@alibarisaktas

Yeah, it's a bit useless to add filters now, when you only have 8 books.

It's noble of you to only add free books, but I would suggest you might want to reconsider that.
The quality of some commercial books is just so much better than any free book & you'd be able to make some money out of it through providing Amazon affiliate links.

I get it if you're completely against that, but I don't think most people would be opposed to it. Just saying...
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which are the fastest streaming services available? on: January 18, 2019, 12:52:28 PM
Streaming will always have a great delay time. Cable will always be faster. The best for betting are livescores websites, where the delay is minimal, and digital radios.

But if you want to have image, the subreddits for streaming usually have good links.
/r/nbastreams
/r/nflstreams
/r/NHLStreams
/r/soccerstreams
/r/rugbystreams

Can vouch for those subreddits, I also use them to watch any sort of sports stream.
Though, you might have to sift through quite a few links to find a good one.

Alternatively, aren't there services that provide paid access to satellite feeds?
How would the delays on those types of streams be and are there any providers that are recommended?
943  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people think technical knowlege is required to invest in or adopt bitcoin. on: January 18, 2019, 11:42:01 AM
Well, I'm one of these people who things that some technical knowledge is actually required to get into Bitcoin.
Though, the difficulty of that knowledge is often overestimated.

In reality it's not that hard for people to learn how Bitcoin works and how to set up a reasonably secure wallet.
They just tend to think it is, because it's a little bit of a hassle to learn everything.

Compare it to the internet, it's not hard to learn how to use the internet, but it's kind of a hassle to learn about good practices to avoid using the internet in an insecure way.
Just look at most older people, most of them are generally able to use the internet without any issues. Though they usually do so in a way that opens them up for all sorts of scams/malware attacks.

Whenever I teach someone on how to use cryptocurrencies, I always try to explain everything in a way that makes it sound easy for them, but without leaving the important security-related information out.
It can be quite tricky to do so and I've had some people say that they don't want to bother with all of that, but there are some people who gladly take in that information.
944  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: idea.. You Think its GOOD? on: January 18, 2019, 11:03:57 AM
I might create ico to accure enough Capital Smiley
That's how the Projects started.
it just takes Courage and Faith.
but IF You can add Something Good and useful for Other humens Everyday lifes.
then You have created value ,  the Question isa how big is that demand?
most projects falled couse of Not enough interests from
Other Question is Will People have enough Faith?
IF Only creator have Faith and Hope thats Not enough

Hmm, consider me skeptical.

How will you create this ICO? Not to be rude or anything, but your English isn't really good enough to create a decent enough whitepaper.
If you want to create an ICO, you also need to hire people for that. The cost of that would probably be in the range of just setting up the exchange itself.

Besides, creating an ICO for yet another exchange. I doubt that many people would be interested in that.
If you don't have a budget, just forget about this idea. You won't be able to do an ICO anyway.
945  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Cryptolibrary.online ✅ on: January 18, 2019, 10:40:02 AM
Now this is a cool project! You've picked a great domain name and the website itself also looks pretty good.

How many books do you currently have? Are you planning to add some sort of filtering options, so people can filter books by specific topics?
Are you only going to add books that can be downloaded for free or also books that are available for purchase?
946  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance CEO saying don't keep coins on exchanges on: January 17, 2019, 07:49:07 PM
No-one going through the trouble of actually posting a screenshot here?
Here you go, otherwise people will just keep repeating the wrong info from the thread title...

OP, next time maybe review your post and use a better source for articles  Roll Eyes
947  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: idea.. You Think its GOOD? on: January 17, 2019, 05:19:48 PM
Look, it's definitely possible to create another one of these instant exchange services.
People will probably use it if there's no KYC.

The real question is, do you have what it takes to build one?
Do you have enough capital to fund the development and security audit?

Aside from that, do you have enough funds to provide for the exchanges?
948  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investigate - Using Steemit voting function to support dicing script authors? on: January 17, 2019, 05:06:49 PM
The problem with this is that by default, most people's votes aren't worth anything, your post value will only increase by less than $0.001, if the account that votes for you has 15 Steem Power.
People would have to invest a whole lot of money into Steem, in order to make their votes worth something.

For comparison, my own account is worth $2200 and my upvote is worth a whopping $0.10 (which I can use around 20 times per day)
949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Unforgettable Gambling Stories... on: January 17, 2019, 04:27:01 PM
A couple of years ago, I was into playing poker and decided that I wanted to experience a real table tourney once at a casino.
I paid around €50.00 for a buy-in and there were like 10 - 15 tables playing at the same time.

Now, I wasn't a particularly good poker player, I just played for fun. After a couple of hours, I got to the final table and managed to finish 3rd place an won around 1500 euros.

