My hash rate is changing constantly/rapidly from 40.--- to 90.--- MH/s.
What might be causing this?

Need higher intensity, likely.
How can I do that without bat file?
Thanks

Either use a command prompt, or use a batch file.
I made a batch file but it says "unknown option -- I"

Try with -s 0.2 -c 1

He implied before that it wont be the case, so there will be "officially" around less than 2000 siafunds in circulation ( because Nebulous will not part with theirs).

Actually I believe that there were only less than 1200 Siafunds in circulation.

That is true. Sia also bought back tens of shares later.

In the renter tab, there's a button 'add ascii file'. Paste the text on the pastebin into that to get my files:

Mr. Ando of the Woods: http://pastebin.com/ijpN2Xsk
Feynman - What keeps a train on the track: http://pastebin.com/gN9Fha0j
Feynman- Rubber bands: http://pastebin.com/tFdJTwK6
Fever the Ghost: http://pastebin.com/pm9RBu8J

These are some videos that have brought me amusement of some kind. First is some weird animated story. Second and third are small lectures by Richard Feynman. Fourth is a psychedelic music video.

We're building a platform called 'Sunfish' which will make sharing and tagging files a lot easier. The early version of that will be ready in July.

Paste does not seem to work on OSX.

Is there a way to buy siafunds? I would really want to have at least one.

Yeah Taek, are you planning to float siafunds on an open market again?

Nevermind buying them.  how do you import them into your wallet?

I think that would be quite unfair to those who invested into the intial offering.  Certainly the total supply of siafund should be fixed.  Whoever bought those is golden.

Probably worth 100 BTC each soon.  Will they be available on exchanges?

We won't be selling any siafunds, but as soon as we've got the siafund wallet up and running the other holders of siafunds will be able to sell theirs. The code should be ready sometime tomorrow, but I'm not sure how long it'll be until we release 0.3.3.2.

Will the 1251 NOT under company control be available to trade on exchanges or are there some limitations on how they can be used?

the original agreement was that Nebulous would retain 8500 and no more than 1500 would be sold at IPO. Taek has stated that they will not be selling any more.  So all sales would be third party.

I think eventually they will be available on exchanges because they are tokens and they are in the blockchain.

Yes, but my question is whether those third party (non Nebulous) siafund holders be able to exchange siafunds like a normal crypto-currency... be able to transfer ownership of them and send them to exchanges?  I want to have a chance to buy some from these 3rd parties.

There's no limitation to how the siafunds outside of our control can be used. I'm sure they'll be added to an exchange at some point.

Is there a way to buy siafunds? I would really want to have at least one.

Yeah Taek, are you planning to float siafunds on an open market again?

Nevermind buying them.  how do you import them into your wallet?

You can't import them into your wallet at the moment. When trying to push the release out on June 7th, we ended up with more on our plate than we could manage. The siafund wallet was chosen to be delayed. It's almost ready at this point, you can import them into your wallet and check your balance, I just need to test the functions that allow you to send them to other people.

After that code gets merged, it's only a matter of releasing 0.3.3.2. I'm not sure what the timeline is on 0.3.3.2, but there are a few other issues that I would like to clean up. (roaming wallet.dat, renter doesn't tell you how much you've spent on storage, and a few bug fixes to the uploading code).

As of right now, Nebulous owns 8780 siafunds, which we have no plans to put into circulation. This is the company's primary source of income.

There are also ~61 siafunds that were never claimed which we are in possession of. They are legally ours, but we're putting them aside for people who are late in claiming their sianotes. We are under no obligation to honor latecomers, but we've already agreed to honor it for a few people who were only a few days late.

Confirmed.

=====

We've got a really simple "blockchain explorer": http://siacoin.com:9983/

It's not much but we're going to be expanding it over the coming weeks so that it includes more statistics and eventually a way to follow transactions and outputs around the network.

Wallet copy and paste is not broke, if that what you are referring to?

On windows:
Use control-c to copy and control-v to paste when in wallet, when transferring Sia etc.

Not sure on osx
