1.2.3 is latest wallet version?
Yes. Why? Um ... because 1.2.3 is the latest version. Having a newer version than the currently released version would cause all sorts of space/time continuity issues, and violate many of the basic assumptions about string theory and the multiverses. It seemed weird for me too, but I think he asked to killerjoegreece why he was asking if 1.2.3 was the latest version released.

Hey all I'm new here and trying try out burst mining and running into a problem. I've setup the burst windows client wallet, did all the transactions needed to set it up and plotted my drive. I click the mining tab at the bottom right, pick my pool, enter my passphrase and pool address and click submit and get this message. This page can’t be displayed Make sure the web address http://127.0.0.1:8125 is correct. Look for the page with your search engine. Refresh the page in a few minutes. Check that all network cables are plugged in. Verify that airplane mode is turned off. Make sure your wireless switch is turned on. See if you can connect to mobile broadband. Restart your router. I usually click on Run.bat file then launch the web address http://127.0.0.1:8125. Make sure the blockchain is downloaded. The other idea is to use the https://wallet.burst.city:8125 until your blockchain has download to your machine. This is the online version where as you don't worry about syncing blockchain first

Do I have to open http://127.0.0.1:8125 on my router or something?

I've got the wallet running now and can access the http://127.0.0.1:8125 now and its updating the blockchain. After that's done I'll see what obstacle I run into next lol.

Who is the imposter here Welcome though (Cobra98) I have been planning how I want to make new plots (currently not mining and just in a holding pattern) have been waiting for this clone to come out and give that a shot. Maybe other people have thought to use a solution like this and it sounds like it could really work well with an easy way to scale. Also can protect against a drive failure if you wanted to do that to avoid replotting. Host OS: unRaid 6.1 http://lime-technology.com Keep in mind that is not a free product but a free trial exists for it supporting 3 drives. Plotting: I was able to run a Linux Mint 17.2 KVM with a nVidia GTX970 passed through to the VM, this would allow for plot creation with GPU. Plot Storage: One of the main advantages of this setup is the flexibility in adding drives when needed. A share can be published directly to the KVM and uses VirtIO for a high speed link to the disks so it should be able to handle the writes from the GPU. Low overhead mining: A Docker or (Linux container) could be created with the miner running in that with the share of plots exposed to it as an alternative to running the full KVM where the plots were created. Even though this is a paid product it could work well if you are mining with under 24 drives. It seemed like a good fit for this application so just wanted to mention it.

At that rate it will take you quite a while to build up many coins. Only 20GB of plots? You really need to have much more space allocated if you want to build up any amount of coins (have you seen how much they are worth currently?) You could buy 1 million coins for about $66. You are competing with people who have several TB allocated. You have joined Burst at a very interesting time. I think the mining is the fun part but who knows what will happen in the bigger picture for this coin. BTW, same reason I chose Cobra as well, had an 03 Vert, shown here. https://i.imgur.com/OCpyIxg.jpg

I just like the low power usage and no really other hardware needed. I've got the drive space already, just wanted to see how it works with the small space i used. I used to mine alt coins with a couple gpu rigs in exchange for bitcoin so I have an idea about mining lol. One was a 6 gpu R9 270 setup and another was a couple R9 280x's hashing away, way to much heat and power usage btw. I've got 5 antminer usb sticks and 10 gridseeds in the closet and have gone the way of the dinosaur lol. Man I would love a terminator! I seen a Mystichrome Cobra the other day and man was she purdy! I've got a 2011 5.0 also and she can get up and go also, to bad the 98 hasn't been used much since getting the 11
