I just gotta ask, why is it setup like that, or how did it evolve into that? Why not spend an hour organizing everything, and putting a big fan to help cool everything down?
The primary reason (Keep all the computers as near to the vent fans as possible). Here's the chairman Here's a side profile. I had to be parsimonious with the 110V sockets, thus I used 80mm and 120mm fans.

Oh its a SSD, OCZ Onyz. Got it free with an Agility 3 from Newegg. So it's ok to hang it there. You just know that everywhere is elektricity? If your "Rig" or single component falls down, it can cause a short circuit and than open flames are not so far away. I dont know if it's worth for some btc. |

If you yank out a SSD it will not cause flames or sparks... it will shut down your PC though.... my 2 year old son LOVES to yank shit out my my open case PC while it's running..... so far he's pulled the cables on SSD drives.. PCI-E/molex adapters and fans..... PC only shuts down.... still works fine  |
