There are a few other clues as well, such as this "newbie" knowing how start a moderated thread. Many "newbies" are really the same old scammers trying to burn someone. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

If funded via credit card, they WILL protect the buyer with little to no effort for the card holder. There are quite a few ways to scam using Paypal. Paypal is not safe for BTC unless you trust the trader. If you want to be that naive, more power to you but claiming a note will make it safe and expecting people to believe that claim is absurd. |

Use VPN, log into your Paypal, make the trade. Then call Paypal claiming your account was hacked. Easy money. |

The seller is taking all the risk here. Paypal as you well know can be charged back up to 180 days and with certain credit cards, even longer. Browse the Scam Section, most of the scammers there also said they would not charge back. Perhaps try localbitcoins.com? |

Well, i pm'd moderator/staff about my situation. That my trust was abused by 2 scammers. One of them just spammed negative to random users (including me) , i have no idea who is V.Kodoff is nor i haven't deal with him, he obviously raged and negative everyone. Other guy just re-negative because i negative him for scamming meal for 4 btc. Well it's pretty much consider as spam/abuse. Even tho they aren't showed up, i still don't see reason why this could not be removed.
