501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is considered as halal by Sharia Law on: September 23, 2018, 10:19:23 AM
Is this final?  I mean are they really considered it as halal?  Because what I remember is that only a Muslim scholar do a research about it and it is not really have announced. Well, regardless with it, there are Muslims that even it is not legal they do have cryptocurrencies so I think even if they will consider it as halal, it will not really take too much effect on the market because bitcoin is not really that popular in Arabic countries. Well unless if there will be more advertisements about bitcoin.
502  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Computer virus used to steal cryptos? on: September 03, 2018, 10:03:24 AM
He just shared free downloadable plug-ins in group chats and public forums and used the host computer to mine virtual currencies without the knowledge of the owner, maybe it can be possible and yahoo had provided such information might be a credibility to really trust this news, And Ordinary computer users was an easy targets by yang because they don’t regularly check up on their servers which may be scanned by hackers for vulnerabilities, So it can be possible.
I though this isn't possible but wow. So it can really happen. Well, what I can conclude know what you have said is that, it only shows that we can actually protect our self and get rid of these thieves or computer virus if self neglect or carelessness is avoided. If someone is not that attentive to his or her account and suddenly these things happens, this is because he do not care enough or protective enough to his property. This must be a warning for other cryptocurrency users that they must care about their accounts and check it regularly.
503  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become centralized sometime in the future? on: September 03, 2018, 09:10:23 AM
Well I think what you have predicted is really possible.  To the number of mining operation and because only one country has been doing it in a very large scale,  I think it is possible. And yes, the problem is that if that happens, it really violated the reason in the first place on why it was created and simultaneously will decrease the value of bitcoin. It will really lose its meaning. We couldn't reply control on what would happen to bitcoin in the future so we must actually do some actions on it,  like what you have mentioned. But if that is a way of development for bitcoin, then we cannot avoid it.
504  Other / Archival / Re: EDUCATING PEOPLE ABOUT CRYPTOCURRENCY on: September 03, 2018, 08:51:36 AM
Well,  it is very hard to educate other people who want to go with cryptocurrency especially those who just come into these market because of last year's hype. It is because these people are only into earning fast because they taught that cryptocurrency is a fast way of investment and it can give you a huge amount of money when instead it is not really for investing at the first place. Aside from articles online and in books, there are also universities who offer cryptocurrency courses but I think you will not fully understand cryptocurrency if your primary reason is to earn not to learn.
505  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand on: September 03, 2018, 08:36:29 AM
No, cryptocurrencies and all things about cryptocurrencies are not really difficult to understand. I think anyone who isn't have any idea or information about cryptocurrencies and he wants to study about it,  he only needed time and patience and the right way of studying it just for him to understand it. You only needed credible sources and have the will to understand and I think you will definitely learn it. Maybe from the first time you will try to learn it you will struggle like those people who first encountered computer but if you have the will and because of internet, you can progressively understand it.

507  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $300 million transferred for 4 cents in fees! on: August 26, 2018, 11:11:26 PM
Have a look at this transaction: https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/39afcad6c4d0713ed291014315c4dcf2d81334275218c28fd354af45b7395c61.

$300 million transferred, fees of $0.04, confirmation in 4 minutes.

