861  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance New Update and it Transaction IDs. on: October 23, 2023, 12:31:06 AM
It could be a bug on Op's side, isn't it?
I tend to agree with you, I tried it now, I quickly opened my Binance app account and I didn't experience what Op said.

I think I may suggest reinstalling the app, it could be that time it's a technical error on his side.

It seems the issue is in my app, not the OPs side I updated the app just now and the pay button shows up on my profile.
I can also find the pay button under wallet>funding, when sending there are 3 options email/phone, Pay ID, and Binance ID. So I think the last two digits requirement is to verify if you are sending to the right receiver.
862  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance New Update and it Transaction IDs. on: October 22, 2023, 10:44:04 PM
after clicking on the PAY button on the Binance profile, then you will see SEND and you follow the Op instructions to complete the transaction. Look at the image.
That is the pay button then after clicking it you will see this again.

That's not a pay button but a P2P button even I click the P2P button it just direct me to P2P page without the Binance pay.

Maybe your accounts are restricted that is why you see Binance pay?
Weird I don't see any pay button you mean if it's p2p it didn't also redirect me on that page.
863  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin on BNB (Binance Smart) Chain on: October 22, 2023, 10:21:32 PM
What wallet did you use to receive BTC on the Binance chain?
If they sent you BTC to your exchange account then you should be able to withdraw it from the exchange wallet into your mainnet wallet.
But if they sent this BTC from the Binance chain to your Bitcoin mainnet wallet then you won't be able to see this transaction in your wallet because it doesn't support the Bnb chain.

You can maybe able to see the transaction once you export the private key from the mainnet wallet and import it to Metamask and switch to the Binance smart chain.

Why not share the hash here so that we can check if the hash is legit? Only share it if you aren't concerned about your privacy.
864  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance New Update and it Transaction IDs. on: October 22, 2023, 10:05:44 PM
I think this is only for Binance user who wants to send coins to other Binance users.

I tried to follow the instructions but I'm stuck on the click pay I don't see any button on my profile or maybe this is only for the Binance web version not on the app?

How about sending the coins through their coins deposit address instead?
865  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Crack seed phrases with brute force? on: October 22, 2023, 02:37:25 PM
~snip~
If your whole point is if someone can guess your seed phrase then it's possible so if you are afraid about your wallet you can manually add an extra word/passphrase on BIP39 wallet to encrypt your seed phrase even if they know your seed phrase they can't still able to access your wallet without the extra word/passphrase.
866  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: S19jPro abnormal network - (Will not connect to Pool) on: October 22, 2023, 02:25:28 PM
~snip~

Can you share the whole miner logs here don't forget to put them inside the insert code tag and post them here

Would you confirm on the miner's logs if it's "Antminer BHB42XXX" Because Bitmain said it is an abnormal firmware you will need to flash it with the right firmware.

To know how to flash it with the right firmware follow this guide below.

867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Flash Bitcoins r not a threat? on: October 21, 2023, 05:11:15 PM
If this flash Bitcoin is shitcoins this won't affect the Bitcoin but scammers will use it to fool newbies that they send BTC into their wallet and then scammer will provide a link that they sent you BTC but in a different chain.

Or I think if you mean about flash Bitcoin is a transaction that is usually gone after 90 days on the blockchain then you might be talking about double-spend that scammers usually do, if you are a newbie you can fall to this trick if you don't wait for confirmation because a transaction with 0 confirmation can be still reverse the transaction.
868  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: ASIC HOMEMADE on: October 20, 2023, 11:41:13 PM
So you are going to slave and get ASIC chips from the s9 hashboard and put to anywhere you want?
You can do that just like other developers do but it requires developing skill and knowledge look at the USB stick miner, they also use the same ASIC chip type BM1387.

However, I don't know if the chip that came from s19 would work and make it a USB stick miner never heard that. The chips from the s19 I think it draws more power that a USB stick can't handle.
Would you mind sharing the link where you saw the Russian who made a pen drive into ASIC USB miner? I just want to see how did they make it work.
869  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance.com debit card to be closed by December 20 on: October 20, 2023, 11:24:33 PM

That's the bad news for those who use Binance cards actually they do have cashback if you purchase and use it frequently the chargeback level increases until 8%. I'm sure this would be bad news for users who usually use it.

Since Binance announced that it will be closed soon better to terminate the card it's not safe to use after December 20.

I don't think the BNB is deposited in your card. I think it is in your funding wallet but you still need to report it and terminate the card to make sure it won't automatically convert your BNB from funding into a Binance card balance.
870  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What wallet would you recommend? on: October 20, 2023, 05:17:58 PM
They you would reccomend Trezor instead of SecuX? OK
Thank you
SecuX has a good appearance compared to Trezor Wallet but the only problem is it does not have open-source so we can't guarantee that SecuX Wallet is safe.

