I don't know how pool syncing works, but the dropbox file had me up in about two minutes. Half of that was the time it took for starcoin-qt to restart.
Seriously... this blockchain is bloated as all hell lol.

i get this error, when trying to connect to your pool
Stratum will not be live on either pool until the blockchain downloads completely.

Made an account, tell us here when your're ready
Like I mentioned, the best way will be to add the pool as your primary pool in your config, with a secondary pool for something listed as well. When the blockchain finishes on the pool, the stratum service will automatically kick in, and your miner will switch over in a little under a minute. You can also watch the block stat on the dashboard. When the number gets close to the 400 and something thousand mark, we're close. My luck will be that I'll be asleep when this happens... which makes me a bit nervous, but I'll leave you with this: I try my best to make sure things work, but each coin is different. There are a few different settings that could be different with each coin, and I usually like to have those figured out and tested with a group of friends before I announce a pool. Mine at your own risk if this goes live past 9-10pm PST(when I go to sleep). -Fuse

STR.CripToe.Com is up, and downloading the blockchain.
You can make an account and set the pool as a primary in your configs, and when the blockchain finishes, stratum will kick on.
-Fuse
Disclaimer- I usually don't announce a pool without testing, but I guess we'll see what happens when it goes live.

POT.CripToe.Com
is alive and kicking as well.
Like I keep saying, keep the network healthy and support the smaller pools. Even if it isn't mine, just spread the hash rate around. Dips in difficulty are nice, but stability is the key, folks.

I've emailed the dev team twice, and I've PMd the members here to all the newer pools added, including Pot.CripToe.Com. They seemed responsive on the first email, but that was it. I'll just keep sending. I suggest you do the same thing. Squeaky wheel... -Fuse

Try mining Infinitecoin, you wont be sorry.
Mate, you've made 2 posts in this thread. One to ask "is this still working", and this one to tell people to mine another coin. If you were an active member of this thread or the TAG community, I would be open to your suggestions. Please post this elsewhere if you're trying to spam infinitecoin info. -Fuse Sorry, was going through new replays. It was wrong thread. NP, mate. I just wanted to make sure you weren't some random spammer. This forum is full of them. -Fuse

POT.CripToe.Com will now be running at 0% fees until Valentine's Day.
Remember to support the smaller pools!

Flawlessly working pool for the last few days i've mined there Thanks, mate! I really try to make sure things run smooth for the miners. For me it's more the pride of running a solid pool than anything else. Cheesy, I know... maybe even UK Cheesy: -Fuse

You don't just "come across some deer meat" And i never said he was a poacher until he admittedly said the word "loophole".. So once again you are just another person who is not reading my comments.
That's the funny thing about communication, otrkid70. Interpretations of what is said plays a big factor in how things are perceived. I could say "I came across a large amount of GPUs". It doesn't mean I stole it off the back of a semi-truck at gunpoint. Again, your thinking is obtuse and ignorant. -Fuse

It is illegal to sell any meat from a wild animal in the United states including deer. In order to sell you would have to get a license and have the meat inspected by the USDA.
Hunting is for the purpose of feeding yourself or your family. It is certainly not for profit, let alone making a snack out of it and selling it for Bitcoins.
This type of market only promotes "jacking" AKA poaching the animals. When there is a profit to be made every Cruel SOB will be out there shooting every deer they can for a Damn bitcoin.
sorry this thread is illegal reported to mods.
Ya well apparently we can accept donations. Loopholes are brilliant Well judging by your silence i'm willing to bet you are in the USA. And your quote is fantastic about Loopholes. It just shows you would be willing to break Federal laws to make a few bitcoins. It just shows my originals points about greed and profit promoting breaking the law and Jacking/poaching would increase and my Theories validated. Thanks Good luck admitting to breaking laws with loopholes and people trusting you on the forums Legislators use loopholes all the time. There's a reason they're used... they are in a legal grey-area. You're making a fool of yourself by saying what you said. This whole thread started with a guy saying he had come across a bunch of deer meet. Who's to say he hunted it? What if he had just found a really good deal at a deer farm, and wanted to make some jerky? The fact that you jumped to the assumption that he was hunting illegally just shows how your quick-to-judge statements are idiotic at best. Your belligerent attitude is deplorable, and outright ridiculous. People try day in and day out to find a niche in this industry. This guy tried to find his, and you tried to shit down his throat with your over-reaching assumptions that what he was doing was illegal. Just stop, mate. You're just being obtuse and ignorant. -Fuse

How hard this is to solo mine?
As easy as any other coin, based on difficulty and hashing power. Best bet is to hop on a pool and ride it out. -Fuse Right now I'm solo mining fuckcoin with 430khs. I get some 30-40 fuckcoin blocks per day. Just thinking is it reasonable to solo mine pot. At least few block per day? With 430kh, you'd have to be pretty lucky. Stick with a pool, mate. You'll make a lot more. -Fuse

Just a short question: Can I put a x1 riser into a x16 mainboard-slot?
Yes. It just carries the first channel of data on the slot.
