921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the fate of SHIBA Inu, is this the end of the Road? on: November 25, 2021, 01:18:13 PM
One of the most trending meme coin #Shiba Inu and Doge coin competitor has closed 4 day candle stick on Red now...the downward trend even looks more terrifying.

What's going on, any expert Technical Analyst on this one? Please, I would like to hear our opinions on this one.

Shiba inu has been a pump and dump from day 1. Still they are at much higher price than most days.
It is a joke coin. They in reality sent 50% of total supply to vitalik buterin, humble of him, he donated 90% of his holding to relief program at a much lower price.
Than it was Elon Musks tweets that let it go rocketing. The team too worked a bit to launch a lousy defi, though they have a good rating, they have not much functions to make it useable. Personally, I think Shiba is going to be the next hyped dead coin.
922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How reasonable is the long-term investment in Altcoins? on: November 24, 2021, 02:12:26 PM
We all know that long term investment in Bitcoin is reasonable but how reasonable do you think long term investment in Altcoins is?
I think long-term investment in Altcoins is full of risks but short time investment is more profitable. Do you agree with me?

If we would see the price movement of popular coins like bitcoin and Ethereum, we could see crypto is the real winner in long term. But with increasing competition and diversity of function and use, it would be much difficult to predict which coins would give you good profit in long term. Bitcoin and Ethereum could be a safe bet but overall selecting a number of promising coins is ought to be profitable in long run. But as there are much sharp fluctuations in price in crypto, a short term trading and investing could be folds more profit than just holding.

924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Is The Fastest Blockchain? on: November 19, 2021, 11:47:05 PM
I just heard about tectum blockchain. Is this a new project? How fast the transaction process is so dared to claim tectum is the chain with the fastest transactions.
He's just a Newbie asking everyone here and maybe he heard it from other people so he doesn't know if it's really the fastest,
so he confirmed it through his question here.
I think so bro.

Or he is just shilling that particular coin. It doesn't matter which coin is the fastest and the actual transaction speed changes due to many factors. The coins should be reasonably fast and more importantly useful. Slow coins do suffer but there's on award for the fastest.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No more long term bear market on: November 18, 2021, 10:14:47 PM
If bear market is going to happen in 2022 it won't last long like the past because this adoption of a thing is 10x more stronger than the past

This is true, specially when large institutional investors and hedge funds has bought and hold a large amount of it. And no I don't think another virus could induce a bear market. The only way we could see a bear market soon is if the prices rise quickly forward and there's a similar correction. But with a couple of months left in 2022, I don't expect such large moves and rather an uninteresting price swings.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: correction or start of a bear market? on: November 16, 2021, 04:33:52 PM
I think this is a correction and prices won't go much lower as a large number of investors have entered the market in higher prices much of them institutional. The hype of crypto are global and a lot of people are just entering the market. There ought to be a large bull run before a subsequent crash. So I believe, it's good time to bag more coins and stay cautious and plan your trading strategies ahead. It's also important for new investors to not fall for hyped coins and study and select coins according to their investment strategy.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance promoting Shiba Inu on: November 15, 2021, 02:07:36 PM
Rumours... Never saw Binance promoting Shiba in this way. Moreover, they are quite careful when speaking about such memecoins usually. But I really don't care much about this coin - don't want to gamble here.
And that is the right word here, Shiba is a gamble and it is not the sure thing that some investors are trying to make it look, if someone wants to invest in the coin and they can get profits then good for them but by doing so they are taking a huge risk, and just as it could go right it could go wrong, and even if people cannot picture this coin crashing it could happen, and when it does you do not want to be invested there as the losses could be massive.

Fit for those who knows how to deal with meme project a type of pump and dump asset, more on timing and good anticipation when riding to the hypes, Binance is not concern about this project they are after with the money investors will bring to the platform.

It's business and what do we expect with a business type of mindset of CZ, He knows how to play and knows how to take his slice when
there's a huge amount of money that flowing.

