2201  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MMA Info and Predictions - Bellator, KSW, PFL, ONE... on: November 17, 2020, 05:09:59 PM
Another bookie that has lines for MMAs - https://adkinsbet.com/sportsbook/upcoming/overview

They have the contender series but no UFC (lol) but they got Bellator too and some unfamiliar fighting organizations (to me at least) like:
1. Oktagon
2. Russian Cagefighting
3. Invicta FC
4. Legacy FA
5. Brave CF

edit: they have the UFC events but it has its own tab (separate from "combat sports" "martial arts" that includes the list above).

It looks fun to do that but you must have pushed him away even more with what you did. Do you still talk about anything other than bitcoin?

When I think about my perception about bitcoin before, I'm not that different from "that guy". I was involved in other investment vehicle before and thought less about bitcoin when I first heard about it.
2205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen for Amazon to accept Bitcoin? on: November 17, 2020, 04:29:35 PM
So far Amazon has shunned Bitcoin as a payment method. With PayPal entering the crypto market So can Amazon do that?
First they observe how the public will react. There was a topic about Paypal reaching 85% of Binance.US volume and if they're seeing that, it probably wouldn't take long before they follow Paypal's footsteps. All that is needed is a partnership between Amazon and a company that deals with bitcoin. They don't to worry about conversions for their merchants and all that volatility.
2206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Multi bets vs single bets on: November 17, 2020, 03:52:53 PM
I've said in my previous answer that I never do Parlay but broke that one just now with my bet on UEFA Nation's League. I placed a few bucks on Portugal, France, and Netherlands winning (total odds at 5.4). Sorry can't take my vote back, there's always a first time for everything Grin
2207  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITRUN - PREDICT THE PRICE OF BITCOIN AND WIN BITCOIN on: November 17, 2020, 03:19:07 PM
It looks like there's a lot of restricted countries and mine is included with it but I was bothered since I've managed to create an account with fake residence area.
Isn't that better if they block the IP of the restricted countries in order to avoid future problems like blocking the account when you do a withdrawal?
I've seen many problems here in that's related to this kind of problem do you mind adding feature to detect the restricted country IP and block it immediately?
Same here, I was able to visit the site even though I'm from one of the supposed restricted countries but maybe that doesn't bother them because of their AML Policy that players have to undergo KYC verification.

Or maybe they don't plan to implement that at all to get customers. It's hard to imagine many people betting there with that huge list.
2208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: November 17, 2020, 02:36:48 PM
~ The first missed penalty can be understandable but the second one is terrible fool missed penalty. The second shot is nothing, lack of power and it is not a Panenka.
I wasn't so frustrated that Spain drew and my bet on them lost but that was cringey Grin

Does anyone have the slightest idea why Germany is coming off as an underdog for their upcoming match against Spain other than home court "disadvantage"? Any injuries or missing/resting key player? Was about to bet on ML but I'm thinking of DNB instead. Odds at 2+ for that isn't bad.

Congrats on your winnings @Text

I must say you're quite brave betting on a sport you know nothing about. Rugby is somewhat similar to American Football (you probably don't know that either) where a team scores when they manage to bring the "ball" to the other edge of the field or when they convert a penalty goal. This just from the top of my head, you can google all the details.

It was a break even sports betting for me the other day (won in PBA but lost them back in UEFA Nations League)
2211  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🏆 Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: November 16, 2020, 04:18:46 AM
I'm going to use this thread instead of the one in SA as I feel like it would be off-topic to post it there.

~ As far as withdrawals are concerned, there are 5 possible states of withdrawals, new, allowed, pending, rejected, and paid.
When you say "allowed" and then rejected later on, it really confuses people.

I'm not in any position to make you change your withdrawal process but how about:
1. New withdrawal request
2. Pending for review
3. Allowed/Rejected for payment

Or was that ^ the actual process and you just made some lapses paying $2K+?

On 2020-10-11 user: ram**** created an account made a $1,498.43 deposit.
Executed a specific bet and withdrew $4,462.00 after this action, our risk system automatically reduced the limit of this user.
Is this being done to all users who wins big? Prior to this, your risk system cannot tell if the particular user had no previous account correct?

I'm just asking about your system using the information you provided in the other thread. This is not about the accusation.
2212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: November 16, 2020, 03:09:52 AM

Hehehe the reason for his move down back to lightweight is becoming clear from his statement. He is 36 years old and he wants to receive a $1 million retirement cheque which can only be earned by fighting Conor.
Grin

No disrespect to RDA but he probably needs to fight at main UFC events (not "filler" fight nights) before he could fight one of Dana's cash cows. He's a small fish for someone like Conor who is still chasing big money fights and potential title fights. If UFC 257 materializes and Conor wins against Dustin again, RDA will remain in the rear view.

