First they observe how the public will react. There was a topic about Paypal reaching 85% of Binance.US volume and if they're seeing that, it probably wouldn't take long before they follow Paypal's footsteps. All that is needed is a partnership between Amazon and a company that deals with bitcoin. They don't to worry about conversions for their merchants and all that volatility.

Same here, I was able to visit the site even though I'm from one of the supposed restricted countries but maybe that doesn't bother them because of their AML Policy that players have to undergo KYC verification.

I must say you're quite brave betting on a sport you know nothing about. Rugby is somewhat similar to American Football (you probably don't know that either) where a team scores when they manage to bring the "ball" to the other edge of the field or when they convert a penalty goal. This just from the top of my head, you can google all the details.

No disrespect to RDA but he probably needs to fight at main UFC events (not "filler" fight nights) before he could fight one of Dana's cash cows. He's a small fish for someone like Conor who is still chasing big money fights and potential title fights. ^ You guys can still play using autobet but make sure you limit it to a number of rolls and give you some level of control. Bitsler has that feature but some casinos that I've played with don't. I had to keep watch and wait if it hits my target. Once it does, I usually stop autobet especially if I'm already at a profit.
