There's more funds being sent to the hot wallet again now. It looks like a combination of a big investor withdrawing and a highroller on a winning streak drained the hot wallet completely.

Hey, i am a gambler... i won and lost here some coins.... so please, let me cashout .... if not... ok, than it was the last time i played at your site.... It is 4.20 in the morning at my place, so i want to go to bed, please  I suppose the withdrawal is instant here, no? If they didnt put up the instant withdrawal, this surely will be a red flag for the investor of this site as it is a shady activity. It seems like since the new management is handling the site, this site is being degenerated back Withdrawing is instant, but there was 700+ coins being withdrawn and we didn't keep this much in the hot wallet. We have since filled the hot wallet and everyone that wanted to withdraw have done so successfully now. |

Ok, this happens quite a lot:  Basically I check the max bet on the website and make a bet below it but it is returned; presumably because it is over the max bet. After I get it back I check the website again and the max bet is still the same so what gives? Max bet not updating frequently enough? |

Hey there. Just wanted to ask how can you login once you are logged out. I can't find that option anywhere.
you have to get your unique URL saved somewhere in your computer so you can use your account once again. i doubt there is a log in feature on their site Since you change password for the account I'd guess there will be an option to login... (if there's not that's kinda bad design and i'd suggest adding this). If i am wrong can you tell me how to recover access to my account? you can't recover account i think, since there's no username/password database. as long as you have the secret url bookmarked you can access your account. You can't be serious... You obviously have an Id assigned to the account and an alias for it and as i mentioned already you set a password. Also are you telling me that if you don't save your url they won't tell you that? We can help to recover an account by verifying deposits made to the account. We are also adding account/pass login functionality. Right now the password is only used for securing investments. Shall i contact support or pm you the details? Yes, just pm me! PM sent.. next bet of 0.18 is also returned and the max bet on the webstie still says 0.217xxxx......................... EDIT: 0.15 bet did go through, and it was win |

Yes, it fails to sync completely. We're looking at what is wrong so that deposits will be credited properly. It's possible to withdraw because it will check the actual status of bitcoin transactions made by players and allow the withdrawal. The game engine uses the database balance that currently is not being updated by deposits. Real balance remains correct and unaffected. UPDATE: The problem is corrected and player balances correctly synced now. |

It's been a month and after 3 posts and 2 pms I still don't have an answer for my account retrieval.. I am still being ignored so I wouldn't say that they are prompt to respond.
