What the OP should have done was to at least post back after creating the thread. If others can post here to comment on his OP then surely he can return to read replies and post responses to what is being asked.

I think the op just picked up the wrong txid
1722  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 22, 2023, 09:17:30 PM
RESULT:

Newcastle United 0-0 Leicester City

In an amazing turn of events Newcastle United have secured Champions League football for next season by guaranteeing a place in the top four this season. It seems as though Manchester United will finish the season in 3rd place and Newcastle United will finish in 4th place. As for Leicester City they received a point today but they are in a struggle with Leeds United and Everton because two those three teams will face relegation.

In one of the future posts I will upload the Premier League table soon to provide a visual because goal difference will play a role at the top and bottom of the table.

1723  Other / Meta / Re: Forum Menbership- 3.5m registered only 56k members survived?..... Why? on: May 22, 2023, 09:06:37 PM
Thank you for starting the topic and inviting for an open discussion to take place. Since finding this thread I have been pondering what to write especially after reading many excellent opinions already posted. To some extent I am surprised it is being discussed now when it should already have been discussed in great detail such is the importance of question surrounding the actual number of real active users.

This is merely an opinion, I would say that DT oppression to some extent does take place yet it is only part of a wider DT related issue. Cliques, groups and gangs working in tandem also could be part of the issue.

I believe merits play a huge part in retention of newbies in the forum. I am not going to say whether the following is an appropriate course of action but I have seen frustrated members complain about why their regular/consistent efforts in the forum by virtue of medium to high quality posts have seen little or nothing in either recognition or merits whereas far too many merits have been given out for what a neutral observer would probably conclude did not deserve the merits received. That could also put off members especially when they create a thread about it and do not receive much sympathy.

As for Bitcoin low adoption (as you put it), would it be fair to say that stacked up against nation countries fiat based currencies Bitcoin has always been low adoption since the day it was created in 2009 and even though the numbers increase in adoption month on month it will always remain low adoption? I cannot see a valid reason a newbie to this forum would leave (just after signing up) on the basis there was low adoption.

I rarely use the BPIP website but when I do I have to say it is informative with all the scraping of data. Having said that I would advise to use multiple sources to try to ascertain statistics related to user and forum activity.

unfriendly environment for Newbies/users ?

DT members oppression ? ( so much red than green these days)

The merit system (high demands for quality) ?

The moderation/rules ( using the ban button more often) ?

Low Bitcoin adoption ?

Lets Talk... Cool

@JollyGood I’m disappointed because Real Madrid surrendered the match too easily and I hope that they focus on rebuilding their squad if they want to win the champions league next season. Also while City will definitely be the favourites but I would yet support Inter because I’m a Manchester United fan and I don’t want to see City win the treble Grin.
I would have put Real Madrid as favourites to win the tournament again this season but well done to Manchester City for making it to the final. Regarding the treble, Manchester United play Manchester City in the first ever All Manchester FA Cup final therefore they do not have to rely on Inter Milan if they are trying to stop Manchester City winning the treble  Grin

Yup it seemed like it was gonna be a close match just basing it on the first leg and to some extent on paper.  But I don't follow the La Liga and I have no idea on what trajectory Real's momentum was before the match.  They prolly had a couple of tough matches before travelling to Manchester?  They all looked slow, fatigued, tired out there and never really had anything, any threat against Guardiola's squad.
Real Madrid have suffered 3 losses in their previous 5 La Liga games and have allowed Barcelona to race to the title but that cannot be an excuse to the miserable display and loss. There is a mix of youth and experience in that team but they will need to buy more players if they intend to make an impact on the domestic and European scene next season.

Guardiola found a way out against Ancelotti's classical simple strategies and this resulted in a huge win for Manchester City. Courtois really tried to keep them away by a couple of solid saves but he couldn't hold the door against Manchester City any longer after that. Manchester City played a dominant game just as they did in the most part of the first leg but the main difference was the effectiveness at finishing this time.

The interesting thing is that Haaland couldn't contribute with either goals or assists. However it was still not a hindrance for Manchester City to get that comfortable win. This is a really important point because it shows that they aren't fully dependent on him all the time.

