Im new at bitcoin, and i would like to know where i can get more information about it.
There are many ways for you to get more information about bitcoin. First,  you can read threads here in these forum.  You can also visit bitcoin wiki.  There are also books about bitcoin,  kindly search the name of it on Google.  And the last resort is google. It is the last resort for the reason the you need to be careful on selecting appropriate website because some are fake.
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN BITCOIN on: April 07, 2018, 11:45:20 PM
Bitcoin could become illegal in all countries that bans child pornography after discovering this: https://www.sciencealert.com/bitcoin-illegal-almost-everywhere-after-shocking-blockchain-discovery-child-pornography

What can you say about it?
For me,  this is not bitcoin's fault.  Yes maybe the currency or way they use to transact this specifically child pornography is bitcoin,  but what if bitcoin will be legally banned?  They will just use another way to do these things . So for me, it is not bitcoin's fault.
763  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait for bitcoin to grow? on: April 07, 2018, 02:29:11 AM
Everyone around me says, " sell all your tokens before bitcoin dies." Please tell me how to do?
For me, do not sell it.  Maybe from now bitcoin's value is low compare to last year's value.  The problem is that we think the value of bitcoin from now is low because we are getting used to of its higher value like what it is last year,  but to think about it and comparing it to when it is starting,  it is actually a big value.  Another point is that,  we all know how volatile bitcoin,  so there is a high possibility that this year will beat its last year's value,  so don't make a decision that you will regret soon.  But again,  this is just a suggestion,  the decision is yours.  Think wisely.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin change our world? on: April 06, 2018, 04:09:11 AM
But what does that decentralized technology really do
To infer what the intrinsic value of bitcoin
I haven't been able to do it maybe somebody else can.

Can bitcoin change our world?I want to learn from your opinion.
Yes, somehow bitcoin can change the world by changing the way of transaction of people.  We all know how convenient bitcoin is,  if this hassle free type of currency will be more popular and used by more people in the world,  it will be a catalyst in the industry of business,  thus making the progress faster. Changing the way people live will somehow change the world.
765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: April 04, 2018, 11:43:12 AM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
For me, anyone can actually hacked bitcoin because for me anything nowadays can he hacked.  I believed that it actually depends on the person on how the hackers can hack his/her account.  It depends on their carelessness.  You must not give your account's name,  password,  AMD any other important information than will will give them the opportunity to hack your account.  Also,  you can use vpn so that you can use your bitcoin anywhere and anytime you want.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to mine or buy Bitcoin? on: April 04, 2018, 09:47:34 AM

i think Bitcoin is only profitable if done at large scales. you must get expensive mining equipment and of course it consumes a lot of electricity monthly. Also it’s usually much more cost effective to buy Bitcoins with this money instead of using it to buy mining equipment.

Hmm, no, for me it actually depends on the person.  If the person has the money for capitalization and maintenance of doing mining, then he must do mining for the reason that it is actually more assured that he would get profit even though it will take some time.  But if the person can bear risk and do not have that enough money to maintain a minute activity,  he must pursue buying bitcoin. But he can actually do both of the two if he has the money and also knows the market very well and a risk-taker.
767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: April 01, 2018, 04:28:33 AM
Bitcoin’s very volatile prices have reignited the debate about its usefulness as a currency or as an asset. In some ways, Bitcoin suits the definition of currency quite adequately but if the volatility is less. It allows for the creation of secure and transparent transactions. Thus, can be used as a secondary currency in future. Some of the experts have huge concerns over its volatility. But, sooner or later the prices may remain less volatile as of today.

I have mentioned few points about Bitcoin as a currency or as an asset in my article here: https://atozforex.com/news/is-bitcoin-a-currency-or-asset/

What's your opinion about BTC as a currency or an asset?

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley Wink
Maybe for me you can not compare or differentiate bitcoin with assets and currency because these two things are totally different. Currency is any system of money or transactions people used.  Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency because it is a virtual currency.  Bitcoin can be also considered as a asset because if you have bitcoin,  you have an asset which is generally define as all things that we have that is valuable like money,  equipment,  tools and even credits from other people.  So for me,  both,  bitcoin is both currency and also an asset.
768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: March 31, 2018, 11:23:35 PM
What I impress me the most in bitcoin is that it makes me earn money even though I am just using my mobile phone.  It is very impressing in a way that no one in my social circle even taught that I can earn money like what I am doing. This profit-earning activity will surely help me not just on my studies but also to my family.
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has a bad day on: March 31, 2018, 08:54:46 PM
The question arises, however, the golden coin of Bitcoin has passed away because of the big fall in bitcoin in the last few days. The price of this coin was a little lower than $ 11,000, but after a slight improvement in the position, it reached $ 13,000. But, the price was at 20,000. It's not going to go, now it's going to show a lack of buyers. Now, its price has dropped below $ 6000.

