I can give you this loan for collateral.
We can use escrow.
Does the amount you have in collateral at least match the value your asking in your loan?

If not, we can discuss something.
If you are interested, send me a private message.
If not, then I just wasted my valuable 360 seconds waiting to post this reply.
Peace.

Funny.
Apparently you can't read very well.

I asked for clarification, unknown newbie. Not "funny" when one is planning to scam someone, now is it?

Where in that post did it say that I was the escrow agent?
Senior Prick Member, before you make accusations you should seriously learn to read.
I am the one offering to use escrow for the loan.

I see you hitting up posts in the Loan section and you are very suspect.

Thanks Officer.
Please keep me protected from all the scammers and thieves.
I don't want to lose all my BTC..
OMG. I'm glad you are HERE!!!!!!!!
Serve and Protect.

You I could not care less about. Escrow that.  Roll Eyes

Guarantees? Assets? Who will get the ass whipping if you default? Oversight? Full DOX? Collateral? Then all the legal questions...........

I would only loan with collateral that equals to 105% of loan.

Keep answering the questions........

By default you mean that if I just run away with the money? I presume so. Well I don't have much to say about why you should trust me. I'm hoping to find investors. After a successfull loan, I hope to get people's trust.

Oversight?

I can list many more reasons why this is a terrible idea but you only need to read the Scam section. I suggest you do that before you start a website.
For starters, an unknown holding collateral AND the loan.
Unknown holding funding for said bank.
Finding investors for an unknown for said bank.
This idea isn't a new one and has been tried many times.

I don't see why that would be a terrible idea. Get away your scamming ideas and then write me a list of why this would be bad. I'm gonna go check this post

I've already started quite a list in 2 posts. You could also get into legal trouble as well. Look for coinlenders in the scam section or do a search.

2629  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.25 loan, still in need. on: February 08, 2014, 01:36:19 PM
You're asking for a loan specifically to gamble with.  You claim you have a foolproof gambling scheme that will continue to make money indefinitely.  You say you earned 7 bitcoins recently but you spent every last satoshi on retarded shit, including a goddamn fake gold chain that you got ripped off on.  And now you're flat broke.

You are not a good credit risk.

I'm not going to get upset, but i'm very annoyed by almost everyone on here. First of all, you speak out of your ass, I never bought a fake gold chain, I got it as a gift and I thought it was real. Also it wasn't recently , it's been extended over 2+ months that I earned 7 btc. AND I don't think it's 100% foolproof but I haven't lost money betting yet. And what I do with my money is what I do with it, none of your business, because obviously you couldn't give a loan even if you wanted too.

/Rant Over

@Vod: I've tried to sell it already and no one will buy it. Just because i'm using it as collateral doesn't mean i'm going to default. It really is sad to see the way people act towards each other on here, show some respect, your money is not everything. And this thing with collateral, if someone is broke and needs a loan, how are they going to give collateral? Most of the time, alt currency's is the only collateral people except, and if someone is asking for a loan, they obviously don't have money in alt coins. The way loaning works on this site seems pretty bad imo. Not saying it should be changed, it should be removed all together from the site.

Read the Scam section sometime. You will see why people are this way concerning loans. When you ask for a loan then yes, what you do with it matters, back it with collateral and most won't care a bit. All I can tell you is keep trying to sell your phone or find other collateral.
I have no need for a phone or I would have helped you out. Yes I did consider it.

I want to buy 1 BTC once trading opens up again.  I would use paypal, and want to know what would be the safest seller to get BTC through.

You are protected but the seller isn't.

2634  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Possible Miner Scam on: February 07, 2014, 02:01:33 PM
Thanks for the help, unfortunately I used my debit card and this will be a real setback if they aren't legitimate.  I've sent them one more message telling them I need a response by tomorrow and letting them know I'm posting here.

I can't afford to get burned, I was really planning on building a side project off of this.  Was even going to take a loan if they came thru and buy a couple of miners.

Their webhost said they can't do anything, contact BBB, call police, try to reverse charges.  This sucks.

Debit cards usually offer the same protection as credit cards, hence the Visa, MasterCard, etc. backing. Can't hurt to give it a try.

I've used Cryptsy and actually been annoyed at how fast the sessions time out as in a few minutes or even in mid trade. Anyone else?
2636  Other / Meta / Re: Mods/Admin, help please (will pursue legal routes if not dealt with) on: February 06, 2014, 11:51:57 PM
no..

the point is you make false accusations on whether someone can or cannot be trusted. you have yet to provide any evidence of any scamming or anything untoward apart from some retaliation feedback which you greatly deserve. furthermore you will never be able to provide such proof because i am not, and never will be a scammer. regardless of what your personal views/opinions are and this will be proven in time.

You brought this on yourself. By your very actions and posts along with buying feedback, you are untrustworthy and have been marked as such.

2638  Other / Meta / Re: Mods/Admin, help please (will pursue legal routes if not dealt with) on: February 06, 2014, 07:07:00 PM
seriously? escrow for peanuts? i dont think so.. besides its not like if i were to scam people they would be losing anything apart from sig space for a week/month or whatever, plus if they run the sig line for whatever the duration and i pay them then i may get genuine good feedback as well. i dont want to simply buy good feedback to appear trustworthy, i want to prove i am trustworthy. this is why any positive feedbacks i pay for will have something relating to the Noob Liberation Army so that people can clearly see when they look at my trust feedback that those bought positives are just for fun/not relating to transactions. sure i could ask people to leave me good feedback about imaginary transactions and pay them for that but thats not how i roll.. i am legit and i want to earn my feedback the same way.

my reasoning for buying feedback with NLA comments, besides what i mentioned already, is also to knock out Vods stupid negative. or i could offer to pay people to give him negative rep? that could be interesting..

Another line we read everyday. Got anything new? At least make an effort. What you "think" and the facts are far apart.

I "think" i´m making an effort right now wasting my time on rude dudes.

"Rude" is thinking you will get something for nothing. It's all on you.
