The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

 Shocked The baby.... If it is real I don't understand how it can fall asleep with that thing next to it. I can barely fall asleep with my 2 dual fan cards running in the same room.  Tongue

Here's my current setup.  6x Sapphire 7970s on Win8x64.  Slightly OC'd while also undervolted from 1.175 to 1.090
Don't mind the ghettoness, this is my first rig.  I'm getting aluminum pieces this week and going to make them really nice, also getting ready for 2nd rig.  This is Damn Fun Cheesy Cool

**Also I just learned low 760s are achieved with 1090/1500.  I'm going to play with that for a bit and see how low I can get the voltage.

There ya guys go, I updated the pic to a fresh one that's been running for over an hour.  Fan speed is set at a constant 69% for now until I get things moved away from the window and more organized.  The box fan is an exhaust and the window next to it is open so fresh cool air is getting sucked into the room and going through all the cards.  It's still cool outside where I am at, but come summer I'll probably have to get a portable AC for that room.

Here is current config file;

Can anyone explain how they got win8 to play nice with all 6 cards? I've got 6x7870xt, on win8 x64, using catalyst 13.4, and even though all 6 are detected, the last one always has a warning in the device manager, with the error code 43. I've tried manually downgrading the driver to 12.6 (as i heard that was the last version to support more than 5 cards in windows). But windows won't let me do it, saying the driver is incompatible.

I'd try a fresh reformat^.  It didn't work with 6 cards my first try until I did it on a fresh install.  I see you're in thread but here it is for anyone else that would like to know.  Cheesy

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=193695.0

Also make sure to know if your board needs a presence short on any of the PCI-E lanes, my current board did need one to get the 6th card working.

This is a fresh win8 install. And none of them appear to need a presence short, as they all appear in windows (and in catalyst - where it says one card is "linked"), so I know they're recognized -- but this error 43 thing prevents the 6th card from working (a driver thing)
