Coming from another perspective, but I also believe that a revision to rule #27; or at least to its interpretation would be benefitial.

Ddmr correctly pointed out that online translators have come a long way since this rule was first created, and it was most likely first created to prevent people from posting some incomprehensible gibberish. We are at a point in which it's getting hard to tell when a person has written the post by themselves or used a tool to do so. I've also explained how I can think of a couple of use cases for this kind of tools, but it'd be good to see that a line is clearly defined between "commercial" and "personal" translated posts.

I know you don't really make the rules, but again, a revision from the upper desks on this matter would benefit local boards, cleansing them from a plague of wannabe translator looking for a quick buck.

The intention of the post is also important. If by any chance you are congratulated in a language that you don't know, and still want to thank the ones congratulating you (for whatever the reasons), it'd be a "valid" or "legit" reason to use a translation tool.

If you speak another language but struggle in a certain one, it may also be a reason to check your posts on a translation tool, or take some sentences you otherwise wouldn't know how to say from there.

But the moment a post is money-incentivized, no mercy shall be showed on the translator. It's plain spam, or even a scam if the poster is getting paid for such a "translation".

I've recently been rather vocal about this issue, as I caught a "translator" had been using google translate for all his works since 2016, even if he was a native speaker of the language... I don't mean to hijhack the thread, so I invite you all to check it in the reputation board (or here). From there though, I'm glad that the local mods that shared their opinions had the same I did in mind; the rule should be strictly enforced, but there are some situations in which it isn't necessary/could be overlooked.

La norma de los "giveaways" está sobre todo para controlar el spam y está acotado a una determinada sección del foro con una cierta crypto. Este no es ni por asomo el caso; tenemos un usuario pidiendo ayuda y con ganas de recompensar por el esfuerzo a las respuestas más útiles. Un servicio, podria incluso decirse.

De la mano de esto, hay de vez en cuando empresas que pagan por reviews en la sección de Services, y sería exactamente lo mismo que esto, asique vamos a bajar todos el tono un poco que no hay necesidad de despedazarse... Entiendo la alerta e incluso la aplaudo, ya que mejor avisar antes de que haya sustos. Teniendo en cuenta que la definición de giveaway es algo bastante indefinido en algunos casos, pero observando situaciones similares en el pasado, es seguro afirmar que no estamos (o estabamos) ante uno de estos. Esto era un simple Bounty (en altcoin, pero bounty)

De vuelta al post original, le he estado echando un ojo al blog en general.

Me ha sorprendido lo bien estructurado que está y la claridad con la que se presentan las secciones, pero no me termina de convencer que muchos de los enlaces te redireccionen a webs externas sin previo aviso (Blockchain--Altcoins te lleva a coinmarketcap, y no termino de ver la relación, por ejemplo). Sin meterme en la opinión de lo que se habla, hay algunos articulos que a mi parecer pecan de cortos; aunque lo relacionado con tokens/altcoins si es más extenso, supongo que al ser lo principal del blog.

Además, ordenaría de alguna forma el contenido; ya que en la página principal hay artículos de hasta 2018, pero que luego no aparecen en ninguna sección (o no he podido encontrarlos dedicandole un poco de tiempo, asique el usuario medio pues peor).

La sección de mercado la veo completamente vacia.

Añadiría una cuenta de telegram en lugar de una de whatsapp en la zona de contacto, pero eso ya es detalle personal mio.

Añadir etiquetas claras de idioma para que la web no tenga deslices y muestre cosas en castellano cuando la usas en ingles (me ha pasado).

De la parte más tecnica y de SEO poco tengo que opinar, ya que no se por donde me da el aire siquiera, pero respecto a contenido/experiencia de usuario; pues lo dicho.

Hay un par de cosas que me preocupan sin embargo de la forma en la que este texto está escrito; me atrevería a decir que es un copia pega de alguna fuente de internet, y en ese caso caería en la definición de plagio (en contra de las normas). No tengo mucho tiempo ahora para indagar, pero si alguien quiere echarle un vistazo desde esa perspectiva.... Alguna explicación del OP sobre esto estaría tambien bien, y si ha sido un "despiste" en el que se le ha olvidado poner la fuente... creo que estamos a tiempo de solucionarlo

Puedo estar de acuerdo en que el hackeo no es "culpa suya" (que telita que una empresa de este tipo haga aguas de este pelo), pero no informar debidamente a sus clientes de ello? En el email original de hace unos meses mencionaban que solo habia 9000 usuarios implicados y que se les contactaria por privado... Creo que ninguno de los presentes entraba en esa definición. Despues de eso lo unico que han hecho ha sido una entrada de blog bastante general sobre como evitar phishing, y ningun asomo de disculpa o reconocimiento de culpa por parte de la empresa.

Podria decirse que son simplemente malas practicas empresariales? Tal vez; pero hay usuarios reportando que han hecho su primera compra ahora por el black friday, y estan viendose afectados por esto mismo. Y la verdad, es que sabiendo esto, empiezo a no tener tan claro que hayan sido capaces de resolver el filtrado todavia