Bitcoin prices reach record levels over the past few days. Since then, the price of this currency is 40 percent. At the beginning of this year, the price of this currency was around one thousand dollars. Then we got to see the prices rise. Especially in the last few weeks since November last, jet price has increased in price.

Analysts have already warned people about investing in this currency. Especially due to the price of the last few days, the condition of Bitcoin market has become even more complex.

Meanwhile, Charles Hatter, founder of Cryptocompany's website CryptoPepar, has claimed that after such an unprecedented rise, now a little less is normal because emotional changes have occurred. Moreover, due to the increase in prices, many investors have seen trends in this time, selling bitcoin to make money in the house. And so the price is going to be priced now.
Well, yes,  the value of bitcoin from now compare to last year's value was incredibly low.  Maybe it is because of what is happening to the market especially that now bitcoin was banned from many countries such as China,  Vietnam,  and etc.  But I hope that it will retain its value like what it did last year.
770  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does Bitcoin stable ? on: March 31, 2018, 10:24:08 AM
Bitcoin's value will never be stable.  As we all know,  bitcoin from these days is very dynamic considering what are the happenings in the market.  Its value depends on what we know the law of supply and demand.  But don't worry,  even currencies in paper like dollar,  euros,  and etc.  are unstable.  Just use this opportunity to buy bitcoin so that when its value increases, you will earn money  Wink .
771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to mine or buy Bitcoin? on: March 31, 2018, 08:16:54 AM
From my opinion,  both are good. These two are good if you have the money for capitalization.  In mining,  you need to have very large amount of money in buying the mining equipments and for maintenance,  while in buying bitcoin obviously,  you need money for you to be able to buy bitcoin. I think you will just consider your capabilities.  If you are a person with good intuition and understand the market very well,  buy bitcoin.  But if you are a type of person who has patience,  you can also pursuit mining especially we all know that mining now is a little bit harder than before in a way that it takes more time than the usual time it takes.
772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is bitcoin will end soon? on: March 31, 2018, 03:44:31 AM
As you can see from the last couple of months price of bitcoin going down and down..
Is this the beginning of the end?
No,  the only way that bitcoin will end is when the internet suddenly stop or people vanish.  It is because it is not new to us that the value of bitcoin increases and decreases back and forth.  It is for the reason that it is bitcoin's nature.  Like all the currency,  it is not new to them to increase or decrease like what I have been mentioned because it depends on what is happening on the market.  So it is not the end of bitcoin rather it is really what bitcoin is all about.
773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: felling depressed for holding bitcoin :/ on: March 31, 2018, 01:19:01 AM
i have 0.5 btc on my hand
but the problem is btc is falling day by day
its hits me in my heart like a spike
cs i buy this btc on 12000$
now im in loss of 5000$
it has fall onto 7000$
what shoud i do?
should i keep it???
If you are the person who let your emotion drag you down,  then yes.  In this type of venture,  you need to be emotionally stable and be optimistic.  Even almost all of people do not even believe that bitcoin will reach its current state.  You need to have patience for you to be successful here.  It will just take a few months then I believe that the value of bitcoin will again increase.  You just need to wait. And also,  you think that you loss money because of the fluctuation,  but I think it is not really a lost money because you did not even make it a money,  or you do not even sell it.  You only lose money when it is in you and you lost it.  So do not feel depressed,  be optimistic.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting tired of waiting on: March 31, 2018, 12:39:06 AM
I don’t know how much more. My $1350 investment is worth $526.78 as of this moment. My coins were BTH, LTC, and ETH.
I think it is better to wait rather than giving up.  No one ever think that bitcoin will reach its current state, from a joke,  to now even a business venture.  For me just keep your patience,  believe it because who knows?  Maybe this year is the best year for bitcoin.  No one can ever say,  but I think your waiting will pay off.
775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hold out or sell Bitcoin? on: March 31, 2018, 12:01:31 AM
With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?
For me it is better to hold your bitcoin than selling it considering the value of bitcoin from nowadays.  I think if you sell your bitcoin from now,  you will lose it.  From my own opinion  it is better to sell it later because I believe considering what happens to market and its history,  the value of bitcoin will rise up after months.  It is just that from now,  the value of bitcoin is lower than you are used to be
So for me, it is better to hold it up than selling it.
776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old? on: March 30, 2018, 04:44:11 AM
What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest at that kind of age?
Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?

