From the OP's list and being European I would opt for Portugal, Malta, Germany then Switzerland in order of preference.
I have looked into living in Portugal and Malta based on their Tax conditions to Bitcoin and they are very favourable well they were when I last checked. At this stage though I think you have to be resident there for a year initially to avail of free Tax on crypto, you cant just arrive, liquidate and not pay Tax.
Other countires to consider are the smallest states in the EU like Andorra and Leichtenstein
Capital gains Tax in Andorra is 10% [not zero but still very low] and when I last checked Leichtenstein had zero captial gains tax

OK there doesnt seem to be any more entries so lets roll the Blockchain today with # 824989

Following on from the last matches of the weekend...
Montpellier the favourites and bottom of the table in the French Top14 did actually beat Toulon 27-17, to me it doesnt add up?
Over in the English Premiership Bath did beat Gloucester so I ended up close to 50/50, I might have been better off sticking with the favourites eventhough some outsider odds are very appealing

Back over at the United Cup Final, it went the full distance between Poland and Germany. Hurkacz played well against Zverev early on but lost out in the third set. The man of the tournament has to be Zverev, he had a late one yesterday, played a d won his singles match and then played the doubles.
Does anyone know what Germany's odds were for the win?
It was a great performance from Zverev and there are high hopes that if he keeps playing at this level, we will see him go further at the Australian Open, there is at least a week for him to recover as he didn't play in Adelaide or Auckland, and the MVP goes to Swiatek who was quite disappointed with Poland's loss in the final.
Rafael Nadal finally decided to pull out of the 2024 Australian Open after having another muscle problem, I think it's time for him to retire and do it at the tournament that will be held in Spain in April between the Barcelona Open or the Mutua Madrid Open and that would be a pretty perfect time because it looks like he is already difficult to compete when the match has to run more than two hours. https://ausopen.com/articles/news/rafael-nadal-withdraws-australian-open-2024yea, just heard that Rafa is not competing at AO, I mentioned it after his 3 set loss to Thompson, Its a massive step up for him from a best of 3 match to a best of 5 Grand Slam...in warm humid conditions. Reading at what is reported its not a massively serious injury though and I would say he will want to compete as soon as possible. Rafael Nadal has withdrawn from the Australian Open after an MRI scan revealed that he had sustained a micro tear on a muscle at the Brisbane International https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2024/jan/07/tennis-rafael-nadal-to-miss-australian-open-after-new-muscle-tearRafael Nadal finally decided to pull out of the 2024 Australian Open after having another muscle problem, I think it's time for him to retire and do it at the tournament that will be held in Spain in April between the Barcelona Open or the Mutua Madrid Open and that would be a pretty perfect time because it looks like he is already difficult to compete when the match has to run more than two hours. https://ausopen.com/articles/news/rafael-nadal-withdraws-australian-open-2024The perfect goodbye for Nadal would be at the French Open, the tournament he won already 14 times. Never say never, but if this injury will be treated he is still an outsider to win the title again. His game is perfect for Clay and he can still stand a chance if his physique allows it. Ah definitely, the French Open is his tournament, he has to be targeting that for a number of reasons, retirement might become the biggest of them as we get closer to it...

My question This Pattern, will it forever return true for every Halving or there could be a possibility of the New ATH not surpassing the successive previous ATH.
There’s no such thing as continuous pattern BUT this pattern you brought about Bitcoin Halving and ATH has basis that’s why it comes up with that pattern. I believe it might move on same manner but with lesser growth in the future since the price is already discovered compared when the earlier date which only few investors already entered. Now that institutional investors and other whale traders already weigh in, it will be very hard to have strong fluctuations like before because this whales will surely take profit and continuously trade the price. I agree with that synopsis, you could almost compare the reducing growth after the halving to the idea that as Bitcoin ages and is accepted and used by more people with greater knowledge the volatility reduces also. That is the same idea as the ATH following the halving being less dramatic. So yes the ATH should continue following the halving but there is a chance that it gets to the point where there is so little volatility that there would not be a newer ATH perhaps

Dimitrov got it done in 2 sets. It seems like Rune wasnt playing the same attacking style of Tennis we know him for and Dimitrov was excellent, so much improvement drom him, he was clearly very emotional for winning a tournament again.

50/50 for sure, A win and a loss for the favourites yesterday, Exeter losing and Leicester winning.
I think Bath are safe today, they are 5th on the table but Gloucester are second from the bottom.
I didnt do any bets on the French Top14 yesterday. Only 1 match today, Montpellier v Toulon, odds are with Montpellier @ 1.58 v 2.55. Interestingly Montpellier are at the bottom of the table after playing 11 matches, Toulon are 5th with +109 points difference, have to go with Toulon regardless of popularity.

