@YOSHIE - As mindrust said, we are just reaching out to potential players in other territories as most of our previous campaigns up until now have been focused in sections of the forums that primarily use English language by default.
As feryjhie points out, Hhampuz didn't restrict our campaign to only local boarders, but there was a priority given to people who fit the bill for the local sections.
If you have any feedback on the campaign I'd be very happy to take that on board! We are currently paused while I take time to review the results of the last 4 weeks.