It is never too late to invest in bitcoin even though you are now old.  It is because bitcoin did not even restricts the people who use to their age,  race, and etc.   Who knows,  maybe this is your break.  I remember the founder of kfc became successful at the age of 60 plus.  So even you are young, a teenager,  a parent, or even an old man,  you are welcome to do bitcoin related activities as long as you have the enough knowledge and understanding and you also need time and patience to do it.
777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin over? on: March 29, 2018, 03:05:39 PM
Bitcoin price is getting down just like ski slop!
Is bitcoin over? do you think bitcoin will recover their price?
I'm afraid, I lost my everything almost 2million....
It doesn't mean that because of the declining of the bitcoin's value then it is over. That is the nature of bitcoin,  fluctuation over time.  Its value increases then decreases then repeats its cycle.  But no one expect what it reached last year,  so from my own opinion,  you must still believe on what bitcoin can do.  No one can predict, but we all know that there is really a high possibility for bitcoin to repeats its history and who knows,  maybe this year is the best year! So don't lose hope.
778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin worth risking your time and money? on: March 29, 2018, 04:10:52 AM
We all know that involving in bitcoin it takes your time and also money. Is it worthy to risk your time and money because of bitcoin?
Definitely, it worth it. Yes,  bitcoin is risky because you can actually compare it to business where you will invest and you will gonna play with chances.  But the good thing about bitcoin,  you can actually study and research and understand the market,  it is for you to have a better chances of earning than losing.  Also,  time is a virtue,  you need patience here.  It is not because your money is not increasing, it means it do not worth your effort.  You need to wait,  just like us that wait for a long time. We even did not expect that bitcoin will increase its value just like last year.  So for me,  yes,  bitcoin worth risking anyone's time and money.
779  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to get involved into Bitcoin? on: March 29, 2018, 03:08:06 AM
Hey everyone
I was mining just for fun when in 2013/14 mining with a gpu was still viable. Since that day im wondering if it is too late to get involved in bitcoin even though I stopped thinking about it for a few years since I was about 15 years old with different things on my mind. Just recently I began wondering again: Is it too late to get involved in bitcoin? After the price blew up in 2014 I asked me the same thing and thought the hype is over and I am just too late. Even if bitcoin is a bubble and each bitcoin is overvalued who can safely tell when the bubble is going to pop if it ever will? I just think this is an awesome project with an equally awesome community despite the weird things in the altcoin section that tend to become more and more popular due to "weird" people picking up on the bitcoin hype caused by media and the increased internet awareness. Im talking about projects like "bigboobscoin" which is topped by some emojis in the title. Since I came along this project I want to own one of the 21M bitcoins to ever be created. In addition bitcoin has something magical to it which I cant put in words but the fact that satoshi never got identified gives me this feeling of a revolution of currency with the right intension. He never pulled out his round about 1 million btc. Well who knows maybe Satoshi is dead by now and his btc will never be touched. Bitcoin came out of the mind of a genious and is so much more worth than only "going to the moon".

Im just wondering if bitcoin and its community still got the same spirit or have the weird people and rich investors overtaken to ruin this project by treating it like a pump and dump shitcoin without a soul?
I hope my english is good enough to make you understand my thoughts and feelings.

Have a nice day.

It is never too late as long as bitcoin is still working.  Yes maybe the prices from now is a little bit higher but again,  this is the nature of bitcoin.  Maybe from now this is the case but I believe on holiday months,  bitcoin will again have a higher value compare to now.  Also,  time is a virtue in bitcoin,  as sooner as you invest in bitcoin the higher your income is.  So it is never too late to get involved in bitcoin.
780  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you love Bitcoin? on: March 29, 2018, 02:14:36 AM
I love bitcoin because its the crypto currency and its the king of the crypto.
It hasa lot of use cases.
I can exchange it to any other crypto.

Why do you love Bitcoin?
Why are you interested?

I love bitcoin because bitcoin provides me my needs and wants even though I am just sitting here using my phone.  Some people say I am a couch potato and I must work even though I am just a student so that I will not depend know my parents,  but they didn't know that I am actually earning whole I am just using my phone.  I also love bitcoin for the reason that I feel I am a real business man, that I am trying to analyze the market on when to invest,  etc.  This gives me experience that I can use on my future job.
