Let's see, right order is first you encrypt your personal data to stay anonymous with your public key(only you own the private key) then you sign that file with your private key for anyone who has your public key can read your signature. I think they first sign and then encrypt file. Only the owner of private key could decrypt this pgp message. In this case cryptcracker.
But key IDs matches with the key used to encrypt the message.

I've used gpg v1.4.16

So far you're the only one who has...

The text in the PDF doesn't agree.

I can't verify pgp message signature because that one is encrypted with cryptcracker's public key...
It should be signed with cryptcracker's private key at the end.

could you put in here the verified signature?

The lawsuit will get nothing. We have discussed this before. I think the contract with this guy returning the coins should have included a
all members of cryptsy face charges clause. I dont think there are 10 people who actually believe that the staff didn't know what was going on.
After the coins were stolen, and the exchange remained in operation it became a ponzi. Running it was / is illegal and every member of the staff
should be prosecuted for it. Some random hacker didnt steal your coins if you deposited them after the "hack" Cryptsy staff stole them. Paul then ran off
to hide in china and let his underlings take the fall for it.

Don't worry... the feds are going to recover every message and e-mail from these people, and the truth will come out.

Have the feds gotten involved?  I hope so, but I haven't heard anything.  It may be possible for them to track the coins.

Under the law of the country hat cryptsy is based in, the government could force cryptsy to state their addresses, in which, yes, they could track the coins.

Cryptsy should get the coins back and then give them the coins that you are owed, negating the need for the lawsuit.

That of course is assuming we are on the same planet where this random guy is able to get and then would give them back for some other reason. Since none of that is taking place on this planet, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Is that what your lawyer told you?

Quote
1st dispatch

On the topic of Cryptsy and other exchanges/markets

Shaun Bridges along with other corrupt government agents enlisted the help of hackers to get
into Bitcoin exchanges and dark web marketplaces.

The reason some large bitcoin wallets involved in these thefts have been left untouched for so
long is because their owners are either on the run, incarcerated or a combination of the two
since some of these wallets are using sorts of multi sig. While one owner is incarcerated the
other can not access it.

This does not just affect Cryptsy exchange but also larger instances such as Mt Gox.

There will be further developments shortly.
