Wasim bhai, Shoiab everyone was pissing on management and players when they lost the first 2 games.

Granted, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Shoaib Malik and Misbah-ul-Haq were part of a television show reviewing the T20 World Cup. There were pre match and post match analysis of the T20 World Cup and you could hear criticism from them if the national team plays badly. The same happens everywhere if the former players are part of a television show reviewing the match and they will not hold back on the criticism and how many times we have seen that  .

Shoaib Akhtar has a youtube channel and he always come up with controversial topics, he just wants clicks and viewers in his channel  . Even Inzamam ul Haq has a youtube channel but he is not posting controversial topics and hence he wont be getting views like Akhtar .

My question is what Rameez had to do with the poor performance during the initial two matches? When the Pakistani team performed well during the New Zealand tri-series, the credit went to the players and not to the management. When that is the case, the poor performance during the initial stages of the world cup should also be attributed to the players. Managing the PCB is not an easy task, but Rameez has done a wonderful job so far. So I am in favor of letting him continue with the job, without much harassment.

I am also kinda agree with you because Pakistan also gave good performance in the series they are not only depending on luck. But unfortunately Pakistan has the weakness of Batmens because I saw they are constantly depending on babar azam and rizwan for batting and when they can't perform well Pakistan lost that match. I they should immediately change the batting lineup Otherwise this will happen again and again with them.

Pakistan have big dependence over Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. However the bowling strength keeps them at good position. Even after scoring 137 runs they gave good fightback and took the match till the 19th over. Compared to the initial matches now there is performance coming from Masood which is really good for Pakistan. As suggested, opening change or someone needs to be prepared for the position when this combination isn't able to give success.

One thing is to note that when Pakistan top order does well, everyone including the middle order does well. Top order failure means loss for Pakistan. Pakistan have come in this position only because of their good bowling performance otherwise their top order dependent team would have been far down. But if they make changes in this batting site, it can be good for the team. After Babar Azam and Rizwan if the Pakistan Cricket board select two others good batsman or reorganize then i expect Pakistan cricket can be one of the strongest and reliable cricket team in the world.

You should listen to what Rambo has to say about the previous chiefs when he was not in the system. He as an expert ripped everyone apart (including opposition teams, calling em names etc), when the PCB hosted teams like Zim, WI,SL, BAN. Likes of Najam Sethi, Ehsan Mani didn't send him any legal notice for that.

Yeh absolutely right they must change the line of middle order in order to remove dependency from open pair Baber and Rizwan, in recent PAkistan Junior League we got some young talent like tayyab and basit Ali etc , if we give them chance in PSL for test and after that put them in our National team squad and some new talents through PSL franchises talent hunt trail then i think they can solve middle order problem. Every player in team specially batsman should perform his best no matter the openers play or not , its there duty for its team and country. This is becoming a trend now if Muhammad Rizwan and Babar Azam will not perform rest of the team will shake down. Rizwan is fine but Babar is under soo much pressure don't know why he's not in form for playing you can see this clearly in his game. But middle order is trying to lift up team and they somehow succeed in that.
So instead of changing the players work on the recent players as they all are fresh and they can perform very well during difficult matches.

It remains to be seen how Pakistan cricket has improved during his tenure. Whatever the cricket board chairman says irrelevantly. But it is true that even though Pakistan cricket has improved, Ramij Raja is viewed negatively by many in the cricketing world. Because there is some differences in his speech. After all we want every country's cricket to thrive and conduct cricket with honesty and integrity. As a result at least cricket will improve.

When the owners started making unfair demands, Rameez told them to either accept the conditions or out their franchises back into auction. He was also behind the new media rights deal, which is worth $24 million for PSL.

Rameez's duty is to take care of the administration and the finances. If the batsmen fail to score runs, I don't know what he can do about it. Maybe he can suggest a few changes in the batting order, and that is it. Still I am against a large scale reorganization, because the batsmen showed a lot of promise in Australia. There were indications that they are no longer heavily dependent on Babar Azam. And also, youngsters such as Mohammad Haris were scoring crucial runs.

This doesn't give him any right to talk rubbish all the time, he's not the president of some local club but representing a major country in the cricketing world.

That's the main point. He's the administrator so he should act responsibly and not indulge in a street fight by sending a legal notice to former cricketers or experts.

^^^ There are no saints here. Rameez has done wonders for the PCB, and let's focus on that rather than the verbal duels. But I agree that he should not react to the provocations and need to act in a calm manner. It is not going to be beneficial for anyone, if the PCB officials and the ex-players wash their dirty laundry out in the open. I don't know whether it was right for him to send the legal notices to his critics. And it maybe a good idea to withdraw them and sort out the issues in private, rather than publicizing this issue anymore.