By the way, it was unlucky for Haaland at the same time. After he was replaced with Alvarez the guy just scored a goal in only two minutes.  Grin
Haaland has been phenomenal in his first season at Manchester City. I have never seen a player managed by Guardiola that sees very little of the ball throughout 90 minutes yet consistently manages to score and assist goals.
1725  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ethercrash.io site is LITERALLY SCAM 1ETH scammed =) on: May 21, 2023, 09:05:40 PM
ETH or BTC? And the Etherscan link shows multiple transactions from a Coinbase address to elsewhere.

This happens to be one of the many cases where a scam accusation is made yet those reading it are confused as they cannot understand anything. I would advise the OP to post back with complete clarity otherwise he will not be able to gather any support from members.

You are not being clear in this scam accusation, or am I missing something?

You said you deposited 1 ETH which was credited to your account and then made another deposit of 1 ETH which was never credited to your account. But the proof of payments you just shared don't show anything like payment/deposit of 1 ETH

First TX ID - shows 0 ETH value
Second TX ID  - Shows a transaction of 2.03539659 BTC (~ $54,734.24). You never talked about depositing BTC in the scam accusation. So how does this come about?
1726  Economy / Reputation / Re: How much longer will JollyGood take to reverse his feedback? on: May 21, 2023, 08:44:26 PM
I think this might just be a wee bit off-topic, but I took a look at Zilon's recent posts and they're not only quite numerous but most of them are generic crap that I see a lot when I'm doing post history reviews.  Nobody can read minds, but I think it's pretty obvious when someone is posting just to get paid.  Lack of effort and thought put into posts really sticks out when you're reading closely.

And back on topic....hasn't this issue been put to rest already, even if it wasn't to OP's satisfaction?  I'm not sure what the big deal was, since JollyGood left a neutral, which I think is entirely appropriate.
All the effort the OP exerted trying to drum up support via this thread (in order to have a neutral tag removed) was by all intent and purposes both pointless and counter-productive. It was pointless because he should never had felt the need to stress over a neutral tag and following on from that, it was counter-productive for him because various alt-accounts are now definitely connected whereas some are assumed to be connected.

I am also going to leave a red tag on top of the neutral but I wanted to see what more drama will be added here by the OP as he puts forward counterclaims in the hope of getting tags removed.

Liverpool 1-1 Aston Villa

-------------------------------------

^  Meh..  All the 'mathematically stuff' the football journos like to throw out there is just an attempt to keep our attention and get us still interested in the season.  It's pretty clear that City has it in the bag.  The books prolly have City to win the league lined at 1.10 or something...  Maybe less.

The more exciting question is if Guardiola could win City a treble.  In the EPL era, only Man United has ever done it.
I would say it had to be less that 1.10 at the stage before they won the Premier League title and it is difficult to argue with the way you raised the point, Manchester City did have the title in the bag so to speak Grin

Manchester City is like an impenetrable wall, considering the significant points gap from other teams, their chances of winning the league seem almost certain unless Arsenal wins the upcoming match and earns a substantial number of points to close the gap with Manchester City. Arsenal must perform at their best and make significant improvements to secure a victory. However, it will undoubtedly be difficult for Arsenal as Newcastle, who has a similar points tally, has been performing well and consistently winning their matches. So, it remains challenging to catch up with Manchester City. This club has already secured the certainty of becoming the champions of this league.
I disagree, Newcastle United and Arsenal do not have a similar points tally. It is Manchester United and Newcastle United that have a similar points tally. Having said that Manchester City were excellent throughout the season and had only a few bumps here and there.

Whether the issue mentioned in the post was resolved in an appropriate manner is one thing, what cannot be overlooked is what you highlighted. I would go a little further and add that if they are paying for a signature campaign (therefore use the forum to display their services) they should probably consider being more active here too.

Does anybody know definitely if the issue was actually resolved?

Glad to see you solving things, even though I think that you can be more active here.

Here are no new complaints, so I guess this case is positively solved.

