This post is sufficient for a court to reject any claims of protections based on USC § 2301.
The forum isn't based in the US. Irrelevant. International criminals can have warrants waiting for them if they ever choose to enter the country, and if you are in a country with an extradition treaty with the US, depending on the severity of those emails, you won't have to choose. If you're in Canada, you're hosed (seewhatIdidthere?) as US courts will happily entertain criminal and civil cases against Canucks. US courts don't really care about jurisdiction, especially if there is racketeering or conspiracy involved. Did you claim your steak dinner under 'capitol gains' on your income tax ? If so, please forward me the amount, as I need to claim that same amount as a LOSS. thanks, bitlane

Re: Ponzi....... What about 1 members deposited coins being paid out to GPUmax users? Sounds like a Ponzi to me.....
There was a post pirate made somewhere, iirc, where he said GPUmax and BCST are "completely separate but share wallets for security". Take that as you will. If they shared wallets, BCST coins would naturally go out to pay miners. The only thing is that someone found a proven hash that showed GPUMax coins were going to this address. There were some 40k coins in there I think...so I don't know if that's linked. Organized Crime Syndicates often 'share' bank accounts and funnel illicitly obtained funds through legitimate businesses. Nothing wrong with that, right ? Isn't THAT why the MOB NEVER seems to have property seized ? Now that we have THAT out of the way........CONTINUE.

Hello All, I will be starting a new business soon and therefor need a logo. The name is 'Pirate Cove', like my username here, as a slogan (not a must) you could include some Lorem Ipsum. I will be needing the files to change this again later myself, I don't care to much if you use Gimp or Photoshop or any other common program. You can post your suggestions in low resolution or if you already have a reputation here I would also be willing to pay for suggestions - just leave an address here. The logo can include a picture of a pirate like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Piratey,_vector_version.svg or other pirate like characteristics such as a parrot, pegleg, hook, cutlass, bicorne hat, Jolly Roger, Royal Navy jacket, etc. It should make a nice and cuddly impression, nothing to bloody... Please post your salary expectations. Thank you. Are you starting a Bitcoin Bank ?

Ah, so you're already reading the pms. Good to know. Who else are you snooping through?
I only scanned through them to make sure that the SQL query (to archive them) worked as I intended. The PGP message blocks stood out. I only read others' PMs without their permission during scam investigations, and I've only read a user's entire inbox a few times. I for one, have previously BEGGED to have my PMs read by theymos or any other MOD capable.....lol Remember what gigavps said " honest people leave tracks in the sand" ......and I have never tried to hide.

Chic looks like his mom.....
I wouldn't touch her with Bitlane's penis.
She is approx 5 years older than him and mother of twins. They have been married since 2006.

I would assume that pirate got sick, had a baby, emergency surgery etc.
Facial reconstruction surgery ? that seems plausible, considering the amount of people that are actively seeking him out. Take a queue from the rest of us suckers - GET OUT NOW.

So, we have confirmation that Trendon Shavers (or whatever the heck his name was) is actually pirateat40 and does actually live in Texas, according to someone who met him in person and identified him via publicly-available photos?

Woah.. So GPUMax is part of the ponzi? 2 ponzi' for the price of 1 ?
Which means that the co-owners of the LLC can potentially be pursued in addition to pirate. do you know how an LLC works and one of the benefits of an LLC? Do you know that pirate admitted that BS&T and GPUMax co-mingled funds and that co-mingling funds is one of the things which can remove exemption from personal liability? Everyone understands the Limitation of liability, but a weak understanding of the law on Trendon's behalf and admission of co-mingling of funds does 'for security reasons' not make him exempt.... By his own admission, illicit funds were funneled through a FRONT, to help feed a legitimate company. THIS puts GPUMAX on 'the table' if the BTCST 'Scam' comes to 100% fruition in the end.

People who falsely accuse anyone with different opinions then them of being puppets should be banned.
Who's sockpuppet are you ?

@Bitlane - Are you referring to "hard money" loans?
At first, I thought he may have been selling large amounts of BTC @ a Premium ....OTC, as not to move the market.....and once the HARD CURRENCY was out of Bitcoin, he then used THAT to offer high interest loans etc......then buying back 'in' with his so-called 'profits'. It made sense to me in my head, back when I was concerned about getting scammed. I SHOULD have said it 'out loud' to help myself realize how retarded it actually sounded.

Dude, i dont see Yochdog in your sig.. what were the terms of the contract? O, there was a contract right? I had to switch up my 'hearting' once thebaron gave me this: http://blockchain.info/ip-address/108.89.10.213( known Trendon Shavers/pirateat40 IP address, pulled from IRC Logs by thebaron) My Pirate deposit address (bitlane's) is found 7 times on the first page as an INPUT. Feel free to follow some of the outputs to GPUMAX miner payouts....... Transactions that were relayed first by the ip 108.89.10.213
