At least I captained Haaland, at the moment he is giving me 20 points and i have another 5 players playing that are all together contributing another 8. Just proved how much captaincy talks are unnecessary at the moment. I am not moving that captain band unless Haaland is 100% not playing.

At least Foden came on, so still time to earn some points and outscore De Bruyne.

Yikes I got him way too late I guess, I got him since last week and Brighton keep on losing ever since. Gotta try for atleast two more weeks before I decided if it is worth it to keep him although honestly I would actually get rid of him right now if I could have an extra free transfer for the week.

We're in the same boat. Ever since i brought him with a free transfer a few weeks ago he's been absolute dogshit. I had no choice but to keep him for this GW as i didn't want to -4 again to bring another player,, hopefully we'll get 2 or 3 points from him today *EDIT  Trossard the man, the legend! lol

I'm glad I held on to Trossard, and I dropped Gross to the bench, I was at the brink of a forced/false buy on Salah, and I would have not just have had to give up Trossard or Rodrigo for Salah while taking a 4 point hit, but I might have even captained Salah, yet again! Bullet dogged successfully, I'm only pained I had Neco Williams has my player on the sub list, when could keep a clean sheet against Liverpool.

Yeah I feel quite silly defending Salah and promoting Foden yesterday

Salah with another terrible performance, never even close to scoring while Foden takes a page from Ronaldo book and sits on bench I think I will just be quiet in the future and count my points in peace. If I share it ends super badly.

You are not alone in this situation. I joined into the Salah hype, only to see him run around like he had no idea what was going on. He had a clear chance to score in the first 20 minutes, but he played it wide. I don't know about anyone else, but Mane was clearly more important to this Liverpool team than Salah, but the fans and coach were blinded by Salah's goal stats. I almost hand him the captain's band. Lol

I'm done believing in Salah; it makes no economic sense at this point to have someone at £12 and still fall below 7 every fucking week.

Oh Sucks, I was quite busy today and forgot to change my entire draft ( as well as my superbru ) so I had to stick with both Haaland and De Bruyne on the bench as well as my 5 defenders draft that I used last week. What a way to start this week, pretty bad for me right now although Trossard got 7 points this week. I could have gotten way more by now with my usual draft

I got 17 points right now, it would have been 44 by now dang it

I still can't believe I was seriously considering captaining Salah for this GW, if I knew he was gonna play as a striker which he did I would have given him a captain band. Good thing I did not know that up front and left it on Haaland. Really not a thing to even consider anymore. Perma captain Haaland and that is it.

I was sure three players that I did not have would have great week: Salah, Foden and Saka. I decided to bring two and choose first two, did not do me much good. Too be fair Saka does not look any better so far.

I don't think I will be selling Salah before WC, simply not that many matches left and he is at least 90+ minutes player for sure. There is shitload of games crammed before WC and there could be a lot of rotations.

Trossard is inexpensive and effective; I'll look at Brighton's next three games before making a decision on him tomorrow. I only have one Newcastle United player in my team and none in Tottenham, so I want Tottenham to win because I have them on my bet slip. There are a lot of Trippier owners in the league, so I desperately want him to fail because I don't have him in my team.

Mate I told you I was broke. I need to pull another lever,I only have 0.2 cents in my account. I was thinking of getting KDB with Salah's money because Halaand and KDB are both in the same puzzle. They both make one another look good.

Super yikes on this one, Pope ended up giving me only 2 points so thats 4 points with the captain band. So I got 40 points this week in total and average is 48 points so its pretty close. I thought I would be getting like half from the average points although I could got way higher than the average if only I didnt forget to change my draft for the week

If you think you had a bad week, I suggest you take a look at my team and bench players. With my bench players, I could have had 24 more points, If had been able to make certain decisions from players sitting on the bench to my squad, Andreas with 10 points, Ward with 8 points and Neco Williams that played against Liverpool had more points (6) than all of my 4 starting defenders plus goalkeeper combined.

I was gonna drop trossard last week because Brighton's fixture didn't look too promising, but all it took was one goal from him for me to change my mind and keep him for another GW. Next weekend is Chelsea, and after that they'll face Wolves and Villa... Yeah i think he'll stay in my team for a long time

At the rate this season is progressing and considering he will again be on my bench, I am quite sure he will get 5 save points and two penalties saved if City proves to be good enough to breach iron clad Leicester defense.

Man! I really don't know anymore at this rate, I've already opted to be more consistent with 3 at the back, but I really felt an well rested Emerson Royal would be rather sensible after picking completing his suspension, but then he was just back to where he left of.

I'm working a on fine forward line and I'll settle for the same 3 backline all season long until the premium defenders are back to their senses.

Great to see one put him on his team. Almiron its a top player, i remember him when he plays here in Lanus in the Argentina first division, and man, he was and is fast and talented as fuck. He doesnt have a lot of media coverage because he lost a few years in the MLS making money, and because he is Paraguayn and his national team its not in his best shape in this time, also when he comes to Newcastle he find a very bad team. Now they are improving and he its showing more and more.

No need to check 5 weeks ahead at this moment. We have only 3 game weeks before World cup and free transfers so those 3 GWs are all that we need to plan for. I know my team will get a big overhaul during World Cup. Now it is just damage limitation and trying to stay in striking distance to top positions in my mini leagues but that isn't going according to the plan My master transfers of Salah and Foden failed quite miserably.

Oh wait, World Cup yeah I kinda forgot about this. I cant actually believe that we are almost at the end of 2022, it feels like I was still in March or something around that lol. So its about time for us to put that free hit chip in a good use after the World Cup ended. If Im not limited to only 1 free transfer for the week, I guess I could be building the optimal team for the last 3 weeks.

Pep is really suprising us. Why did he risk Haaland and Cancelo yesterday then? Both had fever and were far from their best and both started in a game which meant almost nothing to City.

Vice is on Salah against Leeds for me, no need to think about that. Good thing is also that City is first game in GW so there is chance for last minute tinkering. Line ups can be found sometimes even an hour and a half before match which gives us almost half an hour window to order our squads.

Solanke is also flagged, so it will be interesting for some managerse to navigate this GW. And of course, still a lot of PL teams to play in Europe so there could be more surprises.