Its kind of looking like a Poland v Germany final I would say.
Poland made it to the final very convincingly, in fact France got a little hope for the match to be decided through mixed doubles when Garcia managed to take the first set from Swiatek but Swiatek was still unstoppable, her game was better in the second and third sets to make Poland lead 2-0 and the mixed doubles no longer needs to be played. Germany vs Australia is very likely to be decided in mixed doubles because Kerber seems to have quite a hard time facing Tomljanovic but Zverev must be able to beat De Minaur, and the mixed doubles match will be very exciting because both of them have very good mixed doubles, maybe Germany will field Zverev and Siegemund again, compared Zverev and Kerber, because Zverev/Siegemund were also quite good when they beat Greece which was a deciding match too. Watching Zverev v de Minaur right now. The man with a Hitler moustache plays very well so far. Zverev barely managed to take the first set 7:5, right now it's 3:3 in the second. de Minaur did very well to win his match in the 3td set given he somewhat struggled up until you post! But it was an epic doubles decider in the tie break decider to elect Germany the winners. Final time now and its swiatek v Kerber, Swiatek has just taken the first set and a double break in the second, its going to be Poland 1-0 very soon.... Up next is Hurkacz v Zverev, odds are 2.2 - 1.65 Hurkacz could pull off a winner here, Zverev I hear didnt get to bet until 6.30 and has played a lot so has to be feeling the fatigue by now

Some of his reasons for wanting the shutdown of Bitcoin are actually valid. The important features of Bitcoin like Anonymity can certainly be abused by the bad guys I expected a responsible community to come together and work out a transparent countermeasure against criminal use by now. Ofcourse, couple of effective & workable solutions were proposed in the past but so far nothing has been done with them. Certain people within the Community seem to think that criminals have that rights too, probably forgetting that the features were created to protect people from criminals/evil. Criminals are not entitled to the thesame protection otherwise it would be hard to find and get them arrested.
If thats the argument why not "shut down" Cash? it is used far more than Bitcoin by criminals? I'm fairly certain that anyone buying and selling drugs on the verious streets of rhe world are paying in Cash not Bitcoin for example. Dimon isnt worried about criminals using Bitcoin he is worried about the perceived threat it might have on his interests and as others have pointed out, they cannot control it. They use buzzwords like "Criminal behaviour" to seek validity to their arguments among their peers. Its nonsense.

The match between Tsitsipas and Zverev is now over and Zverev has won it in two sets. Each player won most of his service games. Both made few mistakes. But Zverev was more focussed and played more aggressively. That was not the case in many previous matches between the two. But Zverev also had to be aggressive, because Tsitsipas is generally a player who plays aggressively.
And Germany went on to progress to the Semi finals, their odds were 2.34 which was a great pay out if anyone backed them? Semi finals are Poland v France Hurkacz v Mannarino Swiatek v Garcia Thats 2 wins there for Poland. Australia v Germany Tomijanovic v Kerber de Minaur v Zverev Thats a win each Its kind of looking like a Poland v Germany final I would say.

One of the most important factors of Bitcoin is that it offers us self custody, we can be our own banks without the control and permissions of a third party.
It teaches us to be mindful of our security. The Bitcoin network has never been hacked, the weakest link is "us" the human element. By handing over your Bitcoin you are relying on someone else having their systems secure, thats a mystery.
Be responsible for your own property, take control and learn to secure your own Bitcoin.

who needs to make a decision? Should this not be smoothie who decides?
as for someones loss being bigger than someone elses? that should not matter.
Set a guideline - pay those who lost funds from being swept. (and pay cygan for those he reimbursed)
if there are any funds after paying those - pay for undelivered orders and unfunded cards.
if anything after that (probably wont be) then look at paying those who loaned funds maybe.
The only issue I see is that with some of the "swept" ones. Many are very clearly swept - when 30-40 cards all went to one address.
However, there were a few I question are the ones where 1 or 2 cards were swept but went to a different address and not an address any other cards went to - those I feel might be people who swept their own cards and are trying to get double paid.
No, I would not say that it's up to smoothie to decide how funds are distributed at this point. If it was I imagine he'd have already made that decision. It's up to the community and clearly the community can't come to an agreement on how the funds should be distributed. IMO the only thing that should be done at this point is every donator should be refunded. I wouldn't even leave an option for saying just keep it and donate when things get decided, they should get funds back and if they decide to re-donate funds once there is a clear and precise decision of action, then sure they can donate back. This is my 2 and I think the majority at this point. We all have our ideas on what should be distributed where and it was a great /generous idea, but it's a complete mess that's no where near coming to a decision where to place these funds. Hence the only options being refunds for all sales as MinerJones has layed out above. Fuck you Yogg. What a mess you created (not to mention friendships destroyed) To cast my opinion and get things moving a bit, I endorse this idea. Its such a pity that the donations, hard work and time has amounted to nothing. However, there were a few I question are the ones where 1 or 2 cards were swept but went to a different address and not an address any other cards went to - those I feel might be people who swept their own cards and are trying to get double paid.
an here, if that was the case thats low and very petty.

I agree with Darker45 - the ones who are not looking to get as much Bitcoin as possible but are actually into Bitcoin are in a minority.
Didnt Michael Saylor once say that he would go to bed worrying that he didnt have enough Bitcoin accumulated he probably is still worrying!
Everyone around here knows at this stage where Bitcoin is going so we are all looking to increase our Bitcoin, it doesn't stop me from living my life and doing other stuff but I have Bitcoin on the brain !

I wasnt involved and i'm not firing rounds at anyone but isnt it amazing that the consequences of Yogg's scam continues
