841  Economy / Economics / Re: How to developed your capital on: August 17, 2023, 05:22:24 AM
Don’t work on a payroll. Own your own business and file your own tax returns unless you need an accountant. Borrow money because it is the best way to write off profits. (Or avoiding taxes) Then make more investments that generate revenue with the borrowed money. This is what the big corps do and this is what I did in the last 2-3 years and I tripled my wealth since then. If you are living from paycheck to paycheck you will never get rich. Life is about tricking the system and you can only do that if you mimic the others that do the same thing.
842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can Bitcoin provide food for our table on: August 17, 2023, 04:25:25 AM
Not just food bitcoin can provide for the table of ours… Women and wine too. (Sometimes even luxury cars) Bitcoin can provide them all. However, I did like your way of making money which is trading. Holding is better and stress-free. You are not guaranteed to win every time you make a trade but if you hold bitcoin for a while like 4-5 years, it is almost guaranteed to bring huge returns. After the next halving, the btc prices will skyrocket once again. That means btc is still cheap today. If that’s true and it probably is, why don’t you buy them cheap coins today and sell them in the future when they get expensive?
843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling discussion effect on: August 16, 2023, 10:05:01 AM
I am in a similar position tbh. The more I talk about gambling, the more I want to gamble. It seems like an endless loop because I find myself talking about gambling all the time in a very short time. However I am also aware that if I play too much it will make me poor very fast so I slow down when I start losing myself. I think we need to get some professional help because otherwise this whole thing will cause very serious damage on our finances. Gamble responsibly & peace.
844  Economy / Economics / Re: It's good that financial instutions Understood that they need to use crypto on: August 16, 2023, 04:29:50 AM
Yes paypal use crypto but instead of eth many users was expecting the TRON blockchain its faster cheaper and more used.
Eth transactions still too expensive i hope they start use TRON soon

TRON is a good alternative but if they (paypal) think ETH works, then there is no harm in using eth. Maybe they will change their minds in the future when they see that ETH clearly doesn't work. What are the other institutions like paypal that use crypto? Notice that though, I am saying "use crypto", not "hold crypto". Tesla and Microstrategy hold crypto too but they don't use them. They are just holders. Paypal on the other hand, they are using crypto which is way better than holding crypto. Holding is fine but using crypto brings more adoption than holding and more adoption brings better prices.
845  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your anticipation on bitcoin market capitalization as for 2030 on: August 15, 2023, 05:21:23 AM
I went on a research on the history of bitcoin, on the process of the research I found out that as of 28 march 2013 bitcoin market capitalization passed $1 billion, which I came to realize if with the high rapid spread of bitcoin global and the introduction of new ways and methods of mining and new traders what is your anticipation on bitcoin market capitalization as of 2030?

Multiple trillion dollars probably. Bitcoin has a limited supply and lots of demand from people. The prices can only go one way and it is not down. Till 2030, 2 more halvings will happen and bitcoin will become even more scarce than now. It will be very hard to mine new coins and that means the prices will skyrocket to the moon. I am not sure about this but even 10 trillion use marketcap is possible. You may find it impossible right now but remember, people thought $10k/btc or $50k/btc was impossible too and yet both of them happened anyway.
846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong way to accumulate. on: August 14, 2023, 06:50:34 PM
Long term DCA'ing works the best. You simply buy bitcoin every month or week. The amount may change in time but it is better to spend a certain amount every time. $1000/month or $500/week, it all depends on your finances. You do this till you reach your target wealth and then you can do whatever you like. (buying a home, car whatever) Since bitcoin goes always up in the long term because of its limited supply, this is a foolproof way of making money. Don't be fooled just because btc has been going sideways for a while, it will shoot up again after the next halving.
847  Economy / Economics / Re: Can stablecoins be able to prevent de-dollarization? on: August 13, 2023, 07:21:04 PM
As long as people borrow and lend USD, USD will get stronger. When I say “USD will get stronger”, I don’t mean that USD will have a better purchasing power. I mean that USD will have a better user adoption in the future. Tbh I don’t see USD going away any time soon. The world is not ready for a revolution like that. We will keep using USD till we cannot anymore… we won’t choose some other currency magically.