Hiperlink stopped working after about 36 hours after the beginning of the mix, it returns 404 now. But just after the transaction was sent the page showed me my transaction though with 0 confirmations. After the tx was confirmed I wasn't able to check the status.
I've added the link and the guarantee letter in the letter that I sent to your email (from the site): support*sinbad.io. Why can't you just check the inbox? All the relevant information is there.
I've already contacted your support by telegram either and still nothing.
It seems that you're not really interested in solving this issue? My funds're gone
1729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 19, 2023, 09:41:10 PM
These are the games taking place on 20th May 2023:

Tottenham Hotspur vs Brentford
Bournemouth vs Manchester United
Fulham vs Crystal Palace
Liverpool vs Aston Villa
Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Everton
Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal

If the mathematics are correct, Manchester City will be crowned champions unless Arsenal win at Nottingham Forest. Even though Liverpool find themselves in a mini-revival it would not be impossible for Aston Villa to spoil the party therefore Manchester United and Newcastle United may not have to do too much to ensure they finish 3rd and 4th at the end of the season and with that play Champions League football in the 2023/24 season.
1730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ FOOTBALL: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 on: May 17, 2023, 11:41:55 PM
It would have been almost impossible to have gone with a 4-0 win for Manchester City before the game started but yes congratulations to them. They are in the final again but are going up against Inter Milan who beat AC Milan 3-0 on aggregate.

I would not be surprised if Inter Milan win the final against Manchester City even they would be deemed to be underdogs by most bookmakers.

Edit:  I'm a dumb idiot.  Congrats to City.
1731  Economy / Reputation / Re: How much longer will JollyGood take to reverse his feedback? on: May 17, 2023, 11:34:01 PM
Even those proclaiming their reputation is under scrutiny because of a single neutral tag from me
If someone does claim this as the case, then clearly the neutral tag should not be removed.

In fact, such a case would demand the neutral tag's elevation to a higher status of negative feedback, in my opinion. Smiley
You have an interesting observation on elevating the status of the feedback  Grin

This is just like a few years ago when various UID's created threads that I had left them *neutral* trust feedback and they ran with it encouraged by a minority of DT Trolls who rinse and repeat to bang their thin skinned drums and wiggle their bonny fingers.  It will pass and as we've seen here, the OP is just one of many alts that are quickly exposed by many.

Next week they will find someone else to Troll and their throw away farmed account will be yesterday's news.

Another reason newbies shouldn't be allowed into some sections of the forum.
I am unfamiliar with the incident you refer to therefore I will try to search for it but were any of the DT trolls (as you refer to them) added on DT by an alleged alt-account? If you were trolled by a group over a neutral tag then that seems highly excessive but it is not an uncommon phenomena in the forum. Not that long as I was trolled by a group of 3-4 who were using any and every opportunity to troll me and even now occasionally it seems one or two of them from time to time have a small outburst but it does not bother me.

It would be interesting to find out the incident you refer to, is it possible to post a link to the neutral feedback you left?

Alisha-k is a 1xbit participant and already received numerous negative feedback, it's the time to say goodbye for Zilon and dbc23? Cry

It's interesting what the @OP will say about this Tongue
The OP has gone quiet on this and several other claims made in this thread but surprisingly he has not locked the thread.
1732  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 14, 2023, 11:00:38 PM
RESULTS:

Brentford 2-0 West Ham United
Everton 0-3 Manchester City
Arsenal 0-3 Brighton and Hove Albion

Who would have thought Arsenal would lose at home 3-0 and simply surrender their hopes of winning the Premier League after Manchester City won 0-3 away at Everton. Manchester City should be crowned champions on 20th May 2023 because if Arsenal do not win against Nottingham Forest they have effectively sealed a second place finish.
1733  Economy / Reputation / Re: How much longer will JollyGood take to reverse his feedback? on: May 14, 2023, 05:26:47 PM
Speaking of cans of worms, here is another case where a member is asking for (or insisting on) having neutral feedback removed as though it somehow becomes compulsory for one to remove or revise it as per to the liking of the one receiving it.

