ONE OF DUKES PREVIOUS HELPFUL POSTINGS: Almost sounds like BAR at times...lol

DUKES HELPFUL QUOTE
All this silly bickering about my order is before yours is totally childish.

The order queue is not a childish bragging ground.  It is how we can grade how TH is coming along with filling our orders.  Once people in the order queue start receiving estimates and their actual orders people will start to get an idea on how long they can expect to wait until receiving their orders.  As far as TH "going quiet" I would much rather have them working on servicing and filling our orders than answering every random question here.  It think this is a good medium to announce updates and frequent questions but not customer specific questions.

Oh and by the way, I have looked at your post in here to see what and how constructive and helpfull you have been....lol, I didnt see shit that benefited anyone.....so you go fly a kite too! and I was a customer of TH like you and everyone else in here,,and ill sure f**king post all i want and when I want until this worthless thread is closed.
Thank you.

TrashHash ..... I've asked twice about there $6 g/hash deal and nothing.  Been over the time they say the would have listed in their store. Oh hum.
Don't hold your breath,,, all that hoopla about more pre orders for hosting is just another high risk attempt to raise capitol. If they can find more loosers like duke to fall for it.
3303  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 25, 2013, 12:11:42 PM
Bar, for what you wasted or will loose on your investment with terrahash,,,,,you could have bought probably 4-5 Terrahash's worth of mining gear from cointerra and made boo koos worth of bitcoin and money,,,,but not now Sad

I kinda feel sorry for you ,,,at first I was envious on how much you ordered, and gee you were the first in line to! of course you made sure we all were aware of that since the beginning,,, I guess the horn tooting is all over now......whats the old saying,,,the bigger you are the harder you will fall, remember that in life, and don't brag and boast so much as you did early on,,,, nothing personal,,,,we like you ,,,,,,,, and im probably older than most in here, and also have learned the hard way Smiley good luck with getting your money back.

I'm sorry but you completely discredited yourself by saying you were envious of Bar.  You don't sound like a wise old investor, you sound like a bratty child who is schattenfrued.  I'm sure Bar like the rest of us knew the risks before he ordered, I'm sure Bar like most of the others who ordered didn't risk money we couldn't afford to lose.  That being said, I plan on getting my money back from Terrahash and if you have nothing useful to add to the discussion go fly a kite.
ya ya ya ya  ,,ok Jr. you have fun to getting your money back sucker, be sure to post in here and let us all know how it works out for ya. And if you consider that discrediting myself ,thats fine,,,I wasn't f**king stupid enough to throw in THOUSANDS like bar and maybe you to some unknown,,...thats my wisdom right there ya fool.

PS: and WTF are you German or something?? schattenfrued  lol,,,,, "heil hitler"  Ive lost more money than you have probably have made in your entire life...at least im in the black and not the red.

2 Tera Hz! Wow! And they say it's low power consumer! Don't see any wattage rating though?
It's a Pre order?
And you can only pay with Bitcoin or Bank Wire Transfer?  Cheesy
Must be very confident in their ability to deliver the product by their delivery date. Roll Eyes

Run. Don't look back.

Oh they now except paypal and credit card!!! cointerra,, these guys have their shit together,,,lol,,,,   ok, here ya go gang,,,from cointerra today:

Hello Bitcoin Mining Enthusiasts,

We have recently released a new video demonstrating a working FGPA, as well as additional GoldStrike1 ASIC chip details.

To watch the video and read the full release, please head to http://cointerra.com/cointerra-demonstrates-working-fpga-releases-additional-chip-details/ .

If you can't wait and just want the GoldStrike ASIC specs, here they are!
•Global Foundries: 28nm HPP process.Clock-speed: 1.4 GHz (min binning speed) to 2    GHz (max binning speed)
•Die size: 3 dies of 10x10 mm for a total of 300 sqmm.
•Hash rate: 504 GH/s to 720 GH/s based on binning speed
•Hashes per sq mm: 1.68 GH/s/mm2 to 2.4 GH/s/mm2
•Power consumption: <0.6 watts/GH/s (@ 0.765 volts)
•Architecture: pipelined unrolled hashing units
•Tape-out due: 1st week of October

System cooling:  Custom designed liquid cooling by CoolIT Systems capable of 400 watts per chip, though the chip will not exceed 300 watts in normal operating condition. incorporating  3x high speed 12cm fans with 4U sized radiator at the back.  System box was recently upgraded from 2u to 4u to allow for larger fans and radiator to provide significant increase in cooling capacity and reduced fan noise  - 12cm fans are much quieter than 9cm fans.

