781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: March 29, 2018, 12:57:10 AM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
For me,  it is a bad idea.  It is because the first problem is that, who will shoulder the expenses in advertising in tv?  We all know that bitcoin is decentralized.  Another thing is that,  a TV commercial,  even though it is only a 10 seconds video,  it will take 6 figures money.  The problem with it is that half a minute or even a minute is not enough to make people aware of all things about bitcoin,  from my own opinion I think it will just create more confusion rather than information.  So for me,  it is really a bad idea to promote bitcoin on a TV advertisement given that a TV advertisement consumes only a short time but a huge money.
782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you value Bitcoin ? on: March 28, 2018, 12:44:53 PM
I honestly confused on what the word "value" is you talking about.  But I will answer the two things I understand in your question. If you are asking about how the "value" of bitcoin happens,  well it is based or it increases or decreases based on the law of demand and supply.  The higher the demand the higher the value of bitcoin is and vice versa.  The higher the supply the lower the value of bitcoin is and again,  vice versa.
On the other hand,  if you are asking how am I value bitcoin,  well I value it so much.  It is because it is my found way on how to earn money even though I am still studying and without affecting my studies that much compared to work.  It makes me buy my needs and wants that is why I am grateful that I have found out his cryptopcurrency. Aside from it,  bitcoin is very accessible and more secured compare to paper money that is why I think the world needs to accept this currency.
783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin important on: March 28, 2018, 05:40:01 AM
In my opinion it's important because it allows money to become like air or the Ocean. Something that just naturally exists in our lives (without being owned by anyone) and allows us to value things in our world and store wealth.

I think in the future the value will not be determined by any government but by the world economy as a whole.

Basically,  bitcoin is important for the reason that it has value.  Any currencies which have value are significant to heir own purposes.  In addition,  the good thing about bitcoin is that you can earn money or bitcoin while sitting or even in bed while holding your smartphone compare to work that you need to spend much time and effort but your income is not sufficient to you and your family's needs and wants.  Another importance of bitcoin is that is a better way of transaction than paper money due to the fact that it is more secured way of transaction.  There are many more reasons why bitcoin is important,  these are just for me to name a few.
784  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will The Price Of Bitcoin Increase Forever? on: March 24, 2018, 02:52:26 AM
As I heard a lot of prediction about bitcoin that it is going to $ 1mn till end of 2020 and people will see it soon. As a holder of bitcoin I am always worried that bitcoin may not go down as I am much money in it. I mostly think that I should sell my bitcoin now and make my money but also fears to post the train of bitcoin. So what are you people suggestions that will bitcoin will always continue to grow or will it stablize at some price or may go down?

For me, yes it will reach maybe near a hundred thousand dollars but I don't think it will reaches a million dollar. What I predict is that it will stabilize or the value will stabilize after it will reaches its peak.  Maybe when it reaches it's peak,  I think it will just increased or decrease but in small amount.  So for me,  it would not increase forever.
785  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without Bitcoin, Life Will Be Boring! on: March 23, 2018, 06:58:25 PM
I was thinking if bitcoin will ban from every country if bitcoin will vanish one day then what will happen? I got my Answer, Without Bitcoin, my life will be so boring! Now, I spend almost 7 to 8 hours behind bitcoin and bitcointalk, I love it, I enjoy my time. But if bitcoin dies! I can't imagine  Embarrassed