Question (and thread title):
"How much longer will JollyGood take to reverse his feedback?"

Answer:
"I will not remove it" (if that is what the OP means by reverse)

-----------------

I have no idea why anybody would go to such lengths and such theatrics for the sake of trying to have a neutral tag removed unless it is connected in some way shape or form to earning from bounties, avatars or signature campaigns and on too many occasions related to account farming and to puppeteers that are controlling several accounts.

Even those proclaiming their reputation is under scrutiny because of a single neutral tag from me and if they insist they are not a low level poster (which over a period of time they might be able to prove with good quality posts), eventually somehow find themselves and their reputations connected to earning via the forum which is what it ultimately comes down to. Some go around chasing for a neutral tag to be removed and others try their best for a negative tag to be removed.

In this case, the farming will probably exceed the three names mentioned but we will wait to see what transpires in a short period ahead:

~dbc23
~coco23
~Zilon

It would seem OP’s decision to create this thread has opened a can of worms, I’m sure he will be regretting his decision now. He could have sent a pm to Jollygood and avoid such open confrontation, I guess he thought if his case was supported by other members, JG would reconsider his feedback. I think you’re lucky no one has tagged you yet, even if it’s true that the other account is your brother or friend, most people wouldn’t believe you because that excuse has already been used up.
1734  Economy / Reputation / Re: How much longer will JollyGood take to reverse his feedback? on: May 14, 2023, 04:53:16 PM
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't see @JollyGood ever remove his feedback, it will always stand, the difference is the color he use.
I have removed and revised feedback on numerous occasions. I am not as strict or as stubborn as some might make me out to be  Grin

On several occasions I gave completely incorrect feedback and removed/revised it. On some occasions I revised the feedback after the member posted and contributed positively regularly over a period of time.

When a matches is over and the result has been known to everyone, you then make your own prediction. That kind of wrong prediction should not be taken lightly at all. It is even no more a prediction. It is just a neutral tag about what you did in the past.
The issue that brought about the neutral tag for dbc23 was an error on his part but it was sufficient enough for me to understand what he was up to. If he did it another thread I did not frequent it could have gone unnoticed but he did it in one of my self-moderated threads therefore I spotted it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't see @JollyGood ever remove his feedback, it will always stand, the difference is the color he use.

JollyGood has removed a red tag or 2 during his tenure here.
Yes I have, I am quick to revise or remove tags when I realise I made a mistake, I am human after all therefore am prone to errors even when I try my best   Smiley

You are correct in saying the neutral doesn't mean much.

@OP you might consider just letting it go and locking this thread. The feedback is neutral and means very little. At worst it will make a manager look more deeply at your profile when you apply for a sig campaign. If you are putting effort into your posts, you have nothing to worry about.
If he were to put effort in when posting the OP would not have had anything to worry about now some of his farming accounts have been connected he and the associated accounts will probably have problems enrolling now.

I don't know if this sounds funny or not but I had a chuckle after reading this. It seems that JG's concern was not that the OP predicted an already concluded match, what upset him the more was that the result was wrongly predicted Grin
Honestly speaking, I could not care less about the score, it was simply the fact that an event already happened and the outcome was already know yet the OP still wrote nonsense which clearly showed he posted to increase his posts.

This is one of the many things we see in the gambling discussion mega threads, just that most of them are buried faster than they can be discovered.
He posted in one of my self-moderated threads that was why I noticed his post.
1735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 14, 2023, 10:31:59 AM
I can't hold Big Sam responsible for Westbrom's relegation because the team was terrible and difficult to manage.
I think he would have made an excellent England manager but unfortunately he was sacked after one game. He did well throughout his career on strict budgets therefore he could be the person to guide Leeds to safety but the problem for him is two of these four teams will join Southampton as relegated: Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, Everton and Leicester City

These were the results from the games played yesterday:

Leeds United 2-2 Newcastle United
Aston Villa 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Chelsea 2-2 Nottingham Forest
Crystal Palace 2-0 Bournemouth
Manchester United 2-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers
Southampton 0-2 Fulham

Both Leeds United and Nottingham Forest are playing for Premier League survival therefore I am not surprised Newcastle and Chelsea could not win against them. Manchester United

Crystal Palace have W3 L2 D1 in their previous six games and have survived in the Premier League again after Roy Hodgson was asked to take over after Vieira was sacked because they had gone 12 games without a win.

