional ahead of the next game week, so the next day I then used my free hit with the hope that my team would return to the squad I had before the free hit, but I guess the freehit rules wasn't very clear to me before, so my team would return to how it was before the at start of the game, and not after I used chip.

Did not understand what you wrote about free hit but it works in following way. You get new team for just one match day and afterwards you get your initial team back. All transfers you made before pulling free hit are voided, you will not pay -4 for them but you will also not keep those players.

Yeah, thanks I didn't know that's how the free hit works, I felt if had already done a transfer with my free transfer, it wouldn't be part of the reversion after using the free hit, Since I made the transfer prior before, using the chip later, It's all about your team going exactly what it was before the game week., but then I feel FPL should allow keep our usual one free transfer whenever we use the wildcard and free hit, but we still get charged of the free transfer for that week, despite claiming all transfer as free, probably the terms should the first transfer cost us our free transfer for that week and every other transfers are the once we get for free.

I don't think I'll be having any issue with the blanks for game week 32; the fixtures confirmed so far are;

Brentford v Aston Villa
Crystal Palace v Everton
Leicester v Wolves
Newcastle v Spurs
Arsenal v Southampton
Bournemouth v West Ham

After the double games week, I'm not sure I'll tripple on any team, so I have decent time to make provisions to get at least 7-8 players from the fixtures above, I didn't count but I think, I currently have just Haaland from City, 2 from Man United and 2 more from Brighton, I should be fine for that week, this was my best shot based on our my team is projected, but I understand your point and it does make perfect sense too.

I'm glad I only took -8 because I knew it would be a bloody hell of a week. I only had 8 players available for the GW after taking -8, but the return wasn't as bad as I had anticipated.

I was secretly hoping Fulham would knock United out of the FA Cup so that Chelsea/United fixture in round 32 would not be blank. Welp, Mitro had other plans.  

32 is going to be a major pain in the ass because those who blank will almost certainly have a double in 34 (maybe 37). People who have their FH chips available are in a very good position!

Anyways, the last couple of game weeks have been rather good for me (four green arrows in five weeks), finally broke into the top 100k, looking to continue my push for top 50k after the international break.

Can't believe I actually won GW 10, don't even remember it.

But hey, my persistence continues and my captain Saka took my entire team up with his brace + assist... I had all my bench not playing, and 3 players on field also not playing, so I have to say I'm pretty chuffed still managed to get 50+ points from Arsenal + Havertz haha.

I really should have paid attention to FPL much longer, feels nice to be climbing up slowly when I actually make transfers (then again, when you're bottom, going up should be easy, right?).

2nd chance league is better indicator of how I'm doing, which is shitty

Despite using my Free Hit I was barely able to win the round, Thanks to Chelsea's stunning defense 🙄 and My self for having Jensen a 10 pointer as my third option in the bench, despite two players actually not playing, Almiron and Cuccurella, all that came in for them were just Eric Dier and some other defender from Arsenal, I really don't know how I messed having Jensen as the first Substitute option knowing he's nit defender and at least I wasn't expecting Arsenal to keep a clean sheet, the worse case scenario would have been me having him as second option.


EDIT: A question what asking though is there still anyone in the General Cup ? and secondly too, I didn't check at first or maybe I missed it somehow the pool cup is starting in week 34, I think there should have been a slight prize or something set aside for that, it would have been fun.

I never lasted long in the cup, even in the seasons where I was top 200k I always got eliminated in round 1 or 2. I have worst luck there, there was one season where I was doing really well and even had a score of about 20 points more than GW average and still lost in the cup against guy who did not touch his team from GW1. He had some keeper as captain, I think Henderson who was conceding all the time and then he keeps a clean sheet, saves a penalty and ends up on 20+ against some top team.

Anyway interesting times coming up. We have a double GW29, double GW34 and double GW37 with one hellish blank in GW32 to screw with many managers plans. Looking forward to this, saved free hit just for that one since the moment it was announced. This is the time for me to attack the rankings and hopefully put some pressure on the guys in front of me.

Let see how these double weeks will turnout, funny enough, I've barely had a success when playing with a double game week in mind with my transfer 3 weeks earlier or there or even taking points it.

I have Salah, and I can't think of any other Liverpool option right now. Darwin can't be trusted, Jota's minutes aren't guaranteed, and Diaz can't be trusted after his long injury, so I'm stuck with Salah.

For the second time this season, I have no Manchester United assets; instead, I'm focusing on the Brighton and Aston Villa double game week. Mitoma scored on international duty; he will continue to be my captain; he wasn't as good as expected last DGW, but his double assist was enough for me.

didn't checked my team for ten days now, so will be a challenge to see what to change, definitely will try to use players from teams that play two matches, although Arsenal has one match, but could end-up with goals

used Free-Hit and lost two free transfers, learning by doing wrong, thought that those two free transfers will remain for next game week, but that didn't happen
