Why would anyone buy you mining hardware and only get 50% of the profit? Why don't I buy it myself and keep 100%?
yes you are right and your thinking everyone will think like this and i think so it is difficult to get investing on this maybe i can get loan for some periods if anyone want to give will very thanks for this No, you don't have any risk but the lender has it all. You will just take the loan and run away. You need to send the lender something of equal value or close this thread.

would a verified account on btcjam.com work?
Probably not as there are too many defaults there. Why 2 loan requests? And you are NOT verified. Borrower Credit Rating C - Identity verified: yes Phone verified: yes Address verified: no Credit score verified: noPayPal verified: yes Social Networks: yes

The various discussions I have had with a few users is leading me to believe my collateral is probably not adequate enough for a loan.
If this is the case, I rescind my request for a loan.
I have a Pyramining account with 0.9 to be paid out I intend to use as collateral, however users have raised the following points which cannot be ignored:
1) Difficult to cash out quickly 2) Can easily be regained control of by me if I am to default (this point is negotiable, but I can see how this may be the case) 3) Only I can request the payout address be changed (this is exactly what I intended to do for whomever offers a loan - have the payout address changed to one corresponding to the loaner's wallet)
If anyone is familiar with Pyramining and will offer me a loan - by all means, please do so
If not, I intend to rescind my request for this loan and seek ways to fund my activities myself.. Somehow XD - maybe find a job? XD
Sorry but scammers have really put loans through the proverbial wringer these days. Good luck in the future!

No problem but many don't seem to want to think of anything other than what's provided for them in their own little box. Yes, if you really need the funds, cash some in. People (most) are only dumb if they choose to be.

I dont understand the whole altcoin collateral . If people had the altcoin wouldnt they just cash it out and use that for what they need?
My thoughts exactly. I feel it is entirely unrealistic to ask for altcoin collateral when the amount of altcoins frequently requested for use as collateral is more often than not equivelent to the amount of BTC requested in the loan - and if one had access to such amounts of altcoins, one could very well just cash out on the altcoins and/or convert them to BTC. Since no one seems to ever read the Loan section, I will post it once again. Some like to keep their alt coins in case of a massive rise in value. Let me give you an example: You send 10 LTC (or ANY coin) to escrow for a BTC loan of equal value. You fulfill the loan and then the price of LTC (or ANY coin) doubles. You receive back your collateral and PROFIT! Win Win! Any more questions?

I guess no one cares about this, because he is still ripping people off and no one has banned him from forum.I have logs of our conversation if any admin wants to read them I will send them
I don't see any left Trust from you either. Post your info here.

Well It's unfortunate to have to say, but it appears he tried to scam me. He completely cut off all communication from Skype and didn't call me back, didn't respond to texts, didn't reply to messages on these forums. No package in the mail and no valid tracking number.
So I opened a paypal claim against him to get my money back.
So for anyone wondering in the future: BTC4Amazon is not trustworthy.
Leave proper Trust and post in the Scam section. Hopefully it's something minor that's happened.

Anyone?
Would it help if i pay back a part every week?
It would help if you had collateral. Also you could do that with a very small amount.

lookism scamed me for $200, we agreed that he will sell me 1 btc and I will pay in 3 separate payments with paypal. After I sent him first payment of 200$ he came up with lot's of excuses, like he is cleaning kitchen right now, etc. and said that he will send the bitcoins later, but after waiting more than an hour he didn't send me anything. I have logs of our conversation, if moderators need them I will send it. To all users please be aware and don't do business with this guy. Here is link to his profile https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=206534You didn't read his Trust?

I'm still waiting for my delivery and it's been over 6 weeks. Three weeks ago I got an email saying that my package was going to customs and that I would receive a tracking number soon.... Still nothing.
If this is not a scam then it is at least very unprofessional.
Got mine today so it's not a scam.

I posted this in my thread but mrugala asked me to post in here as well. I have been sent back .2BTC and he wants to know how much more he owes me.
I think as of right now we have to take this man at his word. I see a few other posts in this thread that look similar to mine.
Sickness or not, where are the funds from the group buy? If they are sitting safe, what not a full refund ASAP? If these funds were used for any other purpose, no matter the circumstances, that is FRAUD. What we are being told is that he met someone in person and he was beaten and robbed and as a result the BTC from the groupbuy was taken (that's why he is going the refund route instead of just sending the cards). He will now payback those who are entitled but he has to do it out of his own pocket and that will take several months. I agree it is a rather fantastic tale and I can't verify it or dismiss it out of hand. I did receive a small amount back and am being told the rest will follow. Right now that is all that I know. I honestly hope so for you investors but this has been seen before. Wrecks, hit by cars, trucks, flying trout. And some do pay back in fractions, string it out, keep your hopes alive then vanish.