Just look at the league table as it stands before the games that place today, Everton host Manchester City at 2pm then Arsenal host Brighton at 4.30pm. it is looking like a great finish to end of the season.

If Liverpool win tomorrow they push for a Champions League place and place pressure on both Newcastle United and Manchester United to win their remaining games but if Leicester City win they climb out of the relegation zone.

1736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 13, 2023, 11:45:17 PM
I thought Burnley secured promotion to the Premier League a couple of weeks ago because they had a massive lead at the top of the table. I am fairly sure they will be relegated next season back to the Championship because they Premier League is a different place where they will only try to survive being relegated Grin

Sam Allardyce was England manager (if only for one game) and for that reason he will command the respect of the players wherever he manages but even before he was hired and sacked by the English FA he had that reputation of helping teams out of problems. Apart from once (which was when West Bromwich were relegated in 2021 I believe) he managed to steer the other clubs away from relegation.

Burnley has just been promoted to the premier league , and it would be foolish for the club or Kompany to consider a downgrade to Leeds United in the Championship. Big Sam is great for short-term team projects; he knows how to obtain results quickly, as shown by today's game versus Newcastle. He has only had a few training sessions with the players, but they already act like fighters
1737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 13, 2023, 03:25:54 PM
That's gonna be a bad business if you take the fans and the style of football they'll be playing on the pitch imho.  And that could mean less ticket sales.  They should look for one of those new age managers like Burnley and how they took a chance on hiring Vincent Kompany.  I haven't really seen them play live but I could imagine his style might be influenced by Guardiola and Mancini.

Just checked the lines and I see Leeds got one in first.  Cheesy
The game ended 2-2 therefore it is a first point for Allardyce. If Manchester United beat Wolverhampton Wanderers (they are currently winning 1-0) the 3rd and 4th place in the Premier league table will be tied on 66 points with Newcastle United and Manchester United ahead of Liverpool by 4 points.

Edit:  What do you guys think of the BTTS and over 2.5 goals combo for Aston Villa vs Tottenham at 1.94?
Where did you get those odds from? Aston Villa are currently leading 1-0.
1738  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yet another bitcointalk account seller on: May 13, 2023, 10:04:39 AM
Without a doubt it is a possibility the OP has zero accounts and is using this as a trap to lure naive buyers who will pay him in advance and then receive nothing in return. I would not be surprised if that was the case because most probably trusting a scammer will lead to being scammed as a rule.

There are several hypotheses for the low price such as:
You missed the most obvious one, and that is that there are no accounts for sale at all. They are purely figment of OP's imagination and low prices are there to attract naive and ignorant buyers.
1739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 13, 2023, 09:44:47 AM
Sam Allardyce could be the one to help Leeds United out the quagmire they find themselves in. They are a club that has history and potential and they could be challenging for a top 8 spot regularly if they find stability. If Allardyce guides them out of the relegation zone and to safety he will do well will the players next season in the Premier League but I think if Leeds get relegated he should guide back to the Premier League the following season if he chose to stay as manager.

Another exciting weekend, here are the games taking place today:

Leeds United vs Newcastle United
Aston Villa vs Tottenham Hotspur
Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest
Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth
Manchester United vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
Southampton vs Fulham

New manager bounce? It may happen, the pressure is on Big Sam to save the team from relegation, and the game against Newcastle is a must-win. Newcastle should be concerned about Big Sam, he is a relegation specialist, so let's see whether he can survive Leeds.

We played better against Bournemouth last week, and I'd be disappointed if we didn't replicate that performance against Nottingham Forest tomorrow. However, I don't rule out Nottingham Forest taking a point or all three against us; we're still under Lampard, and 1 win in the last 5 games doesn't make us any better.
