Cloudbet's system is so annoying...

They keep changing the odds at the time you try to place a bet, which is very frustrating to me, as I am not randomly gambling on events. I do research before I place a bet on specific odds, and devote time. So, when I see odds X,  I expect to bet on odds X, and not the system to tell me "The odds have lowered". This has happened to me TODAY ALONE more than 10 times. I've wasted the whole day.

And if that wasn't enough, it seems that this system is personalized, i.e. automatically lowers each player's odds. On one specific event that I am trying to bet, the odds keep showing as 2.65 and when I try to place a bet, I get notified that they "dropped" to 2.35, yet nothing changes in the original odds, they still display as 2.65, no matter how many times I refresh the page/delete cookies, etc, etc.

I really hope they would change this idiotic system and play fair and square, and display true odds. It would eventually rise the quality and attract more players and especially more high rollers. I have been testing their system out in order to deposit around 10 btc for betting, but I don't think this is going to happen any time soon with glitches like this one.

There are some problems at affiliate service, not counting the new sign ups and I am not recieving any affiliate earning anymore.

I was a high rolling gambling because I spend $30,000 there in the past year but not anymore is coming from me to fund this site as I see it is just like throwing my money down the toilet for their support and even their third party live play casino in central america is very poor in service and quality  They both do not care about the ones who actually pay their employement so no more, from me start as of today!
I would suggest to others to do the same and move on to other ones that actually are greatful and appreciates you as the customer and doesn't hand you phoney and fake excuses like they do!

I placed a bet in event 263700. The bet (bet id 2872901) was for total goals and it was "Under 3.75".

They hadn't graded it for something like 20 hours. I sent them an e-mail and they graded it some hours later.

Now there is a different problem. They graded it as "PUSH" although the match ended 3-0, so it is a "WIN".

I sent them an e-mail, said they forwarded my request to the sportsbook team (which is probably an automated response with anything sportsbook-related) and haven't heard of them for more than a day now.

VERY unprofessional.

I have seen TOO MANY posts with WRONG graded bets from Cloudbet. My guess is that sometimes they intentionally grade bets wrong and hope people won't notice. Pathetic.

If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start the same day (local time of the match site) then wagers on the match will be void.

A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to stand.

Sorry Dan, your explanation is incorrect and appears to place blame on the customer (me). I logged in and out several times AND checked my pending wagers and it did not appear there at all. Additionally, I sent a screenshot of my pending bet next to the ever-changing odds. How is my browser updating the odds but not showing the bet as confirmed?

"The good news is your bet won". Yes. That is good news. The bad news is that it should have been confirmed at odds of over 7. I am reaching out to Sportsbook Review to arbitrate this matter.

Cloudbet got back in touch with me and said sonething along the lines of that those were the odds yes, how were we to know the team was going to score we cannot predict the future. Will they did score while my bet was pending and they were at the opp 25 or better while it was pending when i got the same halftime line of under 34.5. They scammed me I and I am going to be sure to post in detail about about here before every football weekend so people can see and leaves threads here, covers, sbr, and any of outlet I can. Nobody shoukd be using this live in game betting. And i am speaking of when i saw the score go off on my tv something tells me they have a few seconds minimum on me. Cloudbet live betting will take advantage of you in any spot they can by making the bets pending for a long period to get a edge, or simply accept them when it is only in there favor. I am currently on vacation on my phone so sorry for the wall of bad text I will leave proper weite ups when i get home. If they pulled this shit in Vegas they would be under indictment.

I send problems to your support team all the time, and all they do is say "we'll investigate and get back to you". Well, this time I'm going to post here because the public should know. I had placed a bet that stayed in the pending state for 5+ minutes. I logged in and logged out and the bet was still flashing yellow --- not accepted. I placed the bet for a stake of .05btc @ 3.0 odds. Finally, the bet was confirmed. However, when the bet was confirmed, the odds were over 7.0. I ended up winning the bet, however, it was paid at 3.0 odds when in reality it should have been paid at over 7. I expect my account to be credited the difference. Attached is a screenshot of my pending bet next to the odds when they had moved to 6.0. My bet was confirmed shortly after, and the odds had moved to over 7.
