1441  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: i want to exchange paypal for 120$ bitcoins on: May 28, 2015, 01:11:02 AM
Hi,
i would like to exchange with someone bitcoins for paypal . i will pay by paypal gift , submit your offer , i wont trade with 86% or lower preev plus rates.

Please pm me or post below the offer.

thanks

Gift or not, Paypal can be reversed.

i see, so paypal is reserved ? ok , lets use some escrow . Im sr member here also.

Escrow will only protect you, not the seller unless the escrow holds the coins for 180 days. I don't see it happening so, escrow in this case is worthless.
As a Senior member, you should already know this. Are you sure you didn't buy/steal this account?

yes im sure this is my account , why would you think this is isnt my account , only because i want to exchange my paypal funds for bitcoins?

If this is the reason , then dont take the my offer plus i will find another way to buy bitcoins with paypal cause it isnt safe , it doesnt matter this thread now. thanks

The big reason is in your Trust. Have you not looked at it lately?

If someone pay with paypal you can make him write comment on the payment (on paypal) about not chargebacking his money after the deal, in that case even if he chargeback the dispute seller most times win, but can say nothing for sure.

You forgot the parts about using a stolen account or "claiming" it was hacked.
1445  Economy / Lending / Re: Need Loan 0.125 BTC on: May 27, 2015, 02:07:45 AM
Your Bitcointalk account doesn't have a value of 0.15BTC. Value of collateral must be at least equal to loan amount but most lenders prefer 110%.

Do you have any other things to offer as collateral?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1068464.msg11455602#msg11455602

This guy got BTC with no trust rating and NO COLLATERAL! Guys, your hypocrisy is ASTOUNDING! Seriously, talk the talk, not talk the walk.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysGtBZX32I0

Calm the fuck down.
Here is your post in case if you need a refresher
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1070761.0
You are asking for like .6 BTC while the person I lend my coins out to wanted .022 BTC. The person who I lent out my coins has feedback of paying loans (although they are considered untrusted but there is no trusted feedback to go by). You on the other hand have no reputation untrusted or trusted to go by and instead have been going around attacking other people who ask for loans

Did you really read his feedback or just glanced and jumped at the loan?
Where are the References? Some of these comments are almost funny. Most feedback without a Reference probably should be ignored.

Waiting for payment.
Hope OP not forget this thread.

Probably should have had the bounty put in escrow. Hope it works out and you didn't dox the wrong people or post incorrect information as often happens.

I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of hacked accounts in the near future (abandoned but high ranked accounts for example). Stay alert guys!

Agreed, also be especially careful trading with people. Even if no one gets hacked, I foresee some people scamming, and then trying to claim they were hacked to waive their liability.

I can really see this happening. Get ready for the tsunami.
1449  Other / Meta / Re: buying trust? on: May 21, 2015, 11:31:58 PM
the case is, is buying trust allowed?  i think it is not, right? What if 2 accounts fake their deal and used a escrow in depth 2 to get a trusted positive feedback? is it allowed?

I know myself and others will leave you negative feedback if you are caught doing so.

What if i know someone who is doing so?  i have proof for it. Can i report it and where should i?

Im afraid to report it publicly. I dont want to recieve negative feedback

Send your proof to Badbear.

"This is a self-moderated topic. If you do not want to be moderated by the person who started this topic, create a new topic. "
Yes I'm aware, it's on the moderators advice that I reposted the comment here. If Steve Jobs acted as in the example would he face prosecution?

Welcome to the internet where opinions differ and everyone's a lawyer and what not. Since you already stated "I'm not calling Drak a fraudster" ( I guess that mod didn't see that) I see no point to any discussion. Take a look in the Scam section and let us know how many frauds actually get justice. If you feel the need to start legal action, then do so and let us know the progress.
Remember to never invest any more than you can afford to lose.

1453  Economy / Lending / Re: -----LENDING----- on: May 21, 2015, 03:23:14 AM
being a new owner does not mean i cannot lend.

yes collateral will be held by escrow. not a problem for me.