UFC 255, Deiveson Figueiredo coming of as a huge favorite at 1.31. I think he'll most likely win too but the odds are just too low for me. How do you think this might end up? KO/TKO, Submission, Decision?

Who else is worth to watch in this card?
2213  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: November 15, 2020, 03:54:13 PM
^ You guys can still play using autobet but make sure you limit it to a number of rolls and give you some level of control. Bitsler has that feature but some casinos that I've played with don't. I had to keep watch and wait if it hits my target. Once it does, I usually stop autobet especially if I'm already at a profit. I don't wanna repeat what happened in another platform when I had zero hits after more than 100 rolls in auto.

Glad you responded quickly.
2214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers lose more money than win. on: November 15, 2020, 02:19:29 PM
IT is a faulty thinking walking with belief that everyday gamblers leave card table or slot machine smiling, the opposite happens some days.
Not some days but most days.

It's about the house edge as already mentioned above. Even a 1% house edge would mean long term profit for these casinos and losses to players. I can't say for sure but people who play casually on slots and other games relying solely on luck aren't even aware of the RTP (Return To Player) percentage.

Of course, it is only natural for casinos to provide the best possible experience to their customers while taking their money Grin
2215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 15, 2020, 01:28:20 PM
In china the government reported a case where a gambling Gang as they stated were using cryptocurrencies to transfer funds abroad. According to them trillions of yuan's are illegally being transferred abroad due to gambling.

They are taking it further by saying how it's not just a financial problem but it's a conspiracy against their nation as a whole.
Welp, that's just crypto being crypto - borderless/no intermediaries/censorship resistant (in the case of bitcoin at least).

News like this are getting old to be honest.

Now they are making this bigger by saying how these cryptocurrencies and gambling are making it harder to track the transactions. BUT ! Isn't it easier to track these transactions as compared to fiat ??
Gamblers using mixers, coinjoins, privacy coins like Monero would make it hard to track movement of funds.

If gamblers would try to move fiat online (banks/money changers), it would be easier for the Government to track and freeze them. If gamblers would try to move bulks of physical cash, they will have to use backdoor entries because they won't be allowed at legal entry points in any country with that amount of money for sure.

Tough loss @Russlenat

I was once again saved by my faulty internet because I wasn't able to place a bet. I would have chosen SMB on ML as well. I was able to check the game at the last minute of third quarter an felt relieved.

Won both bets on Phoenix vs. Magnolia yesterday

I used my winnings to bet on UEFA Nations League

2217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: attention about BCH fork on: November 14, 2020, 12:29:59 PM
~
does not have to be a free money, it is the same project, and if one chain separate into two chains, then the total value will split between two chains, there is no new value in the process, that will create new money
same practice as in stock market, when you get shares as dividends, the value of each share is going down in-line with percentage of new shares issued, eventually
Free money as in free coin. Don't measure it in terms of fiat or other monetary terms . The value of each coin will be determined by the free market.

What you're trying to say is like splitting 100 into two 50's but what's going to happen is you keep the 100 while you get another 100 (1:1 ratio).
2218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 14, 2020, 12:15:26 PM
^ Thanks for the update guys.

I had no intention of following the game and just wait for Bitsler to send me a notification that I won  Grin
If the low scoring continues, at least my bet on the other line is already covered. My first time to bet on this particular cup and it would be nice to start with a W.
2219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: attention about BCH fork on: November 14, 2020, 11:50:43 AM
~
how i get this fork from my wallet in blockchain
Are you using the wallet from blockchain.com? If not, specify which wallet are you currently storing your BCH.

Blockchain.com said they will be supporting the Bitcoin Cash Node (BCH) chain but might not recognize the other one, Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCH ABC), if there is not enough support for the latter. Read more here

Exchanges and other wallets have also issued their support of the hardfork. They're just waiting which one will be the dominant chain and the minority chain.
2220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: attention about BCH fork on: November 14, 2020, 11:36:48 AM
I think it's free money so it's good.

dear this i snot free money

if i have 1 bch i will get 2 new coins with the same value od 1 bch
but i will lose 1 bch
thius will not be exist
so where this free money
It's not like that. You will get the same amount of BCH from the dominant chain plus an airdrop for the minority chain as explained by @masterrex. In 2018 hardfork for example, people who participated got BCH(ABC) and BSV. BCH(ABC)=original BCH while BSV=free money. The same thing will happen this year's hardfork.