I searched a bit and it seems they don't have an HWI interface that is used to connect to software wallets like Electrum meaning that this hardware wallet does not support 3rd party wallets like Electrum and you can only manage your assets on their server which makes me think that they do have full control of your wallet so it is not safe to use.
Better stick with Trezor if you don't want your wallet being controlled by someone else.
871  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer S19 95TH setup on: October 20, 2023, 04:58:49 PM
I checked the speed and it is 10Mbps, and, from what I understood that the server would need some 5Mbps, it should be enough no?
Thank you
If you are running one unit 10mbps should be beyond enough the important is the internet you provide to the unit is should stable and use a pool server that gives you low latency like if you are in the US then use the US pool server or if you are living in Asian country then use Asia pool server.
872  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coins.ph hacked, $6 million lost? on: October 20, 2023, 04:42:04 PM
I tried to check all the community Coins.ph group and their official Facebook page no one mentioned that Coins.ph was hacked. I just found some users who had their XRP gone or hacked but it's old posts around the year 2019.

So it might be true but I think this is FUD due to the bullish price increase recently about XRP I believe they are trying to manipulate and give a signal that this would drop sooner I'm not sure but this is just my guess.
873  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance Founder CZ said that, Copy trading now live on Binance. on: October 20, 2023, 03:58:50 PM
~snip~

Thanks for the whole guide on where to find it but in my app, even if it is updated to the latest version there is no tab for copy trading.
My country is not listed there so copy trading is not yet available in my region.
They said they are planning to add more countries but I don't know when they gonna add my country.
874  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Solo mining in Private pool Vs Public solo mining pool ? on: October 18, 2023, 09:22:30 PM
I don't see much difference between mining solo with your own pool vs the public pool.
The only difference is that the public pool takes small percentage of the block reward once you've successfully mine a block like ckpool they take 2% of the block reward unlike mining solo with your own pool the block reward is all yours the only downside is you will need to maintain your node and pool.
875  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What wallet would you recommend? on: October 18, 2023, 09:06:48 PM

Thank you again for your insights,
I found this on Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Trezor-bitcoin-wallet-Black/dp/B00R6MKDDE/ref=sr_1_17?crid=2T90EZKP72YWZ&keywords=passport%2Bwallet%2Bcrypto&qid=1697642770&sprefix=passport%2Bwallet%2Bcrypto%2Caps%2C79&sr=8-17&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.b06bdbbe-20fd-4ebc-88cf-fa04f1ca0da8&th=1
Or should I use other sources?
I was told that after I download Electrum to "test" it, however I do not know how to do that. Any advice? I already downloaded the Windows installer from the suggested website ...
Thank you, and have a great day

The Trezor model one you link here is a bit pricey why not buy directly on Trezor which is cheaper?
Check the link below
- https://trezor.io/compare

About testing it and how to connect it with Electrum you can follow the guide below.

Or I think better wait for black friday this next month for promos and discounts I'm sure you can buy it cheaper than the current price today.
876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Transaction Hash on: October 18, 2023, 07:53:13 PM
My guess is if the txid can be able to search on BSCscan the transaction is fake just like what happened to my son he sold some item from Roblox and received BTC then after checking his wallet I realized that he received BTC on Metamask which is not supported after digging and check the metamask setting its a test server.
This means the BTC he receives is fake, not a real crypto.
But first I would like to know what wallet you using while sending a BTC?
And how did you deposit BTC in your wallet?
877  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stainless steel or Titanium on: October 18, 2023, 11:46:21 AM
Stainless steel can be rust and corrosion compared to titanium it is resistant to both rust and corrosion. However, titanium is a bit pricey compared to stainless steel.

I have stored seed phrase in the sample paper and before your post I was thinking that writing phrase in hard paper is enough. should we used high melting point for saving and how much worth it is if we want to store one seed phrase?
Paper wallets are not good in a wet place that's why having a metal sheet to store seed backup is way more better for the long term.
878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just created Bitcoin multi signature wallet for the first time. on: October 18, 2023, 11:32:29 AM
1. Multisig wallet should be secured if your wallet is 2of3 multisig when making a transaction it requires two cosigners to be able to process a transaction. If you only have one signature without another cosigner you won't be able to process a transaction.

2. Depending on how you create a multi-sig wallet the other two parties should provide only a public key when creating a multi-sig wallet. Meaning you don't have control of their keys.
Unless the company lets you create all the keys to create a multi-sig wallet.

3. If it's 2 of 3 multi-sig wallets then you won't be able to process a transaction without one more key.

Never heard someone hack a multisig wallet so for me it should be safe.
879  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Withdrawing to UK Bank Account on: October 18, 2023, 11:09:33 AM
Have you tried the P2P on Binance?
Binance is no longer able to process withdrawals and deposits for UK customers but I think the P2P option would work.

If you are using a mobile phone and installed a Binance app you should be able to find the P2P option under trade tab but you won't be able to trade there without transferring your crypto to funding and also change the currency to GBP I checked just now there are many offers on GBP currency.
880  Economy / Services / Re: Suppliers from China on: October 18, 2023, 10:22:10 AM
I think you better need to make a good reputation first here in the forum before you try promoting something to sell related to Miner just like offordscott do because we can't trust a newbie dealing outside this forum without trusted escrow is pretty risky to deal with, there are many scammers on telegram if you are not one of these scammers why not start selling units on Computer hardware section with escrow to build a reputation here.