Invest with your own knowledge and not to fall with the hypes of fomos, the best practice for every investor.

Be it binance or Kraken, they profit with larger trade volume. They don't care what and where the money goes they just take a commission on every trade. It doesn't matter to them whether the price of the coin listed goes up or down, they just care if it's getting enough volume and large number of users. Just like social networks, they'll promote what's being hyped or what's in the trend.
928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When TRON (TRX) will be pump on: November 12, 2021, 05:18:51 PM
Almost all cryptocurrencies have been too much pumped but why not Tron??
I can tell you why, CZ probably told Justin to back-off for a bit so he could build out BSC. Additionally, TRON never released a cross-chain bridge like most other EVM chains did, so it never grew.

This could be a possibility, otherwise I don't believe why would tron leave behind it's advantage of headstart and cheap fees and give up the competition against new players. Transactions on Tron defi are technically free, they have had a good success with gaming defis and everything were going great. But BSC came as the leader in sidechain solution and others followed. I did hold up tron and btt in a significant amount for a long time but was compelled to sell them at negligible profit as I still don't see it's price moving in next few months.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Success for crypto will be bitcoin losing its crown to a stablecoin? on: November 12, 2021, 01:49:07 PM
The founder of the Avalanche network, Emin Sirer, claims that the “reasonable” value of stablecoins will give them an edge over other cryptocurrencies. He believes that we will not complete the formation of the crypto market until stablecoin becomes the number one coin, that is, the first sign of the massive success of cryptocurrencies will be the fact that any stablecoin will overtake Bitcoin and become the leading digital currency.

It's understandable cause apart from being able to stabilize price volatility, stablecoins are also supported by multiple sources of assets. It could be a traditional currency like the US dollar, commodity, precious metals, or algorithmic functions, or other cryptocurrencies.

However, the risk level for stablecoins is greatly influenced by its backing, so isn't that a "too much" claim?

https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/currencies/avalanche-avax-emin-guen-sirer-founder-bitcoin-stablecoin-tether-usdc-2021-10

https://swapzone.io/blog/stablecoins

He is right. One of the reason many people stay away from crypto is their belief of how unstable crypto is. Stablecoins as an investment would be a good introduction to such people.
We can see how prominent the stable coins are by marketcap. And if we are to have a bullish market, larger value would be driven to stable coins and we could probably see stable coins being on the top of crypto by marketcap. There were several predictions about which coin would replace bitcoin and it would not be a wonder if it would be Tether.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors desire on meme coins are insane on: November 11, 2021, 02:47:26 PM
This is probably what many don't want to hear right now but I'm just trying to share what I've achieved so far since the last three months, I'm made more money from meme coins than every other bigger coins I have in my portfolio, not even BTC and ETH where able to give me that much insane profits in a short term, since I've been here on this forum I've never seen my portfolio surging high like this, meme coins are dangerous but their rewards are insane

Not a financial advice, what have your own experience been like with meme coins?

Putting money on the so called meme coins are more like gamble than an investment. And most of the people putting their money do know about it. Just like a ponzi, the early investors generally gets a good profit at expanse of later buyers. It's a new way of making ponzi run. Personally I haven't invested in any of those insane ROI coins as not all of those meme sounding coins have similar growth and some don't even grow. Still you can put a few dollars just to try.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the fastest way to grow wealth in our present world of digital currency? on: November 10, 2021, 07:15:52 PM
No doubt crypto is one of the easiest way of making money right now, the best part about it is that you don't really have to study too hard, just manage your risk and know what project are good to invest in, although there will be some looses but the gain percentage should be high, altcoins help out the most since bitcoin is too big for most people like me, I normally buy good altcoins that have real utility e.g avax, near, ltx & sol, although I bagged more of Near than any other coin here, since Near is programmed to reach the top 10 spot soon, I see near reaching a minimum of $50 by this time next year,so buying now is a plus imo.

