Not really; I use a Trezor One, and the only software you need to install is the driver itself. It's called Trezor bridge, but everything related to wallet operations is done on a browser tab (you need to have the HW plugged in).
Apart from that, you can use "tags" on each address, so if OP is going to hand-select the addresses for the clientts, he may just use that tag function to identify every incoming transaction on the Tx history. And since every address is stored under the same wallet, you can send every input into a single output (like on every other wallet).

I'ev received the funds and made the stipulated 20 bets. So far, it looks like we can only play "blast", a game mode that I had seen before but never actually tried. It's fun enough if you are not risking any money, but like any casino game, I wouldn't bet with my own money. Navigating the site is easy, and it brings many self-restricting features, to prevent serious losses on gambling and adiction.

Something I haven't liked is the following; when I go to the withdraw page I get this:


Okay, fair enough; but once you go to the profile data, only your birth date comes with an asterisk (*); the universal sign of compulsory field. The rest look like optional.... but they aren't! If the site aims to catch more crypto users, this restrictions should be lifted; people want to keep their anonimity while playing and will most likely go to other sites that don't require that much verification. I'll take myself as an example; I have completed all the fields, but I still get the message saying I have to fill in the info. Funny that it's only compulsory for withdrawals and not deposits....

Another thing that you could do is to allow BTC balance; people here have BTC and want to play with BTC. If you force people to exchange everything to a fiat value, they may loose money with price fluctuations.

Apart from that, the amounts won in the "my bets" and the "balance history" don't match. I see a diference of 0.08€ in total between both sites. It may not seem much, but taking into account that the total wagered ammount has been of 3.2€, 0.08/3.20; I'm a 2.5% short. I understand that there is a rounding up on every time you hit "stop", but if you are going to round the balance down, you should display it too.

I've requested the withdrawal, but I already see a couple of things that can be improved. First of all, change the text of "deposit" inside the withdraw tab.... Apart from that, it'd be nice to see how much crypto we are going to get from the amount we are withdrawing, see what market rate is applied. And to finish this point; I can see a "cancel request" link, but no confirmation or similars neither on site or on my email. Apart from that, it's funny how you need to use a password to change the user details but don't need to use it to request a withdrawal. It'd also be nice if you could see what address you are sending the withdrawal to, to prevent clipboard malware or manipulation of the records

To put an end to this review.... I've received the funds, and the amount matches the current market exchange rate, altough, as I've mentioned, it'd be nice to see it before hitting the button; and deposits not getting converted into fiat would be something better for crypto-users. I miss seeing the TxID in the withdrawal request, seeing it may prevent misunderstandings similar to the site saying that has sent X funds, but user has received none.

Well, I guess that now I can change the free for a [Legendary vouched] , but still, this is not something I started thinking about profit; I just had a chance to do it and I tought, what the hell, let's try it! But that's what I don't really get; if they did infact visit bitcoin.org, they'd see hte "Buy" button, which I doubt will have any links to .com  And it can't be that they downloaded Electrum because they read it on .com, because they would've downloaded Electron wallet

Something that surprises me about all these cases we've seen in the last couple of weeks is that most of the users were using Electrum wallet. Why is this something worth noting? I've done an anonimous search on chrome incognito (I'm going to assume that this users use chrome....) and electrum doesn't show up for "bitcoin wallet" results. In fact, the first result I see is from bitcoin.org on how to choose your wallet!

Another quick search for "buy bitcoin" reveals that the first result is also from bitcoin.org, and coinbase is the runner up here. These 2 facts lead me to believe that even if they went straight tto bitcoinDOTcom because they're are used to that domain; how on earth have they discovered electrum? BitcoinDOTcom has it's own wallet software, so something isn't adding up for me. maybe I'm the only one noticing this and I'm starting to be paranoid and I need some sleep, but who knows

Blockchain.info/com used to have that feature, I haven't used it in a while so I don't really know if it's still active.

Hardware wallets let you have both BTC and ETH stored in the same device; and from what I've used on my Trezor it's the option I'd suggest to OP. What I can't recall is whether the fiat values showed on the Trezor.io web app were the ones at the moment of receiving/sending or the current ones. I'd check it, but since the lockdown has left me in another city to the one my HW is stored, I really can't try it.

If you have a private wallet, you can either import it to a wallet of yours, or you can sweep it into an address you control.

Electrum wallet lets you sweep the address; and honestly, that's the best thing you can do, since once you enter it anywhere, that private key will have been exposed and can not be considered "safe".

I'd been thinking and I'd reach to the conclusion that a computer, with a Intel Core i5 (5th Gen onwards), 12Gb+ RAM and a SSD of 500GB would to the job, for everything I've been reading these last couple of days.