What will happen to you if bitcoin will die  Cry

(Long Life Bitcoin, We will go to the mars again very soon)
Well,  life is not that boring if bitcoin dies because there are many forms of entertainment available. But life would have been boring if because of bitcoin,  like me as a student,  die,  then I would not have a money to pay and to gain entertainment because almost every form of entertainment you need to spend money.  That is when life is boring without bitcoin. You can not also spend time with luxuries like phones and etc if bitcoin dies because again like me,  student,  we are having a hard time to find that we can do even we are studying and bitcoin is very suitable for us.  Without bitcoin,  we can not only buy our basic needs but also those luxuries. So yes,  in thinking the consequences,  life is boring without bitcoin.
786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin digital gold? on: March 23, 2018, 06:14:18 PM
In some point,  yes.  It is because bitcoin and gold are both have a high value.  But in general,  for me,  no. It is because gold have many uses and/or purposes.  Gold is used in many fields like in digital and hospital technologies with those equipments to those nanochips.  Gold is also used as a coating in jewelries and many more. Thinking about it,  it is impossible for bitcoin to do what gold can do.  So for me,  bitcoin,  in general,  is not a digital gold.
787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: March 22, 2018, 11:07:03 PM
No. Yes China's banning will obviously create a huge impact because of the number of people living on that country.  But as we now,  China is just a contributor to bitcoin and still,  there are many other countries that are doing bitcoin activities because as we know,  bitcoin is used worldwide.  Even though China's banning will decrease the value of bitcoin,  I am confident that bitcoin can rise again due to its popularity and significance to people.  It just needed time for it to rise again and recover then boom! People might even forget that China banned bitcoin.  So for me,  bitcoin would not die just because of the banning of China.
788  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph to be used in SM Malls on: March 22, 2018, 03:01:30 PM
789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: March 22, 2018, 05:50:31 AM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink
I think short time is only needed for digital currency to replace paper money.  Even now in some cases digital currency replace paper currencies like those transactions that you will only use your phone to buy something in the internet and pay them also online.  For my opinion,  there will be come a time that digital currencies are the only currency the people are using considering the advantages of digital currencies compare to paper currencies.  So for me,  it is really possible and there is really a high possibility that digital currencies will replace paper money.
790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: March 22, 2018, 05:11:22 AM
Gold in general is no better. The value of gold is nothing more than a result of a global consensus - at the moment everyone agrees to consider gold a measure of value, simply because this measure is in some form or another necessary. If we assume a utopian situation, that tomorrow everyone agrees that gold is not such a measure, then it will be good only for the production of quality wires and trinkets.
The btc is gaining momentum for exactly the same reason - the global consensus towards the btc is constantly being strengthened. In this case, unlike gold, the cue-ball is not only a measure of value, but also a settlement system, and gold is not a competitor for this parameter.
It will never replace gold.  It is because both of them have different purposes.  Maybe there are some similarities like they are both uses in transactions or they both have value,  but the difference is that bitcoin is mainly used as a currency particularly a cryptocurrency.  Gold,  on the other hand,  is used in variety of functions such as in the field of technology (equipments etc.), medicine,  and also in jewelry.  Yes for now we have scarcity in gold but again,  these two are really different entities and in addition gold is accepted worldwide so for me,  bitcoin will never replace gold.
791  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin affects students' performance in school on: March 21, 2018, 11:09:59 PM
As far as I can observe being a teacher, I am definitely happy that my students are involve in cryptocurrencies and they earn for themselves and help their families. But, their school perfomance is getting worse. Please give your thoughts how will you help students to earn and at the same time it won't affect their school works?
Definitely,  bitcoin will affect the way students perform in their school especially if he is a normal or heavy user or doer of any cryptocurrencies availa
It is because it is like a job which needs time to accomplish.  Now it is on the student on how responsible he is to multitask bitcoin while studying.  It is on their time management.  If he is a person which is greedy, it will directly affecting their academic performance specifically it will lower their grades because their time allocated to study will transfer know bitcoin.  But if he is a student which is responsible and can multitask or manage his time,  he can definitely study while doing bitcoin activities.  But I advise that students must not have many accounts managed or less their bitcoin activities so that they will have enough time to do school-related activities. He/she might even have a better performance in a way that he/she can but all the materials needed in school because of the profit he is getting in doing bitcoin activities. So for me,  bitcoin obviously affects students performance in school but it is on the students on how he/she will managed it.
792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why People Can Not Believe Bitcoin on: March 21, 2018, 01:08:36 PM
Hello Everyone.
Recently my friends Asked me. Now I can investment with bitcoin. I said my friends. Of course you can invest bitcoin without tension.
but my friends can not believe bitcoin.my friends tell me bitcoin price always dumping. It's will be got this scam. Cry
I got this boring felling with my friends opinion. Because I always believe them bitcoin about.
Bitcoin is the real king crypto currency world. Bitcoin will be never scam. It's not possible.  Embarrassed
People do not believe bitcoin because of its image to those uneducated people.  They usually heard bad news and misinformed rather than knowing its benefits that is why they do not believe it. Do not force them to believe what are you saying rather let bitcoin speak for itself.  There will come a time that bitcoin will be more popular than ever and those uncertainties in their minds will replaced by eagerness and willingness to learn it.
793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It advisable to quit my present job for bitcoin? on: March 21, 2018, 12:02:08 PM
Bitcoin trading these days has become so rucreative that I am tempted to quit my present job which is not giving me enough time to explore more out of bitcoin world...

What's your take on this, should I go ahead and quit?