Crypto surely is a quick way to earn. No other market would give you comparable ROI. But with higher chances there are higher risks.
Diversification, on coins, type of coins and how you invest. NFTs, Defi coins, stable coins, utility tokens and other coins. Joining good projects in pre-sells, buying the dips. Trading with bots and manual, staking coins for larger rewards, stablecoins LP for safer earnings.
932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming on blockchain is the future on: November 08, 2021, 03:30:27 PM
Blockchain gaming is the future, even in bear market I believe that games like axie infinity and others will continue to do well because many people are making a living off blockchain games as we speak, the adoption rate will never stop

Yes. Even the CEO of EA games has claimed that future of gaming is blockchain
https://www.vice.com/en/article/3abn8b/ea-and-ubisoft-imagine-a-future-where-gaming-is-your-literal-job

Blockchain solves a lot of problems associated with online gaming and as time passes, we may be able to solve any other problems on blockchain based games. The games doesn't have to be totally on web or on blockchain but some aspects of the game or game economics and stats may be stored in blockchains. They also could delver governance on deciding on the game. There are a lot of possibilities and a lot more projects coming to take the space.
933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana made it to top 5 on: November 06, 2021, 04:53:01 PM
I would not lie but I knew this was gonna happen. When Solana was at rank #15 I read its whitepaper and I found it very fascinating.
I knew that this coin has a very good potential and it will soon rise in marketcap and claim it's position in the top 5.
Currently it's at rank #4 and on it's way to claim the #3 position. Yet many people think it's a shitcoin and I don't know why.
It's at least better than many of the other coins and I personally think it does deserve a spot in the top 5.
Although I think Solana would face a correction very soon and decline in price and marketcap, in the long term I still see it in the top #5.

Even though i don't own any Solana myself i am happy that this project is successful because in contrast to all those stupid meme-coins that keep appearing each and every day and are flooding and also, at least in my opinion, dilute the whole crypto market Solana really offers a great ecosystem with very fast transactions and very low fees that enables a lot of functionalities. A lot of new projects are already choosing the Solana Blockchain as their go to ecosystem which is a great achievement by SOL.
As i have already said, i don't own any SOL myself and i don't plan to buy them either because i don't invest into projects where other people already made a x500 of their investment.

It was a mistake on my side as well to not go with Solana. It was over hyped and already inflated when it came to my attention. But a lesson learned is there's always time to buy over hyped tokens which has a large following. Shiba Inu being another example. The last time I checked, Solana ecosystem has some activity on dapp games but the userbase and volume is not as high as some others. That has always made me resist on investing in the particular coin. Next time, I'll keep looking at any new hyped utility coin to invest on.
934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi Projects on: November 05, 2021, 09:46:09 AM
I am excited about the Puncakeswap. Actually it is already popular, so some people think that it is not likely to grow any more, but I see that it still gives a lot of opportunity to earn. I saw that defi-projects were very popular in spring and in June, but now there are NFT-projects that are in trend. I used to invest in many defies, especially new ones, but now I invest rather in NFTs.

Undoubtedly pancakeswap has became a role model in DEFIs. They are top for volume as well as number of users and still are growing. People may find it hesitant when they know there's no specific rule or limit on number of cake tokens being generated but it's highly regulated by the developers and the holders. They are practicing a good amount of governance, though not perfect, it would mostly go towards the interest of token holders. And they have their own NFTs.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins with a potential like the Ethereum. on: November 04, 2021, 04:33:17 PM
There are some coins that have the potential like ethereum to be even better, some of the coins I believe are BNB, Polygon and Solana. it is proven that more and more projects are using these 3 coins and will make the Ethereum market continue to decrease.

