So if someone pays for a BigMac with a 100 bill without the person nor the cashier noticing McDonald's must hold the extra change waiting to return it whenever the person presents themself?

What do you expect will happen to the price of BTC if the USA can't raise the debt ceiling in time?
How do you know they didn't use fake names or stolen cards?
Wow!!! If only you had a whole bitcoin to sell at that moment instead of just 8 millies 0.0
Why did your balance go negative though?

When i read the thread title i thought people were gonna have to type their address to withdraw BTC; carrying around a QR code of your own address to show when you wanna receive money is indeed much better than having to type the address manually.

ONTOPIC: Ungeekify the usage of Bitcoins or it will never happen.
Once all the bitcoins get minned, there will be no point in needing to ungeekify. Wait, what?! 0.o

I've been thinking on getting me a Razer Hydra ( http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/productID.228849000/categoryId.55979400/themeID.26460500 ), but they don't do international shipping, and local shops charge too much (and don't got it in stock, they order it from outside the country), and on top of that the taxes over here for things mailed from outside are a significant chunk of the total price. How much would you charge me in BTC to buy a Hydra and deliver it to my address in the city of São Paulo in Brazil in 30 days or less, keeping me informed of things while the delivery hasn't been done yet? And would you be willing to receive the payment in parts, like half on contract and the other half after i receive the Hydra, or perhaps a third on contract, another third on proof that you received the Hydra and the final part when i get my hands on it? ps:don't make any travel plans 'cause of this just yet, i'm still evaluating my options.

If you are using gmail, you need to check your "Spam" folder at the gmail site. ...
With Gmail you can setup a filter to keep msgs from being sent to the Spam folder even if the spam filter think they should go there; perhaps it would be a good idea to instruct people using Gmail on how to do that for emails from you.

I'm still hoping we'll reach around 100 USD per BTC before the exchange rate changes start to slow down permanently
I mean other exchanges, specially ones that buy and sell both ways instead of letting people exchange currency between themselves.

It's awesome to see someone deal so well with what life throws at them, but what is there to laugh at in that video?
Are these bots making profits with roundtrips or are they just working as the backend for exchangers?

People there didn't seem to react all that well...

The first time i got a QR scanner i spent the whole night googling for QR codes to scan just for scanning Xp

There is no right or wrong. Your choices are highly influenced by your environment. Examine your environment to determine what influences your thinking process. You can make a better choice after that.
That is not the best advice in some cases, if your head is messed up enough you will highlight and exaggerate bad things and dismiss or outright ignore the good stuff
