I quoted this from many pages back and seemed to got lost and ignored. I am still having this problem. Anybody else use windows wallet successfully? Every single time I use my window wallet to send it makes 2 confirmations then resets to 0 confirms and repeats over and over in a loop. After some hours if I log out and back in then my balance returns to the original as if I never attempted the send. I've done this many times. I've tried it on windows 7, 8, and 2 laptops with 8.1. My windows wallet shows the correct blocks and when Bter sends me xcr the window wallet shows the correct balance. Its just all send attempts fail. Please this is obvious very important. Anybody else uses window wallet successfully?

Boris is working on the wallet the past few days, and should have an updated version ready when the testing om testnet is complete.

Instead of using your PC based wallet, try using the crypti.me wallet to send your coins.

Thanks for the answer. I know the online wallet works. I just wanted to let it be known there is a problem with the windows wallet since that will be the most important one for most people.

@GreXX

Any chance that we'll get to see a peek of Christine's new designs for the logo and website this weekend?

I hope for more than a peek.   There were so many different choices, that it is mind boggling.  Could never get a majority vote on one when there are a dozen or more to pick from, so we are having GreXX pick the final design.

Shouldn't the community vote on the final design? Have a few more opinions..

Between her designs and the ones from 99 designs, and with all the color variations per design, yes, there were far too many to pick from.  I dont think any design got more than 2 votes.  We left it up to GreXX to decide, or "make a command decision" as he put it.

Also, everyone is so busy with the CBC and the PoT, and wallet issues, that the design has had very little attention paid to it.

More often than not, this is more harmful to the process than helpful.

MAGI TOR > DARK > CRYPTI ETC.

In 10 years TOR probably won't even exist. I don't know if it will be CJDNS or something else that takes it's place, but TOR has been proven to be vulnerable.

any good news from xcr?
long time to wait ,and via is good example to pump.

We are running the Node Reward script right now, so nearly every block should have fees in them. Check it here: http://live.crypti.me

But please note, it's still in BETA. So there might be errors or downtimes of the script. Wink
OK, is there still any bugs about the network of xcr?

Boris, we were told the new version of the wallet would be out this week. Do you have any update for us on the status of the new version?

Sorry for the late reply, today was my anniversary so I spent the day with my wife.

Boris ended up finding an issue in the new version a few days ago that had to do with the switch to the new database (I don't know the exact issue). He has been working it out and should hopefully have it back in testing tomorrow. Our test cycles usually last about 2 days after a fix like this, assuming no new bugs or issues are found. Obviously if another problem occurs then we would have to fix it and then start testing again.

We also had a 6 hour meeting yesterday in which we discussed PoT / Forging extensively and I should be able to give an update soon (next few days) on what we are planning as the way forward in that regard.