When I think of an alternative to ethereum, the first that comes in mind is BNB as it's BSC chain is a huge success. Just look at how impressive the largest defi pancakeswap is. Polygon is the next in my list considering its cheaper fees and impressive growth. Solana would come in third as they have some great new games. Avalanche are too attracting some traffic. And there are a group of newer and less known coins that are gaining some momentum, Heco, Fantom, Moonriver, Celo to name some.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: November 04, 2021, 02:19:11 PM
Tron Coin has been in the market for long now, and also has it's own blockchain, the project is strong, up and doing, the tron project is much more better than doge coin in terms of usability and has a lot to offer, but due to good marketing and shilling power doge coin has being doing much more better than tron Coin, but I can say the tron Coin can still do better in the coming months if the market continue being bullish, but am kind of surprised how such a good project token is still so much undervalued, well I think all they need now is good marketing.
If it's about Tron useage alone it would remain less relevant compared to Doge. The ecosystem which Tron exist on it's a self made ecosystem but still not a guarantee for a price hike. This coin has been in existence for quite a long time but lack a good influencing mechanism. If the developers can't get it hyped then the should get an influencer do the whole hype for them
I had huge hope from tron and on times held a large amount of Tron and BTT but the sad thing is they don't really move even in a bullish markets. Coins are coming and overtaking Tron on marketcap. And even though tron being a older network missed all the hype with defis as more coins are being moved to BSC or polygon or avalanche or solana, there are no any near competition from tron ecosystem. I'd classify it as a dying network.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SQUID GAMES TOKEN CRASHES on: November 03, 2021, 04:03:36 PM

Those who bought at the top lost tremendous money but what about those bought the dip before? They are driving cars and flying jets now. Always remember that.

it's true, there are those who are lucky to buy tokens at low prices but it's unfair for those who buy at the top if the ending is directly you can see how the rug pull process occurs.  In fact, there are many videos that show live streaming of the seconds of the massive rug pull happening.  There are a lot of shitcoins out there today, but this is one of the worst.  When you are in the position of those who buy at the top and are not given any warning signs of a general market crash and then just drop to 0, isn't that the same as robbery?

It in fact is a robbery. According to them, there were provision of restricting the developers from selling their coins in the smart contract. But they had purposefully left some loop holes to manipulate it and sell their coins when the price was highest.
Most of the people joining the project were aware that it is risky but still greed made them do it. People should wait to get proper reviews and audits from audit agencies before deciding to trust your money to some defi.
938  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CET and its future on: September 27, 2021, 04:27:01 PM
Hey,
i any idea about CET (coinex exchange token) ? BNB has a big market cap however lots of invester move from binance to other exchange due to Binance problem these days .

base on https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/coinex-token this token has experienced a gentle path and may be suitable for annual investment.

I had an early jump into CET. They even airdropped old users of Viabtc. With the success of BNB I thought this was going to be the next big thing and bought with every of my crypto savings but I was sad at the end as it's price kept on decreasing. Coinex itself is still a good exchange with fair volume and I do use it sometimes due to it's free withdrawal for BCH. But I sold my CET for loss and has no interest on buying it again.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How good is solana? And can it run along Ethereum in long run? on: September 27, 2021, 02:53:08 PM
Solana is more hype and less work. They have rebounded from last weeks crash but they still not have a ecosystem good enough for people to switch. As newer platforms with better speed and fees are coming with easier development, a lot of people are still stuck with older ones. So, it would be difficult for any new projects to gain attention of developers as there's a though competition and a better one comes out every day. Till they fight, Ethereum is going to go strong but in long run the newer platform that attracts the most developers is going to win.
940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon tweet again that he is supporting Crypto against Fiat on: September 26, 2021, 04:44:17 PM
There are flaws in every system. Crypto are certainly easier but their fair distribution is always a matter of discussion. One of the reason why people believe in fiat is, it is promoted by the government and central bank. For a crypto to be ahead of Fiat, they need to come from the government. I don't think we'll see privately created crypto replacing fiat anytime soon. Elon Musk on the other hand imagines to create his own world in Mars and he has clearly stated that crypto could be the form of money for Mars colony. If mars colony happens within our life time, it would be a great experiment to observe.