When the USD becomes unusable, only then we will look for an alternative and people will probably decide to go with a crypto currency and bitcoin obviously is the most sensible choice here. But we still have a long way to go there.
848  Economy / Economics / Re: People don't understand the problem with monetary system. on: August 13, 2023, 12:33:53 PM
The problem is pretty simple actually. The central banks became the bitches of the governments. They print money whenever the gov demands it. But money doesn’t grow on the trees. When you create money out of nothing, stuff with actual value go up in price. That’s the core of the problem. Printing money. Bitcoin solves this problem because nobody can print bitcoin. The supply has a hard cap and it is limited to 21 million units. The USD supply on the other hand has no limits or whatsoever. The central banks can print FIAT forever till they kill the currency completely and these FIAT currencies die eventually. None of them survive forever. Only the hard goods like bitcoin, gold, land and similar stuff do.

We need to get rid of the central banks and build a new economy which doesn’t depend on the FIAT currencies.
849  Economy / Economics / Re: Big companies will never let you have the financial freedom on: August 13, 2023, 07:06:09 AM
That’s true as long as you keep wageslaving for them. Anybody who owns his own business can be free financially. It takes lots of work and dedication but it the end you can be free of work forever. If you are living from paycheck to paycheck, can’t save up any money then you will be poor forever. Capitalism designed that way. You either adapt to it or you die poor. You may hate capitalism too but it is not going to disappear just because you don’t like it. The world simply don’t work that way. Owning a shitty small business is a lot better than working for someone else. That shitty small business may become big in the future but your paychecks will stay small forever.
850  Economy / Economics / Re: All millions are from real estate. on: August 13, 2023, 06:48:36 AM
Real estate is a great investment. In the long term it prints money but you need to be rich first to make such investments. You know what comes close? Crypto and stocks. You can own 1 share of Apple and you are still instantly a shareholder. You can do the same with bitcoin. If you are poor owning the whole thing is impossible. To get there you need to DCA on stocks or crypto and when you get big enough, then you can move to real estate or you can fully own other businesses. One step at a time. Rome wasn’t built in one day.
851  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keeping your gambling habit a secret. on: August 12, 2023, 04:14:10 AM
It is not that I am not proud of what I am doing… It has nothing to do with it. It is just, we don’t need to tell everyone about everything we do. Especially the money stuff. Gambling, investing, business secrets, trading…

I don’t usually talk about anything that makes me or loses me money. Talking about it usually affects the situation in a bad way and I don’t want that. I want the things to stay clean nice and tidy. I can make or lose money while I am gambling and it is nobody’s business but me.

We need to keep our secrets to ourselves sometimes.
852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Peer pressure as a substantial gambling catalyst. on: August 12, 2023, 04:05:16 AM
When I was in highschool almost all of my friends were betting on sports. That was their daily “job”. It was impossible to interact with them unless you also do their thing, bet on sports… That indeed put a pressure on me and made me do what they were doing. I became a gambler too. I was also doing my research on teams, coaches, players just like they were doing and it worked. I made lots of friends like that. Did I make money through? No, I was a terrible gambler.
853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: August 11, 2023, 05:17:17 AM
Biden took every wrong step in the book. Ruined the economy, started a war, went full woke... People in the US are fed up with his bullshit. People don't care about a war in the other continent. They don't want to send money to a Ukrainan guy which they don't know or care about.

People want lower oil prices, a peaceful life where illegal immigrants don't exist and a life where men and women get along well.

