Where do you have the USDT and what exchange are you going to be using to trade?

As far as I know, you can simple exchange USDT/BTC in most exchanges without needing to swap it back to USDT....

1522  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Unverified transaction fron Electrum wallet on: April 06, 2020, 11:27:03 AM
talliar, you say that on April 1 your coins are still in the wallet - so something is happened in the next 2 days with your phone. Try to remember if you downloaded an app during that period, did you notice anything strange on your phone?

For how long you keep your coins in that wallet, do you have 1+BTC for a long time, or you just transfer that amount on April 1?

If this is the outgoing transaction he is talking about, he received the coins on April 1st into 2 different addresses. Both of them had had a lot of movement in the previous days, so if I had to take a guess, they came from a mixer/exchange/similar.

It may be a long shot, but I've read about user installing the "Houseparty" app had had many data leaks and some even lost BTC. Since we are in lockdown, it's likely he installed it, and it would be inside the "pretty famous" list of apps.

On a laptop, you could also undervolt your CPU and GPU so that there's less power draw. A good CPU undervolt generally gives better performance too, due to less thermal throttling. ThrottleStop is a good tool for CPU undervolting and MSI Afterburner is good for GPU undervolting.

Even on a desktop, I'm personally folding with a 1080Ti set at 70% power target for better thermals and efficiency at a small performance loss.

Hmmmm, I'm folding on a laptop (msi, so kinda gaming), and having it at Full, both CPU and GPU temps are not surpasing 60ºC. When not using, they're normally between 30/40º and while gaming it may go up to 70/90. Haven't tried undervolting or overclocking, but since everything is working fine (around 450k reward points), temps are OK, and landlady said I don't have to pay rent and utilities this month, running the program 24/7 is something doable

The first step is knowing the service you offer, if you hope to attract offers to yourself, you have to be personally ready to take on the service you're offering when the offer does come.

On top of that, don't bite more than what you can chew.

Around the time I wrote the thread I redirected you, I opent a lending service. It din't go "bad", but trolling a scammer turned out to be a pretty bad idea that let me with an inactive flag and 2 neutral trusts.
You will have some people that are real assholes and only want to take advantage of you, using you as some kind of "to be trusted" while they scam the rest of the forum. In the end, the most important thing is you deciding what is right at each time.

There´s this little old thread with various imputs from different people from the forum, some of them are reputable escrow members.

It's an old thread, but I don't think the general guidelines have changed much over the years.

As malboroza says, this should go on Meta; beginners and help or Service discusison would fit better

Thanks for notice! Yes, we will edit that.

About other promotion, of course no, you can notify any other address to receive coins.

Being that the case, I quote the above code with a small modification

Code:
Last 5 digits: RiQB5
Receiving address on the site: 1GTHSpTSaibQhjaiS4zPaQykLksECe7Ss7
Address I want the coins sent to:1Kt6oVFDZZmaNmFJWBY5aDzvERXzQAkm7P

Yeah, sure, giveaway for all people who mix BTC today.

Okay, my bad; I tought that you added the coins before pressing the button so that private keys only needed to be pressed once. Mixing the coins I've seen this other promotion, but I have a couple of doubts about it;

Quote
Wanna earn some BTC?

If you satisfied using Sudoku Wallet, please leave your mention on Bitcointalk thread.
Indicate last 5 symbols of your wallet key in your post, and we return all mixing fees to it's deposit address!

What is the point of sending the coins to the depositing address if it's no longer private? (since it's been used both to receive and to mix) It's a bit counter-anonimity if you asked me....

For the other promotion, the one you've announced here, do you send the coins to the depositing address too? because that is rather misleading and can be a problem in the case of people mixing coins coming from exchanges or other platforms that use different deposit and withdraw addresses
1529  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✅[ANN] SUDOKU WALLET | Bitcoin Tumbler | CoinJoin | Instantly Mixing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on: April 05, 2020, 02:18:07 PM
Thanks for reply, but your wallet must be used for mixing BTC today 05th of April (till 12am 6th of April).

Meaning I have to hit the "Mix my coins" button before posting here, right?

A RAR download to "try to help me get 331 BTC out of the wallet".

Hi Guys, I bought logs from stiller and caught my wallet with btc 331. Output does not work. This gives an error. Restored through the side - code, through the master key - out purse with 5 transactions and 0 on the balance sheet. Tried to restore via master key - all to no avail. Tried for days. Already lost all hope. Very strange log, because all transactions are real, checked on the blockchain. In General, I'm throwing off you, can something pull out. The log also had a huge number bases (Logins, passwords, wallets, Bank cards) If someone need - write.

Needless to say I'm not taking any chances downloading it to confirm it's malware

1532  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 2020 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites on: April 05, 2020, 12:30:33 PM
There's a new mixer currently running a review campaign on Service board. This is their ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5235190.0 and so far it looks legit (no bad review besides things that they have to improve).

The only problem is in the name: MyCryptoMixer, and for what I've seen on OP, there's already a CryptoMixer service (which may lead to confusion)

🔹Clearnet link: MyCryptoMixer.com
🔹Tor link: mymixerxtukle6mo.onion
🔹Bitcointalk thread link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5235190.0
🔹Fees: 0.5-5% (+ 0.25mBTC fee)

Moreover, write in this thread last 4 digits of your wallet key and your BTC address, and we will send you randomly from 0.001 to 0.01 BTC!   Wink

So as simple as posting that?

the theory is beautiful, but if it burns I won't be able to buy another one

Know your hardware, know your limitations.

You could set it up on "Light" so that it doesn't burn the computer but still folds. You won't get much reward, but as stated earlier, this is not about money, it's about sience

That's one the lamest jokes I ever read on April fool jokes online.

Well, jokes on us. Check this other thread and cry, because it's not a joke...

I'll allow you to have a sneak peak of the title.... "Bitcoin is breaking the law and will be sued by Craig Wright"
1537  Local / Español (Spanish) / Craig Wright pretende denunciar al Bitcoin on: April 04, 2020, 07:00:05 PM

 https://www.criptonoticias.com/gobierno/agencia-tributaria-66-mil-espanoles-declaren-operaciones-criptomonedas/amp/

To anyone, my gpu is always on ready, disconects from server whilst cpu receive Wu ad folds with no problems?!

My CPU gets more workload than the GPU, but the ones it gets are x10 the reward the CPU does....

I've had some times when I couldn't get any WU assigned to either one or both, so to prevent the auto-retry (takes more time every time), you can pause and fold manually (from the control center) until it gets assigned. Reduces the wait time to less than 1/2 minutes every time you try.