Now imagine the hoops you would have to jump through to transfer $300 million in fiat, the days of delays, the fees, the people you would have to discuss it with first, etc.
Even I think that that is the fee because maybe the transaction has close ties with the pool operator that is why his fee is very small, this transaction only shows how convenient bitcoin is when it comes to transactions. It didn't need to much stops or checkpoints or intermediaries for it to happen. It only needed a fee to pay so you can do transactions. Imagine if you will try to do it but in the current payment methods, i think you will pay so much money here for transferring fee and it will take so much time to transfer that huge amount of money.
508  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 7 safest investments. Why Bitcoin & crypto currencies ?? on: August 26, 2018, 11:00:14 PM
Yes, I think the best way of investing is investing it to different ways of investments. What you have mentioned are good investments and I think one of the best investment strategy but only to those who can afford to have that investments. Well, that's OK at least you have share it. These kind of investments are the most stable in terms of the profit you will get compare to just focusing on one investment. It is because when other fails, at least you have other investments to rely on. Your aforementioned investments are very different to each other so it is really a good investments.
509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: facebook bans bitcoin on: August 26, 2018, 10:50:19 PM
Is it true that facebook is banning all advertisements for cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin ? but why?
Yes, it is true, it is true that the social networking site Facebook banned any bitcoin advertisements. Maybe sooner they will make a program or a bot that will delete messages or posts that contains any of the keywords with regards to bitcoin. I do not know the real reason behind it. Maybe he do not really favored the idea of a decentralized currency. What I am certain of is that it will definitely affect bitcoin. It will decrease the value of bitcoin because it will demote bitcoin. Knew example is in bounty campaigns where there is a social media campaign where we use Facebook and if that happens we cannot do it anymore.
510  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD WE GET ALL HATERS OF BITCOIN OUT OF HERE? on: August 26, 2018, 10:40:18 PM
This forum was created for people to learn more about bitcoin and not to hate it or spread false information about it. Guys, is it enough that these days we sit here Angry and here all sorts of FUD being spread about bitcoin saying all sorts of things which are not true???
Let's not forget that it is as a result of these these FUDs that brings all sorts of panic sells which brings the value of bitcoin down and what bores me is that at the end the come back here and say, "Finally bitcoin is dead" forgetting the very fact that they were the very ones that caused it. But they can't because bitcoin is still strong.
Yes, we must get all haters of bitcoin out of here, that is correct but the real question that we must answer here is that, can we do that? What do I mean with this. Haters gonna hate. Haters cannot be really remove because those people who only knows negativity in their body will try to find a way for them to say or spread false information about bitcoin. Also, after a wave of haters are the new haters that are forming. They are constantly created by many instances like those who aren't successful here that what makes them haters.
511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has 54% of the cryptocurrency market on: August 26, 2018, 10:08:10 PM
Well for me there is no really a debate or arguing to know which is the strongest cryptocurrency or coin in the cryptocurrency market or digital market. Bitcoin is still the king. Not because it is the first launched coin. It is just because we all know how valuable bitcoin is. It is still the most valuable cryptocurrency. Being the king means you are the most valuable. Also, when it comes to popularity, bitcoin is still the most popular cryptocurrency available because it is still has the most number of supplies and the number of users or those who have bitcoin.
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kick against btc now and regret in future. on: August 26, 2018, 09:43:02 PM
Money is what the society accepts to be money. Human history has seen so many transformations when it comes to the subject of money. From barter trade to fiat money and now digital currency. But some nations are so rigid to change.well they will all regret soon because no country can stop cryptocurrency.
Well, I think for now there is no really problem if a country didn't yet accepts bitcoin as a payment method or a way of transaction. Maybe there are just focus on their own and didn't want to employ these kind of changes. I think the problem is when they stop these modern advancements to the point that they will forever ban it. Change is inevitable and cryptocurrency adaptation is likewise inevitable that is why countries must also use it because it is a proof of advancements. But for now I think there is no really a problem if they don't yet accept bitcoin.
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Digital Gold?? on: August 26, 2018, 09:32:08 PM
After reading a lot of posts made by people on this forum, I realized about 75% of them see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. For me, I don't think Bitcoin is a digital gold. Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin to be precise, was developed to be a safer option for transaction of goods and services and also the best mode of payment. Bitcoin was introduced to disable all the restrictions that banks and the financial system presented. A lot of people have lost huge sums of money because they saw bitcoin as a digital gold. I know others will argue that bitcoin has also made people rich but for me, I don't think it is advisable to consider Bitcoin as a digital gold. Bitcoin is a digital currency.
Is bitcoin a digital gold? Obviously, no, bitcoin is not a digital gold. Those people who compare gold to bitcoin only look on some sides but not all the aspects as a whole. What do I mean? They said that gold has a store value that is why they demand to have it likewise bitcoin also have its value that is why there are these demands. They are also saying that before people used gold as a transaction method which is the same with bitcoin which is a modern day way of transaction. They forgot that gold is used to a lot more purposes like medical purposes, fashion statements,  and etcetera.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is one and only no matter what on: August 26, 2018, 09:20:53 PM
Well for me bitcoin is really the king of all cryptocurrency. It is not just because it is the first coin that is created because that is what most people are arguing. I think bitcoin is the king of all cryptocurrencies because of its value. We all know that bitcoin is still the most valuable cryptocurrency available in the market. Also, bitcoin is still the king of all cryptocurrencies because of its popularity where it is the most known cryptocurrency and it even comes to the point where people think cryptocurrency and bitcoin are the same where we all know it is not because bitcoin is just an example of the former.
515  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin continue to fall this year? on: August 26, 2018, 09:09:46 PM
With regard to your question will bitcoin continue to fall this year, I think for the next semester the scenario or what is happening before will be the same, but it would not last that long to the point that it will loses its value and ending dump. What I predict is that on the last months of this year it will increase its value again. It will skyrocketed or the value will go up so much like what happen last year. I hope what I predicted will happen and I know all people here wants this thing happen so we must just wait for what will happen and don't panic.
516  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Government bans Bitcoins? on: August 26, 2018, 09:05:11 PM
Looking at the decentralized nature of crypto-currencies,Wonder if govt bans Bitcoins in future??Is it possible let's say by blocking all sites which relate to Bitcoin wallets/payments etc over the internet. In that case what would happen to our existing coins held in those wallets??
Well, even if people will try to find a way to still have a bitcoin when the government banned it and banned certain sites where bitcoin can be bought, I think because of the modern technology, they can actually trace you and your activity which be make you accountable to the actions that you have done. So for me government can totally ban bitcoin and I think it was been doing by some countries like China. This will make the value of bitcoin less valuable. If I am in this situation, I think I will immediately sell my coins before the actual implementation of the banning so that I will earn my money.
517  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: August 26, 2018, 08:54:56 PM
I wanted to ask this question and now I don't.Because I opened CoinMarketCap right now and found I had missed the best chance to get it. It's getting growing now and at a price of $11,075.80. Rush to buy!
With regards to your question is this a good time to store or buy some cryptocurrency, I think there is no really such perfect time when to buy or store some cryptocurrency. It is because of the nature of these coins which is highly fluctuating. Well considering the current state of bitcoin, I think this might be a good time compare to previous weeks or months because it is a significantly lower but who knows? Maybe it will decrease on the next day. Or in the next week. Or in the next month. So do your own predictions and actions by studying the market so that you will not have a regret in the end.
518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much damaged bitcoin has brought you? on: August 26, 2018, 03:17:33 PM
Literally, there is no damage that is brought to me by bitcoin. Why? It is because I mainly participate in bounty campaigns specifically signature campaigns. On there, I didn't need to invest money, I only need to invest my time, effort, and patience for me to gain money that is why literally there is no damage created by bitcoin. Figuratively, I think bitcoin doesn't really cause anyone damage. It is always the user's fault why he was losing money. Before entering the market, you must know what bitcoin is which is volatile. Also, from your statement, I see that you invest in the wrong time. Invest when the price is low, that is just a basic principle.
519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions and Impressions about bitcoin on: August 26, 2018, 02:05:12 PM
So I asked my friends regarding their opinions and impressions about bitcoin and their answers made me laugh. One of my friends answered:

"Bitcoin? Bitcoin is used for transactions in deepwebs to buy drugs!"

So they think that bitcoin = deepwebs. So they stay away from bitcoin thinking it was illegal

Another one:

"Its just a waste of time. You will not earn from it"

And when you give him proof that bitcoin is valuable they'll be like "omg teach me how!!" Lol

And lastly,

"Bitcoin? Bitcoin is a scam"

So yea they think bitcoin is fraud and a scam.

It's so funny to think that people who don't have knowledge about bitcoin automatically thinks that bitcoin is a scam because of the issues regarding bitcoin scamming. So yeah.

Well, we cannot blame them for having those kind of mindset or mentality. It is just that those are the only thing that they know about bitcoin. I think it is our responsibility, us bitcoin users to inform them and to remove the misinformation they have. Maybe their assumptions are basically coming from the media and maybe they misinterpreted some of these news but again, we bitcoin users, maybe we can help to grow the bitcoin community by informing other people of what bitcoin really is, its legitimacy and it's beneficiality on how it can help them.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the benefits of managing bitcoin on: August 26, 2018, 01:25:28 PM
Well, the most cause of why people are failing or not getting successful and eventually are turning form enthusiasts into bashers is the improper management of their bitcoin when to sell, when to buy, and when to hold. They are easily panicking on some simple things that is why they do improper things. If a person knows how to properly manage their coins, I think they will be definitely successful on their career just like many of us here on what happen to us. Understanding the market and experience will make you good in managing that will eventually help to you to be successful here.