But people in the US failed this IQ test before so it is not impossible for Biden to win again.
854  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sudden Wealth Syndrome (SWS) In Gambling on: August 11, 2023, 05:08:32 AM
Sudden changes in a person's financials is never a good thing. A poor person who became rich in a very short time will have difficulties to adapt to the new reality. I think it is probably better to get some professional help in a situation like this so you can prepare yourself for the future. Most people don't do that however. They dive into coke&blow&lambo right away and sadly this is the best way lose their newly found wealth. Some people on the other hand become over-cautious with their money and these people never spend any of it... This is not healthy either. What good is money if you are not right in the head?
855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is centralized, will it still have value ? on: August 11, 2023, 05:01:30 AM
Centralized bitcoin no better than any FIAT because essentially they are the same thing. Bitcoin has two most important features.

1- Decentralized
2- (Semi) Private

Without these 2 features, we can't call it bitcoin.

You can send and receive USDT, USD, EUR and smiliar centralized shitcoins too. Just because you can do these, don't mean that they are better than bitcoin. They are not, because they not decentralized like bitcoin.

Only gold can compete with bitcoin in this department (decentralization) but then you can't send/receive gold like you do it with btc so gold fails at mobility which kills the purpose of being a currency.
856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has nothing to do with crime on: August 11, 2023, 04:56:19 AM
If bitcoin was enabling scams, so is the USD (and gold). Banning bitcoin for this is as stupid as banning gold or usd. And bitcoin is not even fully anonymous unlike monero and yet even monero don't deserve to be banned. Privacy is a human right and it cannot be banned. I am purchasing something for whatever reason and nobody needs to know about it That's my right and whoever don't agree with it can fuck right off.

Then there is this little Schwab bitch says:

https://twitter.com/wef/status/804549664439762945

"Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better."
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's safe to say - gambling is a guy thing. on: August 09, 2023, 04:08:59 PM
Hey y'all...Seriously, I've been having this running through my mind.. maybe it's been discussed but this is on a diverse objective.
Why is it that we tend to have alot of men inclined and addicted to gambling than women? Is there any mystery guiding that?
I mean, You ain't gonna telme that everyone isn't roofed by this economic crises - both gender to speak of - so what's so special about men gambling?? Alot of cases has been reported several times too - and y'all end up realizing that MEN are usually involved in very many critical cases... What's that validating? That men are really taking the whole thing personal??

Sandra 🧑‍🦰

That's a way too wrong way to see this. I have seen lots of young girls and grandmas that are gambling addicts. Have you ever get inside of a real life casino? There are many females there. At least the ones I visited had many. Maybe there are more males that love to gamble but I strongly disagree with your opinion here.

We don't live in the early 1900's. Females don't live in the kitchen anymore. They play football, gamble, taekwondo and all kind of other things...
858  Economy / Economics / Re: It ain't meant to be easy on: August 09, 2023, 04:02:22 PM
It ain't meant to be hard either.

There is the hard way, then there is the easy way.

Sometimes the easy way is way too obvious but we still can miss it and go with the harder way... For example, holding bitcoin is one of the most foolproof way of making money but how many of us follow this strategy? Not many. There are hundreds of thousands of people think they can get rich trading alts but we already know most of them will end up being losers don't we?

Life is pretty easy when you let it be. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin decentralization debate on: August 09, 2023, 03:43:33 PM

How can I convince my friend that Bitcoin is indeed decentralized?

You don't have to convince anybody. Why do you want to convince him anyway? If one thing I learned in this life, that it is almost impossible to convince someone to do/believe something. The harder you try to convince your friend, the more he will think that you are retarded and he will hate you because of it. Is it worth to lose a friend over a financial debate? If you like your friend don't even talk about money when you are together. Talk about girls, vacations, music etc. Money is the #1 reason that makes people hate each other.
860  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: think before investing on: August 09, 2023, 04:44:59 AM
Warren Buffett says that he doesn’t invest in a business which he doesn’t understand. That’s a great quote imo. If you don’t understand what you are investing in, then you will probably lose money because you will make lots of other bad decisions as well. Your friend was a great example. People shouldn’t even buy a real estate unless they exactly know how the real estate business works. Stocks, bonds, crypto… they are also the same. Unless you don’t understand them, you shouldn’t invest in them.