Logistics: By design, all suppliers (excluding ASIC), including PCB design, board and box assembly provided locally in Austin to reduce shipping delays of parts between locations and eliminate delays due to logistics or customs.

Significant payments made to fab to expedite process from usual 90+ days to 65 days.

Chips expected back, early December.

Systems expected to begin shipping to customers, Mid December.

We are proud of the progress we have made and hope that you enjoy the short video we have put together.

If you have any questions, you can always reach us at info@cointerra.com or 512-270-6050.

PS: They will answer their phone Smiley

Now this is what I like to see  Wink Notice the true pro's are not afraid to show their faces! unlike Terrahash where all we ever saw was hands... what were they afraid of ?..hmmmm

3307  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 24, 2013, 05:17:34 PM
Regarding the project as a whole. Since Yifu is offering chip refunds now, we can go that route. But as you know, chips were only about 50-60% cost in our operation, that is all we would be able to refund everyone.

Another option is to get a refund now, and buy the Gen 2 chips in October. Yifu has announced that the Gen 2 chips will be fully compatible with Gen 1. So, we would be able to use the current boards, heat sinks, cases and most (if not all) of the components. And everyone will get about 8-10 times more hashing power for same price. (This is just an estimate, we will get more details once he releases the specs.) And we'll get another month and a half to sort out the issues with the current design. Instead of depending upon BkkCoins this time, we will hire people here to build upon and improve his design. We will open source everything we do.

Terrahash,

Please indicate what your plan is moving forward.
I understand things can be difficult.
If Avalon is not giving info on the 55nm, please indicate that.
If you are in a quandary regarding the k16 or k64 - please be forthcoming on the Klondike page - there are more minds working on the project now, they will assist. If you are open-source, be open-source.

I suggest the following:
~Come completely clean on your current k16/k64 situation. (Post on the Klondike boards your progress)
~State what was done with all the Avalon 110nm orders. (I assume you saw the wisdom in cancelling and refunding those orders)
~Move forward publicly with an upgrade option to the 55nm. (Even if you don't have all the specs yet from Avalon, or a fully efficient board with 110nm, the Klondike with Avalon chips is the best open-source option out there at this time for Asics - many will continue to support it)
~Refunds must become an option for those that want them. (If you can only go 1/2 now and 1/2 later, then so be it, just make it happen)

I can promise, we will be more open and be better with customer service this time!

Please live up to this and respond with your plan within 48 hours.

Thank you.

wow that sure was a waste of your time typing ...nice try though

"As the Terrahash World Turns" like an on going saga,,,,,,except its on 24 hrs a day! Smiley with all the lead characters,,,bar, atomic Smiley and an occasional guest star, knightlife999 and the rest of the supporting cast,,,so no, don't make a new thread, oh and we cant forget that dastardly elusive evil villain, Amir Khan  Smiley   sorta sounds familiar ... genghis khan

Like watching a train wreck, i just cant turn away.  Are people really this fucking stupid, if you are out of 4 figures i would be filing for legal action weeks ago.

Funniest thing I have read in this thread!

Legal action, oh c'mon guys TH just had some bad breaks, they will come through...keep the faith!

Longer we wait the chances of us ever getting anything back dwindles.
he placed his house for sale in late july. Just about when people started asking questions regarding the product development status.

TH will come up with some good solution. The prices of mining software are falling every second. I really believe they will find a compensation for our invested money AND time until release and back when we order. The webpage is still active, the certificate is valid. The lack of communication can we also explain in a positive way than with negative and spread paranoia.

Just stay put and wait untill they answer.
you must be Amir /aka/Tad3j  sure thing everyone will just wait til the cows come home to

3) If you paid with wire it will be a relatively simple process by bringing the proof of the transfer but if you paid with btc, you need the transfer log of the btc amount that matches the TH order, as well as the btc/usd exchange rate screen print from mtgox (since the price went up it will only help you) - to explain and show it to the judge clearly btc is real money, because he/she wont have a clue what you are talking about in regards to bitcoin. So you have to give a quick lesson first then prove you gave the btc to the defendant. And also give a clear amount in USD you are seeking in return

Just as a point of interest with regards to informing a judge that BTC is real money.  I recall seeing some information that recently a US federal judge made a ruling in a case that BTC was legal tender or a currency I don't remember which at this point.  I am not going to look for it but if you need the info it is in these forums somewhere.  I know not all courts are required to recognize each other but it could help the judge to understand BTC by showing some legal precedence.