50% interest to whoever is in need.

online on the forum 15-16/24 hours.

besides the collateral, no requirements are need.
collaterals should be held by a trusted third party escrow. beware of collateral scam. this probably a new owner since the password was changed 2hours ago

Check his recent posts you would be right. It was done in public to be fair. cbase I don't think a negative is due to him, you have no proof he is attempting a collateral scam and in reality if someone is accepting escrow and using an account of a higher value, doesn't sound like your right does it? exp, if he was doing what you think it would be a 1% or 0% loan wouldn't it then he would get more bites.

Anyone offering collateral should use a trusted third party escrow.
1454  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 6-8 BTC loan needed for 3 months - 10% on: May 20, 2015, 08:48:13 PM
Hi. I want to use this opportunity to take a loan here on BTT.
I would like to take a loan of 6-8 BTC for 90 days. The interest would be 10% for the 3 months.
As collateral i can offer my Bitoin Exchange site. This includes the script, hosting, domain, ssl, admin google account. The site name is BitChange.ro. It uses a script which is promoted here on the forum for 2000 USD. As hosting uses a Microsoft and Windows Azure. As you can see from my previous post the site was on sale, but i've reconsidered my situation and I don't want to loose it, because already was a huge project form me,so i don't want to sell it anymore.
If you have any other questions or you need additional information, just ask it.

Can you elaborate on your recent password change? Is this a purchased account?

I'm not avoid the question. I think not all newbie are scammer and not all trusted member will be trust for ever.

And yet you avoided it again. You may not be seeing it so I put it in bold for you.

People scam for $1 so 1 BTC would be a huge bonus.
Facebook, Twitter accounts mean nothing. Again, how would one recover the debt in case you default? Post on your Twitter account?

Let me ask you 2 question:

1) If i've 1 btc on my wallet, why i need to make a lend on 1 BTC,  pay 10% of interest and use my BTC as collateral? I never understand this!
2) Why there are a lot of people that require (on this forum)  loans about 0,01 BTC or less?!?!? Why? I not understan what can i do whit 0,01 BTC!!!

Why are you avoiding the question?

Thank you for reply.

Well, I made my second loan request on P2P platform (first was repayed), so i would promote here my loan request if possible, and if this don't create problem whit forum rules or other user. So, if there are Here user of this P2P platform, could consider my request and decide if invest in my loan.

It's all.

You'll likely get negative trust rating regardless. If you're using a P2P platform to get a loan then it's likely you don't have collateral to offer to protect lender. If you don't want to risk any negative ratings on your account you probably shouldn't promote it here. Just my opinion.

OK. But before submit my request i provide al my docs (including income) and I've repay another loan too. So i've a rating.

Vod what do you say?

While I'm not vod, your identity and other papers can be faked and will offer nothing to the lender in case you default. How would one resell your identity even if it was not faked?

Well, my identity is not faked because P2P Website require all my docs, including a photo of me taking my ID docs Wink . But now i've another answer:  the same request  (me holding my ID CARD) was made to me from an user (whit good trust) that sell me some BTC and i pay it Whit Neteller. It for see if i'm a scammer or there was any other reason?  Huh

People sell faked ID. Please tell me how one would recover the loan if you defaulted?

1460  Economy / Reputation / Re: Sorry For Posting A Loan Without Reading The Rules On Here on: May 20, 2015, 04:08:52 AM
About a week ago I posted one of my BTCJam loans on here without offering collateral. I honestly did not read the recommended thread about asking for loans. I want to apologize for doing this, and unfortunately it ruined my trust rating. My main goal was to simply make a post as an apology to not do this again, and hopefully in the long run earn verified trust throughout the site. Thank you.

We all make mistakes but you really should have read forum rules and such before posting a loan request.
Pay back your loan and maybe your rating will improve.
BTW, I believe this post is in the wrong place.
