It's really for the best I'd say, even if you do find a good campaign, it's pretty rare to actually earn a decent amount of money with it. You'd be better off just saving up some money to invest into established coins, like the ones you mentioned.
Alternatively, you could also just provide people with a service in exchange for cryptocurrency. You know, like a freelance job for example.

I've been playing Steem Monsters for a couple of months now and it's addicting as heck. After they launched, I joined their Kickstarter campaign and pledged $50, which has made me a profit of around $300. Aside from using it as an investment, I also play the game itself, which is really fun. Can recommend it to everyone!

How will they protect themselves from people doing a double spend to get free drinks/snacks? I assume they're not going to let you wait until you get 1 confirmation, right?
This is not working with LN, in the case of Bitcoin, or is it?

If he has the time to FUD about cryptos and favors one thing over another then I think he can find a legitimate cause to come here and engage with people. Let's not forget he has had enough time to tweet about btc/crypto thousands of times already. So let's not throw any snowballs at the man's ego just yet.
Well, he can also engage with people on Twitter, you know, his own social media platform... This forum's nice 'n all, but you can't expect people to go through the trouble of creating an account here just because a random guy wants to ask a question. Besides, he'd be stuck in newbie mode

Do not get discouraged, a few days are lost, but others are won and won big! The important thing is to raise your head and move forward, life gives many opportunities to get up and if life gives those opportunities believe me the game will also give them! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) This has to be some of the worst advice I've seen anyone give to a gambling addict. Probably because he is a gambling addict too. I don't have any evidence to prove this but I guess no one will give such advice except for those who already hooked too much because they already don't know what is right or wrong. We don't know that. I can even see that this post is not that serious as it seems since we can all see that wink emoji at the end, we don't need to take this post seriously. Gambling will really eat your Brain, your money and also your time as you will be spending most of your time in the casino or in the gambling sites unless you have a gambling bot, but still. That wink emoji doesn't mean anything and it doesn't matter. Giving advice like that to a potential gambling addict is just plain wrong, nothing else to say about it really. In reality, he's probably just increasing his post count to earn more from his campaign, which is fine unless you're saying stuff like this.

I find posts like these pretty delusional. I mean, there's an appropriate age for everything and children that are still in kindergarten shouldn't have to start earning Bitcoins. Also, sure there might be things that could be improved upon the current education system, but saying that they should just scrap everything about it is just crazy talk.
Let kids be kids during the first years of their life and don't bother them with stuff like Bitcoin, unless the interest comes from themselves of course.
Teaching kids about technology in general is appropriate in elementary school IMO.

Attracting new users is certainly a good week. Question and de they were before with their ads? When a project is experiencing a big crisis, they begin to get it through advertising. Now the incentive is of little interest to anyone. Because there are too few live users. These are mainly bots or multi-accounts for profit.
Too few live users? Well, maybe compared to back in early 2017, but I'm still part of a bunch of communities that have hundreds of active members. The bots really are an issue though and I definitely hope some action will be taken against them. I do think it's possible that part of the bot activity will be resolved with the next hardforks.

What's so exciting about yet another P2P exchange?
I can tell you one thing, you're not doing this project any favors by posting generic comments like these here. Not a single bit of information, not even a link to their website.

Did you really just say that he should just try again another time, because other people have won it big? Follow that advice and you'll eventually lose everything you have. Get some professional help and completely quit gambling without worrying about the losses you've already made. You'll save more money by not gambling any more.

I always liked steem and steemit platform, It is ads less, try to protect copyright law, steem is using blockchain and you never know that you are using blockchain when you use it , it is fast and an easy way to make money!
Well, actually, they've just added ads to their platform. You only see them when you're not logged in though, which is fine by me. They've added them pretty recently, so I doubt many people know about it. Source: https://steemit.com/steemit/@steemitblog/testing-ads-on-steemit-comThat's interesting. Is Steem losing its popularity now? Anyway, it's good to see the community stepping up. I'm forwarding this info to my peers.
It's definitely lost a lot of the hype that it was seeing in the beginning of 2017, most likely due to the price completely tanking. Just recently, Steemit Inc.'s management have reached out to the community a lot more. Ned, the co-founder of Steemit has done quite a lot of community livestreams the past couple of weeks. This is really exciting! Thanks for sharing this. I already interacted with you on a couple of other platforms, but I thought I would stop in here and leave a comment as well. I can testify as a fellow user of dapps on the Steem chain that it is a pretty cool place to hang out and invest your time and maybe money in.
Thanks @bozz!

This is obviously amazing news and I really wonder what the impact of this will be. You've basically got the largest smartphone manufacturer actively promoting Bitcoin to all of its users, literally millions of people worldwide.
Of course, most people probably won't even use this wallet, but just to have the wallet there on their phone gives Bitcoin a whole lot of exposure.

Nice! I actually prefer the 1.0 version over the 2.0, just because you can choose different map styles. Besides, I don't really see the point of using this to look for businesses that only operate online, so 2.0 doesn't offer anything special for me anyway.

I can't even log in anymore and the one experience I've had with Freewallet was pretty terrible. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FgAv0LHZ.png&t=663&c=KSFn5Kw2p69dRQ) I used your service once to get a payout from Minergate, only to find out that I couldn't withdraw my Monero because your added fees were too high.

I completely disagree that other projects need to promote Bitcoin first. Why would they need to do that? Bitcoin's success shouldn't be dependent on what other projects say about it.
This is also true the other way around, other projects' success shouldn't be dependent on what Bitcoin is doing, although that usually is the case now.
Let other projects criticize Bitcoin, it's something you can't put a stop to and why would you? Either it looks bad on those other projects or they may have some valid criticism that should be recognized.

I've fully updated my Motorola G6 Plus and I don't see it either. I'm running Stock Android, so it should really be fully updated.
I don't know, maybe they just haven't pushed the update yet for my device?
Anyway, it would actually be pretty handy if it got added. I do type 'Bitcoin' quite a lot in conversations.

Not sure if I get it. How would you get the fun if it's on auto rolls and you don't care about profitability either.
Well, on websites that have autoroll with lots of features you can play different kinds of strategies. It's also just very handy when you're trying to hit high multipliers, since those require you to roll quite a lot. As an example, the autoroll feature on Crypto-Games: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FCcSmjZC.png&t=663&c=HPD7pb3gDbb2Wg) Most people actually use that instead of the manual betting.

From my personal experience I can tell that the best thing to do is to stick to slot machine and stuff like that. Roulette is devil's playground, after roulette hooks you in, slot machines are like watching chess to see some action.
There is no best way to play roulette, best way is not to play it and that is how you win.
Come on man, you must be kidding. Slot is a game with the highest house edge as far as I know. At least you can use various strategy in roulette while you cant do it on slot machine. Will you do martingale on slot machine? It must be crazy thing to do as the outcome on slots game is unpredictable. LOL, you start out correct by saying that slots has one of the worst house edges of all games. Then you ruin your entire statement, by implying that roulette is better because you can use strategies. As if you're going to increase your chances of winning by using these strategies... Martingale will also bust you faster than you think.

In order to watch even one of those videos you really have to be interested in cryptocurrencies or watch it when you don't have anything else to do but that would count since you wouldn't be genuinely interested on the informations shared in the videos. That's because most of us don't have the patience to watch a 15 min video about something that's boring what about 1 hour.
Well, I would assume that a lot of people are on this forum because they're interested in cryptocurrency. I don't have any problem watching an hour long video with an interesting debate. If you don't have an attention span that long, how can you get anything done?
