^ @ Celani10

I like the part most where you initially called people who are currently selling 'f***** stupid' and even gave good reasons to NOT sell, then not an hour later, edit that same post to that rant above.

Didn't follow your own advice, turned hypocrite, then went full retard.

smh.  Sad

Of course, no one is buying this and people just keep selling after DRAK decision to make more money!

No one agreed with his Idea of another IPO and keeping the VIA that will be getting exchanged for XHC... it's just a whole stupid Idea

You can see that all big people are just quitting dumping 50k+ stacks

Many coins are hit by pump and dump schemers. And not only shitcoins. They troll forums, buy cheaply, pump coins, troll again, dump etc until coin is dead. But Via is different, in its current phase still very promising.  It's too early for Via to die. We will see after several months.

Some people are clearly advertising SYScoin here, but I think Sys offers different services - like blockchain storage etc. More innovative after launch but also more prone to errors.

Personally I like ClearingHouse very much. Feels MUCH better than Counterparty - 1) much faster, 2) much cheaper to use.
Counterparty was/is really frustrating - slow and very costly. I lost so much in fees there. I really wanted someone to do something similar but better.

Celani, you're the weak hand.

if I'm the weak hand you are the dumb hand...

The smart here is btcdrak who made 610 btc and is already asking for more

If you guys didnt realize that he will be dumping the "burned" VIA u are just stupid...

Every VIA coin getting exchanged for XCH will just be sold for BTC so they can """""FUND""""" development

The whole Idea is just stupid... it will just a cicle of VIA getting dumped

Sale versus Burn could have been communicated better. But I agree with the decision. Via needs development funds. Anybody who really wants to succeed with thisd coin should support sale as a means to get more funds.
Drak should have imposed some reasonable max limit though. And promise not to spend for some time. There is a danger of him temporarily getting too much or dump, this will put off people. And yes, otoh having too much is also bad.

Its not exactly like Peter Todd will work for free. This isn't just some shitcoin with a crappy developer... It is a very promising coin with a terrific development team. $300k isn't much to work on, especially in comparison to Ethereum's $14 million.

VIA is currently getting dumped because of the BTC crash and today because of the syscoin launch.  It will not stay this low.  Smiley

You bought high at 50k and sold low at 30k, who's dumb and weak now? Also, you don't know when BTCDrak will sell the exchanged viacoins, he might sell after 4 months when ICO funds run out. After the fire sale, maybe the next viacoins will be burned therefore reduce the supply. You lack foresight, dude.

What you see in Bittrex is an illusion, The sell orders remained thin, but there is dumping. You've just been played. Of course, the buy support moves at a lower range when dumping happens.  Who wants to buy expensive when the weak hands are selling cheap.

Name me an altcoin aside from Ethereum who has better devs, better ideas, and better funding.

If the price reaches 15k - 20k I'll probably buy more since 70k has been reached in spite of incomplete developments -what more if Clearinghouse services roll out.

Absolutely correct. People want funds for Syscoin, and so they are selling their VIA in record fashion. Yet, to do so, they have to sell at a massive loss because there isn't buy support... Definitely a scary scene on the surface, but there shouldn't be any real fear. Btcdrak always delivers and doesn't do anything to pump the price. That sucks for day traders, but for long term holders like myself, its just a chance for me to pick up more undervalued coins.

Here is where the BTC went. Look now!
https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-SYS

And after they are done with syscoin, you weak hands will sell your coins cheap. Double win for them speculators.

One thing I am in agreement with- Burning of VIA was definitely something that should have been clarified before it was instituted. The second IPO should have been clarified even before the first one.

Trying to keep my trigger hand off the sell button as well. :S

I'm not even tempted to press that "sell button" because my coins are off exchange and are not for sale for this price. And you should do the same Smiley

Brace yourselves during the release of Syscoin... The price of Via will probably take a hit. Always happens when a new, good coin is released. Its only fair really, Viacoin did this to all the other coins during its release Wink. By no means think I am fudding, I have only increased my stake since buying into the ICO... Tonight will just be another night to increase our stake in Viacoin.

I will wait to see how development goes in the next couple of months. There is no rush to buy now : there could be some real bargains when significant sales go through.

I think (hope) this has already pretty much happened.  After the sys pump I'm hoping that BTC will flow back here, as far as I know, sys is releasing all tech at once, while VIA will release slowly providing many more opportunities for trading.

I like this coin and am buying...
I've met Todd who is a VERY serious and VERY creative guy...
And they kept it simple... all on one blockchain = usability.

But the XCH/VIA exchange is not working properly...
It's putting up either incorrect bids... or phony bids...
And up on top the "official" XCH/VIA exchange rate is 0.0175...
Which is a 75% premium over the burn exchange rate.

If you look at the trades you have a 100% price range 0.01 to 0.119...
This would be called "unnatural action" in Vegas.

C'mon, the XCH/VIA exchange should not be buggy at this stage.
