My advice would be to stop ‘trading.
When I say that, I mean you should be buying a HODLING for many years. It’s the only sure fire way to guarantee profit, very handsome profit too. Actively buying & selling, buying back & selling, back & forth is the best way to become broke. Nobody can control the markets movements so buy regularly & HODL.
Forget about ‘trading’.

Never heard of any of them myself. Probably very risky investments, all of them. The only advice I’d give is to do extensive research before investing in these type of projects. I have seen many pump & dump schemes in my ears in crypto. Be careful in the jungle.

I do, not much better than a BBQ in the summer. Meat tastes great on a BBQ, the smoky taste stays on it even when you add sauce.
Always great to have a coal fire BBQ with friends in the summer months.

Fiat banks are government controlled spyware.
‘You will own nothing & be happy’ Klaus Schwab
You are controlled & stolen from every year via inflation. Sure we need fiat for every day purchases in most countries but that will lessen & lessen. Bitcoin is here to stay, deflationary & decentralised. Take control of your own finance & self custody.

Boggles my mind how these CEOs think exit scamming would be a great idea. It's not like he's an anonymous founder of a DeFi platform, he's literally a doxxed owner of a centralized exchange. Yea you've hauled a huge amount of money, but how would you even live a normal life lol knowing that you're being pursued by the authorities.
I suppose they think they can alter their identity & maybe get fake documents with another ID. For a start it’s sub-human to exit scam but it’s just a terrible life to always be on the run, looking over your shoulder. No amount of money justifies exit scamming & hurting so many people. I’m glad he has been arrested & hope he gets a long jail sentence.

I’ll pass on this, it looks quite cool but if i am to spend $400,000 on anything it won’t be something worn on my wrist. To buy something like this you must be worth $20,000,000 or more to justify it. I mean you can buy a home for $400,000 or even just a bunch of bitcoin which will be worth at least 3 or 4 x current price in a few years.

Lots of people probably still have belief that it can be the ETH killer. I really used to believe in it but the network interruptions are just not acceptable. I really would not like to have a significant % of my portfolio as SOL.

Monero is great but I just don’t think it has any real future. Exchanges hate it & most delisted it due to government pressure. It really works, it’s bulletproof but it’s not going to be allowed to prosper due to it’s anonymity.

As others have said, it’s really not that unusual. It’s also not Satoshi era, I’m seeing 2013 as the first transactions. Lots of early adopters still around with fat stacks of bitcoin. Admittedly that is a really big stack but these people do walk amongst us

Both shitcoins with low real use, close to zero utility. If I had to pick one, I would say SHIB. I do not plan on adding either to my portfolio though. Some people make big profits in these type of meme coins but how many people get broke playing the shitcoin roulette, we don’t hear about them so much.

RIP Hal, thanks for everything you did in the early days. Your legacy will never be forgotten, people will read about you in decades to come. What a legend, your family will forever be proud.

Good topic to bump: several European countries now don't allow public places to set the air conditioning under 27 oC. The last German shop I went to was uncomfortably warm.
That’s crazy, must be because of their cuckold kind of attitude towards pleasing climate change lunatic groups. 27C indoors is uncomfortable as you said. Anything higher than early 20 degrees C is top warm inside.

Go for a walk or something, a long walk in the countryside is good for your mental health. If you don’t want to do that then listen to music or meet friends for a coffee or a pint of beer or something.

Your diet plan looks great OP. It’s going to take a lot of dedication to stick to that strict diet with those restrictions but I wish you luck. I wish I had the motivation to engage myself with a similar diet. I’m not fat or anything but I do stray away from good food too often.

NordVPN is good yes, if a little expensive. It’s one of the better, trustworthy VPN’s on the market today. It costs more than many other competitors but that’s the price you pay for the name.

All he’d have to do is prove cryptographically that he is Satoshi by signing a message from a well known Satoshi address or even an uber early block. He can’t do this because simply, he is not Satoshi. He’s a fraud being bankrolled by an alleged pedophile.

Something like 17C is comfortable temperature to have inside the home. You will be able to get a nice sleep at that temperature. I am in the UK at the moment & very few people have air con in their private homes, most businesses & hotels do though. I appreciate mainland Europe has hot summers though & no air con would be very uncomfortable.