Thanks
For me, do not quit. Do not do things that you will regret at the end. Bitcoin is really unstable and not that reliable due to its unpredictability. The best option is that you continue your job while doing bitcoin activities.  Make bitcoin as an alternative source of income. It is very risky much more when you are not that knowledgeable about bitcoin activities unless there is a knowledgeable person near you. Maybe you can do quitting your job if you are fully knowledgeable about bitcoin activities and transactions so that you will not regret a decision in the end.
794  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: March 21, 2018, 05:52:23 AM
When I started bitcoin,  I have many experiences.  At first,  I taught that earning money from bitcoin is very because that is what I heard and see know my classmates who are doing it.  They are only using their mobile phones and they are earning too much.  But then I realized that it is not really easy to earn in bitcoin.  When you want to earn I'm posting. You need to create an account and ranked it up for you to earn money. This is very hard considering that ranking up nowadays is very hard compared to before.  Also,  when you want to earn bitcoin in mining,  I taught that it is very easy.  But I am wrong because you actually need a very large amount of capitalization in doing this activity and you also need money I'm maintenance.  But it worth it because this activities gave money that I will never earn in work nowadays where you need to work hard just for you to earn money unlike on these where you only need internet and equipment then you can start earning money.
795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: March 20, 2018, 10:56:23 PM
Bitcoin has been proclaimed dead 89 times. It has been labeled a Ponzi scheme and a failed experiment. Writers have argued for it to be forgotten and for developers to move on to greener pastures. But moving beyond this rhetoric, it’s not all that difficult to compare the rise of bitcoin to that of another technology: the World Wide Web. http://blockgeeks.com/questions/what-is-your-future-predictions-of-bitcoin/#comment-604
Bitcoin for me is really the future of money. From the past that the form of transactions which where gold,  silvers,  bronze,  or even human,  to these days which the currency is monetary or money, it is very possible that because of the arising of bitcoin,  it would be the next currency due to the fact that it has many advantages compare to money and the old currencies. As what I believe, only short time is needed and bitcoin will be more popular to many countries and there will be a time that many countries will legalize this currency given that technology also is developing.  So for me,  bitcoin is the future of money.
796  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin loose its popularity? on: March 20, 2018, 03:20:07 PM
As we see that bitcoin price is down since last three months but still not reaching to its highest level.
Is bitcoin loose its popularity ?
Bitcoin will never lose its popularity unless there is a sudden invention that would change the society,  but that instance has only slight change.  It is because as of now,  the bitcoin is not even on its peak,  it is just that bitcoin is just developing and growing.  I believe that after a fewer months bictcoin will increase it's value and will have another history. So for me it does not lose it popularity but instead the decreasing of its value is just normal just only because the value of bitcoin is unstable.
797  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bangko Sentral, SEC to educate public on cryptocurrencies on: March 20, 2018, 02:02:18 PM
Looking forward to the rising of bitcoin's value.

http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/03/12/18/bangko-sentral-sec-to-educate-public-on-cryptocurrencies
798  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For how long will bitcoin exist on: March 20, 2018, 01:40:37 PM
i have been thinking bitcoin cannot last forever..............i need you guys opinion if what im thinking is right.
When will bitcoin end? It will end when the world also end HAHA. But kidding aside, it is actual true. Bitcoin will never end as long human race also do not come to its end.  It is because as long as humans sure alive,  they will surely use money,  and bitcoin is a form of money but a cryptocurrency. Its value might decrease or increase but it would never end as long as there is a human race.
799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do We Need Social Media Promotion on: March 20, 2018, 10:22:33 AM
Does Bitcoin Need The Social Media's Help To Promote Itself?

Well, Bitcoin needs all the help that we can get. With its current situation, Bitcoin Foundation is just thinking out of the box to help Bitcoin recover and might even succeed.

With the help of Social Media, bitcoin can attract new and young users. Learn about bitcoin and eventually adopt it.

Maybe this is the first step of mass adoption.

What do you think?
Bitcoin really need social media promotion. Almost all things that is wanted to be popular uses social media because it is the best and easiest way or form of advertising or promoting something.  If we want Bitcoin to have a very good image to the people so countries would not imitate what China did,  then social media is really a must,  but be aware.  Promoters need to be aware to those social media users who will bash bitcoin and will tell negative things about it.  They must counterattack this people so that positive feedback are the ones that will arise. So for me,  bitcoin promotion in social media is a must.
800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a mode of payment on: March 20, 2018, 05:37:27 AM
Just wondering, who is accumulating Bitcoin via using it as a method of being paid, so instead of being paid in dollars or any other amount you ask client to pay you via Bitcoin especially merchants and freelancers. I think it is cool to be paid via Bitcoin because it appreciates so its like you can earn twice if you sell high.
Bitcoin is a good way of payment.  It is because it is hassle free and very efficient.  It is very fast and the way you transact to a person is very secure unlike direct payment where someone might just snatch your money. Also,  bitcoin transaction can also save your money in a way that you do not need to have money for transportation just for you to get you money on your ATM.  When you lost your ATM,  you need to find it first and that is hassle,  bitcoin avoid this because it is a virtual wallet and it is always available whenever you need it.  In paying something,  you do not need to count enough money to pay and the cashier do not need to count money four your change (if any)  if your mode of transaction is in bitcoin.
