801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Be a Responsible Gambler on: May 03, 2021, 08:20:37 PM
Chances are low to give up on gambling and beat the addiction if the gambler has no such intention, sometimes the urge to deposit more for making revenge bets overweight all alternative feelings and it happens as it supposed to be. Gambling as the main source of income is the worst choice ever, it should be limited to the passive income category that sounds safer.
How long you will be willing to risk your bank balance and do these revenge betting  Cheesy. I used to do that when the price of bitcoin was well below $400 and i would deposit huge amounts to get back the money i lost earlier and i end up loosing again and then you make your decision to stop burning away your coins but with the price so high i will never dare to do anything remotely to regain my lost bets and betting cannot be considered as any form of income as it should be purely for entertainment purpose.
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 20th April dogecoin day on: May 03, 2021, 07:06:58 PM
My bad mate, I'm just not a fan of capitalism. I just hate the idea of a certain people or group of people are the one who controls an asset or properties instead of the state.
What happens if the state is ruled by someone who is not capable of making things good and the private sector will take care of certain things because they function for the sole purpose of making a profit. Since you are not happy with certain people having more control over things then how come you are happy about the state controlling everything  Roll Eyes.

Today we see a lot of interest in dogecoin and it is only because of one man "Elon Musk"  Smiley
It is what it is, started out as a fun coin and Elon Musk started out as fun tweets and now they have huge investors and even the developers had to wake up and upgrade the software so that it works fine with the influx of new users in the network.
803  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: May 03, 2021, 05:53:48 PM
I have deleted my negative feedback since you have resolved the 25000$ cash out case.
Before jumping the gun you should have waited for them to resolve the issue as they are here for the long term and they usually solves issues if a genuine user had any problem, so try to be patient and listen to what the support team has to say before reaching any conclusion.
804  Economy / Speculation / Re: The total BTC balance on exchanges continuously decreasing since 2020 on: May 03, 2021, 03:25:58 PM
I want to agree this at some points but I don't think that "everyone" really knows the risk of holding Bitcoin into an exchange.
Any major investor will go through the history of the market and will very well know that they cannot trust any exchange for holding the coins for the long term. I usually hold the coins only if i am planning to book my profit if not i will not have the confidence to hold them in any exchange and everyone should be aware of the risk as well.

I think its unfortunate that most of the tracks are just too good for batting and that provides the most entertainment for the masses. Most teams need reliable batsmen upto no.6 at least. Which most teams have except SRH. The season cant get any worse for them honestly. Even with a strong bowling line up.. on flat tracks its hard to defend a total or contain a team to a small score.
The bowlers are at an disadvantage in the shorter format as the pitch will not aide them and hence bowlers are also changing with the changing times to stay in the game. The problem with SRH is that their top order nor their middle order are consistent and scoring runs. They have the players but the limit of 4 away players in limiting them selection process considerably.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is back? BTC is 57k on: May 02, 2021, 11:43:04 PM
We are heading above $70k for btc, but before that we need consolidate at $60k for some times this month.next good ico i think is citizen finance, it is NFT for games and DeFi. I hope it will give early investor good return like vulcan forged did.
What do you mean by that, what is vulcan any alt that gave huge profit ? I am not following the alt market for years as i am not confident with the amount of money i lost in the market and the pump and dump that happened when developers run away with the coin. There is a limit where you can take all those bullshit.

The market is expected to reach over $70k for the final rally and this is the speculation that is most common and we might see those values before the major correction. Not sure which company or financial institution is going to pump that kind of money for the market to rally but hopefully that is the case  Cheesy
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla and market manipulation crime on: May 02, 2021, 11:12:44 PM

They are free to buy and sell their holdings at any time time but I feel the way they went about it was wrong. How did they do it?
- Buy bitcoin - newbies join them to buy the top due to fomo.
- Make profits and sell Bitcoin while creating panics amongst those newbies.

- Buy back those bitcoins at $47K during the last correction.

I used to think Elon Musk was against shortsellimg an asset until tesla pulled one off.
Your above statement and your second statement is entirely polar opposite. You said there is nothing wrong in trading but yet you are claiming but they did manipulate the market. It was an huge investment and they are free to do anything with their money and none asked any newbie to join the market and when they invested they never promised to hold for N number of years or days.