Ruling BTC is a currency:

Last post: I have often wondered with a name like amir kahn,,,,, does he have another home in India or somewhere?....his name certainly does not sound american,,,, but then again many developers are from other countrys. Point is,,,,hey why not hop a plane and go back home with a 1/2 a million in the bank (by now) ? and say goodbye to this nighmare....one has to wonder this?....
3313  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 21, 2013, 02:38:20 AM
I've been actively trying to reach out to Terrahash in all of the public ways (and some not so public which I'm sure they wouldn't want me to release on these boards).

If I don't get a response from them soon with what is going on then they are opening themselves up for a lot more trouble than I think they would like.

Ah, the deaf, dumb, blind kid is finally understanding the situation he is in. Can't you turn your badges in for a refund?
But he sure plays a mean pinball" lol
3314  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 21, 2013, 02:36:52 AM
Another thought here,TH also made mention a long time ago that they had affordable access to a board maker in the bay area that had a few months time slot,, that they could devote to TH project for TH before that company was tied up with other production jobs,,, well its been over a few months, so i wonder if TH even still has that slot to produce boards, even if by a chance miracle they got any chips,,,if someone rememebers that post chime in,,, I think there will be NO BOARDS coming to anyone from these guys,,,still hope Im wrong Smiley
3315  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 20, 2013, 12:27:20 AM
All over but the crying" lol
3316  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 19, 2013, 04:04:25 PM
Terrahash still didn't take the money and run, they are just buying time for their next venture.

Do you really think he wants to travel 3 Hours there to risk them not being there since they don't answer their phone/email and then 3 hours back?

Yes, they're busy planning their next venture, so they wouldn't have time to answer their phone or be anywhere near the office.

I am developing a Scrypt Asic, please be my cheerleader!  Roll Eyes
HEy great! can I pre order one from you Atomic? how much is it,,,..Ill send BTC too! lol
PS: I dont care how long it takes to get one either,,, just keep me posted once a month,,, Smiley
3317  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 19, 2013, 12:28:26 PM
Do you wreck'n it s possible that those chip order invoices were photo shopped? Cause I still have never been able to see any orders on the exact dates with bitsyncom as TH has claimed, and the other 20k? who knows who they were going to buy from, but I really don't see that happening,,,as most have not, or are not, getting their chips. And if they do they probably wont be selling unless to the highest bidder, but then, who has a working board for fact at this time? that is debugged etc,,, no one apparently.

Looks like its crash and burn for the klondikes...besides, the hashing power of those boards will soon be dwarfed by the new machines coming out this last qtr. of year,,,not to mention the beastly machines coming out from Knc, cointerra etc...... as far as TH?? I think they will disband and maybe regroup under a new compnay with the hosting and try to wash their hands of this ordeal and continue to stall and make promises to those they owe money to,,,mainly in BTC and wire.

Side notes: MY bank told me, you can go beyond the the 60 day chargeback time,,, IF you never recieved the product, but don't the banks need to see an open bank account at TH's end to do a chargeback against?

PS: Please leave Knightlife out of this. He only knows what he saw at TH. He has tried to be helpfull and share what he could in many ways to help all of us,,,even posting an equipment list of what we would need to set up the klondikes with... he didnt have to do that. Yes he has tried to remain positive and hopefull like many, the reality is, he may stand to loose a lot more than most here. And as far as his ebay hosting operations, thats his business! ok Smiley

3318  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 18, 2013, 05:54:46 PM
Sebastianju received his chips today.  His order was dated may 11.

Your chip order is may 10.

Any updates on your chips status, terrahash?

Yeah, they are probably got the chips and are in the process of crossing the Mexico border, with chips and our $.

Their last log in was on 14th... Sad
Going to see a new website called: Terrahash/Mexico.com   lol
3319  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: September 18, 2013, 01:17:00 PM
I just think its pathetic that any company can cheerfully take anyones money, then not deliver, and not cheerfully offer refunds to those who wish for one. Its been over 3 months now. This whole thing is so bogus now. Not to mention being left in the dark day after day...
I feel  bad for guys like Bargraphics and KnightLife and others who have so much money tied up in this misadeventure. How much interest on credit cards etc have been lost while waiting etc.

You can now buy Asic blades at the same prices per g/hash as the opening price of the klondikes, and have them in a few days. 4.2 BTC from BTC Guild. or Cointerra's 1-T/hash unit for 3499.00 using Paypal or C.card. That may be the route I will be going.  Goodluck with this fiasco.
