I Cant withdrawal the total only 4.5 , because the site think i owe 3.5 to you, but the thin its you owe me to me 3.5. the total i have now in my account its 8, but yesterday have 3.5 and out withdrawal and dont let me . but dissapear in my balance when wake up no see more and in my wallet never receive the 3.5. . another solutions for me ... i need my 11.5 btc in my wallet( incluide the ammount yesterday ) or my 8. from today |

We adjusted the internal balance so that you should now be able to withdraw properly. The 3.5 never disappeared from your balance, it just would let you withdraw 3.5 less than your real balance. The displayed negative balance after the failed withdrawal was probably only visible for a few seconds. However it appears you made bets in your account for these 3.5 that brought the balance to zero. If depositing into your account now, withdrawing should work properly. I was just trying to confirm this by actually testing it but it seems you places bets and lost the 0.1 that I just put there to test with  Can you test if withdrawing works correctly? I can test with your account but I would need you to not place bets for the balance I deposit. |

I have just confirmed that withdrawals from your account works and that the internal balance is correctly synced. I believe you lost the 3.5 through bets (of which 1.75 went to investor's profits) but I have credited your account another 3.5 now! Sorry about the long time it took to fix the issue. |

Please try again now, all acounts blocked from too many connections have been reset. Is it still locked? I think admins are a bit busy and slow but not out there to cut and run. |