Elon Musk never cared about his company trading value and have you seen him manipulating that market as well  Grin and if that is the case do you think he will care any less for the cryptocurrency market.
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most awful Shitcoin on: May 02, 2021, 08:05:02 PM
If you start posting all the shit coins i can keep on writing for pages as i have seen countless shit coins in my time in this market. The worst were the direct ponzi scams where they were able to collect billions like Bitconnect, PlusToken and OneCoin and the kind of fan following and supporters these scams had was mind blowing as well.
There is no doubt these are some of the biggest scams and shitcoin should be included in it as well.

My list and the amount of money lost by the investors.
OneCoin ($19 billion)
Bitconnect ($3 billion)
PlusToken ($3 billion)

809  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at $1 million this cycle really possible? on: May 02, 2021, 07:34:40 PM
I don't think it is too early because bitcoin just need another 20x progress to reach $1 million price level. Even bitcoin has not showed that kind of wild appreciation in short period of time, why not we cannot expect at least this time that to happen? Just an out of box thinking.
So you think in hindsight it is too easy to reach a million dollars, people are loosing the valuation of assets and thinks that it is easily achievable. Lets see how much you are willing to shell out as transaction charges, right now i am spending around $25 for a transaction and the price is around $50k to $60k, just do the math and tell me how much you are willing to pay every transaction when it reaches a million dollars. Unless these situations are sorted never think about reaching these insane valuations.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 02, 2021, 06:05:58 PM
They fired David Warner and made Kane Williamson the captain. First of all, they need to understand that the problem lies with the team composition. Their middle order and pace bowling lineups are in very poor shape and that is the reason why they are losing matches. Now blaming David Warner for these defeats serve no purpose. They are sticking with the same pace bowling lineup, despite repeated failures. Rather than including Mohammad Nabi, they should have gone for Mujeeb Ur Rahman for this match. Also, Basil Thampi deserves a chance in the place of Sandeep Sharma or Khaleel Ahmed.
I thought Sunrisers Hyderabad is replacing David Warner to accommodate Jason Roy in the opening slot and they are struggling with their bat as well throughout this tournament and they need to strengthen that but they did not make that change instead they included another spinner. Unless they can pick a team and assign specific roles to each players they cannot expect a different result.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: May 01, 2021, 11:56:57 PM
I don't have that hope for this push maybe if Pacquiao retires, that would be for Floyd to come and challenge Pacquiao. But is that still going to be possible if Pacquiao have already chosen another career and has no time for boxing anymore?
Because if that match happens, there's no professional record on it and that's likely going to be another showmatch that Floyd does nowadays.
Manny Pacquiao is a politician as well and a full time professional boxer, i believe he retired earlier to concentrate on politics and help people but he came to the conclusion that he needs to raise more money to help everyone and hence he started boxing again as he knows that it is a small window of opportunity to make money.  As a legend of the sport he can still call his shots as he is still fighting at a really high level.
812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: May 01, 2021, 11:38:19 PM
Pakistan won the match by an innings as expected and it is a shame that Zimbabwe is playing Test cricket Grin.
Pakistan needs to sharpen their game as well as Zimbabwe needs to learn how to Play Test cricket again and none of the other teams are ready to face them may be because of monetary reasons. I wish the odds were better consider Pakistan can always play the odd game.

SL will need to score as many runs as they can within 2 session which will give them 4 sessions to try and bowl Bangladesh out. I think 350+ is enough so it will be interesting to see if SL will go for the win.
In recent times Sri Lanak does knows its limitations and they always look for the safer option than playing for the win. The match depends upon how Bangladesh will bat in the final two days of the match.
813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which other company will support Bitcoin next? on: May 01, 2021, 10:24:09 PM
~
I think they were instead trying to build their own coin, but I doubt they will release it. They are probably watching closely what Facebook is doing and how their coin may or may not be adopted. Huge companies by now realized that there is nothing that can seriously compete with Bitcoin. Not from a technical standpoint, but the ideology behind it: freedom of choice, neutrality, etc. All the characteristics that decentralization offers and people value.
I am not aware of Amazon building their own coin, if the big companies are trying to replicate Bitcoin then it wont be successful as a project, they need to evolve and coming up with something unique will help in having the project covered while many companies right now is looking at this market as an opportunity to make money and the free publicity they can get if they invest in Bitcoin and hence the numbers will be huge.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 01, 2021, 05:44:09 PM
Sam Curran bowled an outstanding over as he gave away just 2 runs and took the wicket of Krunal Pandya and Mumbai still need 48 runs from the last 3 overs and they need to smash every ball and the match is really interesting at this point. I thought Chennai would win easily as Mumbai was struggling with the bat in the early part of the tournament but the pitch looks like it is helping the batsman, it all depends upon how Dhoni picks the bowlers to bowl the last three overs.