I think it still is my biggest win to date and the experience was amazing.

During the game, I was just sipping cocktails and generally having a good time. Met some really interesting people too.

950  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Things to consider before lauching a gambling site ? on: January 17, 2019, 04:12:54 PM
Oh right, I also wouldn't play at a casino run by someone who calls himself pussyhunter6969
Sounds very childish and unprofessional, even if you're just using that name for the forum.

Not a great first impression I have to say...
951  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Things to consider before lauching a gambling site ? on: January 17, 2019, 09:20:09 AM
I don't care too much about the casino being licensed or not. Plenty of licensed casino's also end up scamming.

What I care most about is that the website offers provably fair games and instant withdraws.
I would never play on a gambling site that makes me wait days before I get my money.
952  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinNews.com launched, looking for feedback on: January 16, 2019, 05:14:35 PM
The websites itself looks good, I like the UI and seems like you're posting new articles quite regularly.
I do agree with what @LeGaulois says though, can't really call yourself independent if you accept payments for press-releases and op-eds.

Btw, just out of curiosity, how much traffic are you getting? Enough to ask for those kinds of payments for sponsorship deals?

953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My Own Gambling Strategy on: January 16, 2019, 04:05:44 PM
This would probably be a good strategy at a real casino, but I don't see it working in online gambling for one major reason.
With online gambling, it's almost impossible to set anything aside while you're playing.

Unless you're gambling at high stakes, you can't just withdraw 10% of your winnings each time, as you would not reach the minimum payout.
With crypto gambling, transaction fees are also something to think about. It's usually better to just withdraw everything at once, than to do multiple transactions.
954  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Wirex - Scam again on: January 16, 2019, 03:41:34 PM
On the other hand, we can't entirely discard to possibility of something shady going on here, Wirex is not a reputable business as Coinbase or Poloniex after all (especially the latter had to deal with a lot of account blocks).

I always thought that they were pretty well known, but I could be wrong here.
Other people have actually recommended them to me, specifically for their prepaid Bitcoin debit cards.

Again, not sure what to think here.
955  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some people refuse to accept bitcoin? on: January 16, 2019, 03:34:49 PM
Well, the friend who have mentioned to me that they're not going to be buying BTC, have pretty much all mentioned that it's just too much of a hassle to get into it.
When they hear about how you need to set up a wallet and use these 'complicated addresses', they say that it's just too hard for them.

Though they have asked me to set it up for them, which I outright refuse to do. No Bitcoin for them in that case...
Not a responsibility I want to bear.

I'm willing to explain it to them, but not just set it up.
956  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Wirex - Scam again on: January 16, 2019, 11:55:02 AM
Are there any more reports of this?
I've actually just recommended Wirex to a friend of mine and I'd hate to see something like this happen to them.

I've seen a couple of Reddit posts calling them a scam, but their team actually replied to most of those.
Some scam accusations also look to be a little bit embellished, not sure what to think about it.
957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: https://mydicebot.com is availabe for the official web site of MyDiceBot NOW! on: January 16, 2019, 11:39:47 AM
Good job! I remember you posting about this a couple of months ago, I'm glad it's finished now.
Just gave your Steemit post an upvote as well (with @daan).

Going to try this out with Crypto-Games for sure Smiley
958  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cryptopia Hacked. Will BTC Crash? on: January 15, 2019, 02:44:24 PM
And this is why you do not keep your coins in exchanges, ladies and gentlemen.
I know you kind of have to, if you're actively trading, but I hope most people are smart enough not to keep their entire stash on a web-wallet/exchange.

Let's see if they're going to pay everybody back...
959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $100 to $10,000 challenge (STARTED) on: January 15, 2019, 11:32:03 AM
@NAPK1NS_RA3

You're starting out with betting your entire bankroll on one single match?
This challenge could be over after the first bet Tongue

I would have liked to see some better strategy and bankroll management. This seems awfully risky to be honest.
960  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐Crypto-Games.net ⭐4 Years Old ⭐LARGEST wagering contest⭐25% referral commission on: January 15, 2019, 11:19:27 AM
Dang, yesterday I was pretty close on hitting the roulette jackpot with three rolls of 7 in a row.
I hope I'll get it at least once in 2019, I've been trying to get it for almost a year now Tongue

Too bad. One they it sure will hit if you keep placing some coins on 7. Lets hope you hit it this year since roulette jackpot waa your suggestion, lol. Wink

Oh yeah, I always place bets on 7. It's 'difficult' to hit it 4 times, but a year to try is plenty of time Cheesy
I actually really want to see someone hit the jackpot and get 100% of it though. I hope some high-roller comes by and hits it with 0.005 BTC bets.