This would have never happened if Sharad Pawar or N Srinivasan was in power. When ex-players head the cricket boards (instead of politicians and businessmen) they always give preference to the well-being of the sport, sidelining the other selfish motives.
The problem is that 2028 is a long way from now and the decision that are taken now can be changed by that time.

Yeah, just read this news, surely positive news to get some stakes in Olympic. Now i can see at-least 14-16 teams getting ready for the competition or more in next 2-3 decades. T-20 still looks too long to me, may be T-10 would be right format in Olympic.
T20 is shorter and they can include that because T10 will be hard to predict the outcome. If they play the Olympics i want to wage a bet on the matches but if it is T10 it is going to be a coin toss kind of situation.
816  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - June 6 on: May 01, 2021, 02:32:54 AM
Conor McGregor lost to his gas tank and it was not a big secret that his cardio is his down coming and there is no chance that anyone else let alone a novice like Logan could defeat Mayweather even at 44 years.
Conor McGregor has a lot of supporters who back him up even though he is not having the skills set to defeat elite level boxers nor elite level wrestlers and yet he had a good run in the UFC and he was lucky enough to avoid tough match ups during his rise to stardom and the UFC was helping him avoid those match ups as well and fought only strikers mostly.

I will give Logan Paul a punchers chance and the size advantage but other than that there is no way he could defeat Mayweather with the skill set he has against an elite boxer.
817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are females welcomed in gambling thread? on: April 30, 2021, 11:46:45 PM
They can discriminate woman on physical gambling place like casinos or racing track but not online where things are more even females are very much welcome to join the discussions as long as they know what they are posting and they follow the rules and do not resort to insulting their co members, in fact it should be encouraged, online gambling is a growing industry and every gender and sexual preferences are very much welcome.
What are you talking about, why would anyone discriminate woman in a physical gambling places like casinos and racing tracks. We are not living in the ancient era while living in a free world where anyone can go out without facing any issues. There are many toxic things in the world but for majority there is no discrimination.
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which other company will support Bitcoin next? on: April 30, 2021, 11:13:39 PM
Although, back to your original question. My gut instinct is Amazon will likely lead the pack in terms of cryptocurrency adoption. In fact, despite it not being a cryptocurrency don't they already have a digital coin system that they use? Amazon coins or something?
We are hearing about Amazon adoption for years and they never allowed that to happen. From what i understand Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk are not the best of friends and if Jeff Bezos thinks that he was to challenge Elon Musk in terms of cryptocurrency adoption then he might invest billions as well and then starts accepting bitcoin payment for his E commerce business around the world which will be really huge.
Not sure about the digital coin Amazon has, from where you heard as this is the first time i am hearing about it  Undecided .
819  Economy / Speculation / Re: The next Bitcoin manipulation prediction on: April 30, 2021, 10:04:32 PM
Bitcoin had undergone a massive price manipulation last week. When will be the next Bitcoin price manipulation? Do you have any ideas?
Everyone has their own version of the ideal market, the bitcoin market was on a bullish trend for more than a month and the price has reached to new levels which was impossible to imagine a few years ago and do you think that was manipulation or the correction you saw last week after all these pump was a manipulation  Tongue. Today as i speak i though the market would go down because there was a huge liquidation in the speculative market but the price started to rally once again.
820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which other company will support Bitcoin next? on: April 30, 2021, 05:07:44 PM
Amazon has the most opportunity to be in crypto, this issue has been around since 2019
It seems that if Amazon really realizes bitcoin for payments this will motivate e-commerce around the world to be able to follow in Amazon's footsteps using crypto for more modern transactions.
In the past everyone was expecting Amazon to start accepting bitcoin and if they did that it was a huge achievement for the community and there was a strong hope during that period that they might start accepting bitcoin and almost 8 years down the road and they are yet to start accepting bitcoin. I seriously do not care if they invest heavily in bitcoin or not but if they are able to accept bitcoin as a mode of payment even now it would be huge.
